In the scenario of market competition in the Retail Real Estate Agencies (RREA) business, having exact information regarding properties in supply and their associated demand is a differentiating factor for organizations. The Semantic Web represents an opportunity to create extensible services that hold precise information concerning these types of markets. The objective of the current initiative is to use this market data as a competitive advantage for organizations. In this article, the authors propose SERREA, a management system for RREA based on semantics and constructed using Web Services, which has been implemented successfully in one of the leading agencies in Spain. The goal of this paper is to show how RREA benefits from using Semantic Technologies in the context of their business operations.

For implementing jewelry cert print in the web environment, based on web service and ActiveX technology, an online jewelry cert print service is proposed by encapsulation the jewelry cert print module running in the local network environment. The service can implement the cert typesetting and batch print, and can communicate soap message with other web services. The practicability and validity of the online jewelry cert print service is verified through the application in the jewelry inspection business management system.

EasyChair is the most commonly used conference management system. Currently about twelve conferences or workshops per day register for using EasyChair. There are about 1,200 papers submitted to EasyChair every day. The number of users of EasyChair at the time of writing this abstract is over 300,000, which is greater than the population of Linz.In this talk we give an overview of EasyChair and describe its philosophy, design, implementation, evolution and future. We will also discuss issues related to formal analysis and verification of Web services.
