Interval-valued T-spherical fuzzy set (IVTSFS) handles uncertain and vague information by discussing their membership degree (MD), abstinence degree (AD), non-membership degree (NMD), and refusal degree (RD). MD, AD, NMD, and RD are defined in terms of closed subintervals of that reduce information loss compared to the T-spherical fuzzy set (TSFS), which takes crisp values from intervals; hence, some information may be lost. The purpose of this manuscript is to develop some Hamacher aggregation operators (HAOs) in the environment of IVTSFSs. To do so, some Hamacher operational laws based on Hamacher t-norms (HTNs) and Hamacher t-conorms (HTCNs) are introduced. Using Hamacher operational laws, we develop some aggregation operators (AOs), including an interval-valued T-spherical fuzzy Hamacher (IVTSFH) weighted averaging (IVTSFHWA) operator, an IVTSFH-ordered weighted averaging (IVTSFHOWA) operator, an IVTSFH hybrid averaging (IVTSFHHA) operator, an IVTSFH-weighted geometric (IVTSFHWG) operator, an IVTSFH-ordered weighted geometric (IVTSFHOWG) operator, and an IVTSFH hybrid geometric (IVTSFHHG) operator. The validation of the newly developed HAOs is investigated, and their basic properties are examined. In view of some restrictions, the generalization and proposed HAOs are shown, and a multi-attribute decision-making (MADM) procedure is explored based on the HAOs, which are further exemplified. Finally, a comparative analysis of the proposed work is also discussed with previous literature to show the superiority of our work.

By organically combining principal component analysis, spatial autocorrelation algorithm and two-dimensional graph theory clustering algorithm, the comprehensive evaluation model of regional green economy is explored and established. Based on the evaluation index system of regional green economy, this paper evaluates the development of regional green economy comprehensively by using principal component analysis, and evaluates the competitive advantage of green economy and analyzes the spatial autocorrelation based on the evaluation results. Finally, the green economy and local index score as observed values, by using the method of two-dimensional graph clustering analysis of spatial clustering. In view of the fuzzy k –modes cluster membership degree measure method without considering the defects of the spatial distribution of object, double the distance and density measurement of measure method is introduced into the fuzzy algorithm of k –modes, thus in a more reasonable way to update the membership degree of the object. Vote, MUSH-ROOM and ZOO data sets in UCI machine learning library were used for testing, and the F value of the improved algorithm was better than that of the previous one, indicating that the improved algorithm had good clustering effect. Finally, the improved algorithm is applied to the spatial data collected from Baidu Map to cluster, and a good clustering result is obtained, which shows the feasibility and effectiveness of the algorithm applied to spatial data. Results show that the development of green economy using the analysis method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, explores the connotation of green economy with space evaluation model is feasible, small make up for the qualitative analysis of the green economy in the past, can objective system to reflect the regional green economic development level, will help policy makers scientific formulating regional economic development strategy, green integrated development of regional green economy from the macroscopic Angle, the development of network system.

Fuzzy sets have been extensively researched and results have been developed based on the extensions of fuzzy sets. In this chapter, fuzzy sets and its extensions are discussed. Z-numbers along with weighted sum product assessment method is used to obtain a feasible solution to the location selection problem for installation of smog towers in a densely populated locality. The degrees of freedom namely degree of membership, degree of non-membership and the degree of hesitancy have been expressed as Zadeh’s Z-number with probability quotient for the degrees. Further, ranking of the alternatives based on Z-numbers and WASPAS to allocate smog towers to residential areas stricken by air pollution.

Compared to hesitant fuzzy sets and intuitionistic fuzzy sets, dual hesitant fuzzy sets can model problems in the real world more comprehensively. Dual hesitant fuzzy sets explicitly show a set of membership degrees and a set of non-membership degrees, which also imply a set of important data: hesitant degrees. The traditional definition of distance between dual hesitant fuzzy sets only considers membership degree and non-membership degree, but hesitant degree should also be taken into account. To this end, using these three important data sets (membership degree, non-membership degree and hesitant degree), we first propose a variety of new distance measurements (the generalized normalized distance, generalized normalized Hausdorff distance and generalized normalized hybrid distance) for dual hesitant fuzzy sets in this paper, based on which the corresponding similarity measurements can be obtained. In these distance definitions, membership degree, non-membership-degree and hesitant degree are of equal importance. Second, we propose a clustering algorithm by using these distances in dual hesitant fuzzy information system. Finally, a numerical example is used to illustrate the performance and effectiveness of the clustering algorithm. Accordingly, the results of clustering in dual hesitant fuzzy information system are compared using the distance measurements mentioned in the paper, which verifies the utility and advantage of our proposed distances. Our work provides a new way to improve the performance of clustering algorithms in dual hesitant fuzzy information systems.

In this manuscript, the notions of q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (q-ROFSs) and complex fuzzy sets (CFSs) are combined is to propose the complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy sets (Cq-ROFSs) and their fundamental laws. The Cq-ROFSs are an important way to express uncertain information, and they are superior to the complex intuitionistic fuzzy sets and the complex Pythagorean fuzzy sets. Their eminent characteristic is that the sum of the qth power of the real part (similarly for imaginary part) of complex-valued membership degree and the qth power of the real part (similarly for imaginary part) of complex-valued non‐membership degree is equal to or less than 1, so the space of uncertain information they can describe is broader. Under these environments, we develop the score function, accuracy function and comparison method for two Cq-ROFNs. Based on Cq-ROFSs, some new aggregation operators are called complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted averaging (Cq-ROFWA) and complex q-rung orthopair fuzzy weighted geometric (Cq-ROFWG) operators are investigated, and their properties are described. Further, based on proposed operators, we present a new method to deal with the multi‐attribute group decision making (MAGDM) problems under the environment of fuzzy set theory. Finally, we use some practical examples to illustrate the validity and superiority of the proposed method by comparing with other existing methods.

The aim of this study is to extend the directive function of fault inference in test and diagnosis system for electronic equipment. There are many problems, such as presence of various types of uncertain information in test set of electronic equipment, frequent degenerative faults, complex relationships of modules, multiple fault modes, existence of fuzzy interval in fault state, and interaction of each module. In view of these problems, the total membership degree of faults is commonly synthesized based on weights of multiple test indicators and normal membership degree of a single indicator. On this basis, this study builds the model for inferring fault states of leaf and root nodes based on multi-state triangular fuzzy Bayesian network (BN). Finally, this research carried out feasibility analysis on fault inference of a super-heterodyne receiver, thus verifying the efficiency and applicability of the method proposed in the study.
