The emergence of a new virus in the global world at the end of 2019, namely Corona Virus Disease 2019, brought tremendous excitement to all inhabitants of the earth. The emergence of this virus brings tremendous concern and fear to the world because the spread of this virus is quite fast, even the most frightening is that the risk of death of people exposed to this virus is very large. Indonesia itself, cannot avoid the impact of this Covid-19 case. As a form of efforts to prevent and minimize transmission of the virus, the Indonesian government has issued a social distancing / physical distancing recommendation. This situation also causes the interaction between communities to be very limited. This situation seems to be able to eliminate hospitality among the community. This paper aims to emphasize the importance of maintaining the value of Christian hospitality in society amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

The teaching and learning process is the core of education. Everything that has been programmed will be carried out in the teaching and learning process where interaction and involvement is needed between educators and students with materials as the medium. Teaching activities at the strata 1 level involve educators called lecturers and students called students. In general, teaching activities are carried out offline, which involves direct interaction between lecturers and students. At the beginning of 2021, rumors began to appear that there was a global disaster of the Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19) pandemic, which initially Indonesia considered that the Corona virus was impossible to enter Indonesia. However, the development of the virus is so fast. Indonesia finally announced in early March 2021 as a country experiencing the impact of the global disaster due to the COVID -19 pandemic. This study wants to find out how effective it is to use blended learning by using google classroom and zoom to improve the understanding of FEB students at Muhammadiyah University of Gresik. This research is a quantitative research using causal clause relationship, using SPSS version 23.0 analysis tool. The results obtained from this study are that the Google Classroom and Zoom applications partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on student understanding.

AbstractIn Indonesia, currently the number of victims infected with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is increasing, causing death. The impact of Covid-19 on the labor sector, namely company closures, delays in mobilization and decreased productivity. The research was conducted using a statutory and conceptual approach. The results showed that the Covid-19 virus was a disease caused by biological exposure factors. What employers can give workers / laborers in the work environment during the Covid-19 pandemic is the right to Occupational Safety and Health (K3). K3 is a protection that must be received by workers in order to prevent accidents in the work environment. In accordance with the mandate of the Work Safety Law and the Labor Law, workers infected with the Covid-19 virus can recover to their original state if they are given adequate health insurance by the state. However, until now there has been no latest legal regulation regarding the protection of workers who work amid Covid-19. Dampak Covid-19 pada sektor ketenagakerjaan yakni penutupan perusahaan, keterlambatan mobilisasi dan menurunnya produktivitas. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa virus Covid-19 termasuk ke dalam penyakit akibat faktor pajanan biologi. Hal yang dapat diberikan pengusaha kepada pekerja/buruh di lingkungan kerja selama pandemi Covid-19 adalah hak atas Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3). K3 merupakan perlindungan yang wajib diterima oleh pekerja guna mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan di lingkungan kerja. Sesuai dengan amanat UU Keselamatan Kerja dan UU Ketenagakerjaan, pekerja yang terinfeksi virus Covid-19, dapat pulih seperti keadaan semula apabila diberikan jaminan kesehatan yang memadai oleh negara. Namun, sampai saat ini belum ada peraturan hukum terbaru terkait perlindungan pekerja yang bekerja ditengah Covid-19. Kata Kunci: Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja; COVID-19; Penyakit Akibat Kerja; Jaminan Kesehatan.

The Impact

A promising investment in the property sector is due to appreciation in property value. As an economic instrument, the stock market, inseparable from different environmental factors, was triggered by incident in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China, an outbreak of acute respiratory tract infection 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in December 2019 and then spread across China. This study is a comparative study on the stock index of the property sector on the stock exchange of countries affected by the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) case, with a purposive sampling technique according to certain criteria for sample selection. The event analysis was performed by analyzing market reaction; with COVID-19 incident effect as one of the event tests, the stock price index. The findings of the study indicate that there is an index response to the incident of COVID-19. The reflected reaction shows in the abnormal return and trade volume activity before and after the incident. Thus, this study is expected to be taken into consideration for stock investors regarding the impact of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic on stock prices, by providing an overview of changes in stock prices during the monitoring period, so that they can make investment decisions in the period before and after incident.

Perkembangan pandemi Covid-19 saat ini sangat mengkhawatirkan dimana terjadinya suatupeningkatan kasus corona khusus di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuidan menganalisis kebijakan yang diambil pemerintah dalam penanganan pandemi Covid-19serta langkah-langkah yang diambil pemerintah untuk menganggulangi dampak-dampak, terutama dampak dari segi ekonomi dan sosial akibat pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitianhukum yang digunakan yakni metode penelitian hukum normatif. Adapun pendekatan yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatankonseptual. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pengaturan perundang-undangan yang mengaturmengenai penanganan dan penganggulangan pandemi Covid-19 serta analisis atas konseppenetapan peraturan perundang-undangan tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dalamrangka penanganan Covid-19, berawal dari pemerintah tmengeluarkan kebijakan tentangPembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar yang merujuk pada Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun2018 tentang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan. Peraturan pelaksanaannya yaitu PeraturanPemerintah Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar, sertaKeputusan Presiden tentang Kedaruratan Kesehatan sampai dengan saat ini pemerintah telahmengeluarkan kebijakan PPKM yang dimana dilakukan secara berkala. Untukmenganggulangi dampak Covid-19 dari segi ekonomi dan sosial pemerintah mengambilbeberapa kebijakan-kebijakan, yang diantaranya adalah: Peraturan Menteri KeuanganRepublik Indonesia Nomor 23/Pmk.03/2020 tentang Insentif Pajak Untuk WajibPajakTerdampak Wabah Virus Corona; Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Kata Kunci : Kebijakan, Penanganan, Covid-19 The current development of the Covid-19 pandemic is very worrying where there is anincrease in special corona cases in Indonesia. This study aims to identify and analyze thepolicies taken by the government in handling the Covid-19 pandemic and the steps taken bythe government to mitigate the impacts, especially the economic and social impacts of theCovid-19 pandemic. The legal research method used is the normative legal research method. The approach used in this research is a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Thisresearch is based on the legislation governing the handling and handling of the Covid-19pandemic as well as an analysis of the concept of establishing these laws and regulations. The results of this study are in the context of handling Covid-19, starting with thegovernment issuing a policy on Large-Scale Social Restrictions which refers to Law Number6 of 2018 concerning Health Quarantine. The implementing regulations are GovernmentRegulation Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions, as well as thePresidential Decree on Health Emergencies. Until now, the government has issued a PPKMpolicy which is carried out regularly. The Impact

We present a novel methodology for the stable rate estimation of hospitalization and death related to the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) using publicly available reports from various distinct communities. These rates are then used to estimate underreported infections on the corresponding areas by making use of reported daily hospitalizations and deaths. The impact of underreporting infections on vaccination strategies is estimated under different disease-transmission scenarios using a Susceptible-Exposed-Infective-Removed-like (SEIR) epidemiological model.

Pandemi Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) memiliki dampak yang signifikan ke perubahan perilaku masyarakat. Dampak tersebut memunculkan permasalahan berupa ketidakmampuan masyarakat dalam mengelola rasa curiga, takut, sikap over-protektif. Bila hal itu tidak diselesaikan dengan baik, maka dapat merusak hubungan sosial antar individu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis, dengan menggunakan teori psikodinamika. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pekerja sosial berperan dalam mengubah perilaku masyarakat, sehingga mereka mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan sosial akibat dampak pandemi Covid-19. Peranan pekerja sosial, yakni: pertama, berperan dalam meningkatkan fungsi sosial individu-individu. Hal itu dilakukan pekerja sosial dengan memberikan pertolongan agar individu mampu memahami konflik (kepanikan/keresahan) pikiran-pikiran dan perasaannya. Kedua, pendampingan sosial kepada masyarakat. Hal itu dilakukan pekerja sosial dengan mengedukasi dan membantu mensosialisasikan kegiatan yang bertujuan untuk melakukan pencegahan atau penurunan penyebaran Covid-19.[The Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic has a significant impact on changing people's behavior. This impact raises problems in the form of the community's inability to manage suspicion, fear, over-protection. If it is not resolved properly, it can damage social relations between individuals. This research uses descriptive-analytical method, using psychodynamic theory. The results of the study show that social workers play a role in changing people's behavior, so that they are able to solve social problems due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. The role of social workers, namely: first, plays a role in improving the social function of individuals. This is done by social workers by providing assistance so that individuals are able to understand the conflict (panic/anxiety) of their thoughts and feelings. Second, social assistance to the community. This is done by social workers by educating and helping to disseminate activities aimed at preventing or reducing the spread of Covid-19.]

ABSTRAK COVID-19 atau Corona Virus Diesease-19 adalah sebuah penyakit terbaru di tahun 2019 yang disebabkan oleh Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Covid-19 melanda banyak Negara di dunia termasuk Indonesia. Pandemi Covid-19 tidak hanya merupakan masalah nasional dalam suatu negara, tapi sudah merupakan masalah global. Covid-19 berawal dari daerah Wuhan Cina. Penyebaran Covid -19 yang begitu cepat dan beresiko kematian. Penularannya diduga melalui aerosol pada daerah mulut, mata dan hidung. Covid-19 berdampak kepada kehidupan sosial dan melemahnya ekonomi masyarakat yang kemudian mempengaruhi pelayanan publik. Permasalahan yang disoroti adalah bagaimana dampak pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pelayanan publik dan upaya penanggulangan wabah COVID-19.. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya melakukan isolasi mandiri untuk memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19 di lingkungan masyarakat.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu penyuluhan kepada ibu-ibu kader di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kedaton tentang pentingnya menjalani protokol kesehatan dan melakukan isolasi mandiri di rumah sebagai tindakan preventif untuk memutus rantai penyebaran COVID-19. Pelaksanaan kegiatan oleh mahasiswa FK Malahayati kelompok 13 CHOP dan pihak puskesmas kedaton dan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 19 Desember 2020. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan kader tentang pentingnya penerapan protokol kesehatan di masa pandemi COVID-19 ini sehingga penyuluhan ini berdampak baik dan efektif. Kata Kunci : Edukasi, Kesehatan, Covid  ABSTRACT COVID-19 or Corona Virus Disease 19 is a new illness in 2019 caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). Covid -19 originated in the Wuhan area of China. The spread of Covid-19 is so fast and deadly, transmission through physical contact is transmitted by the aerosol through the mouth, eyes, and nose. Covid-19 has an impact on social life and the weakening of the people's economy. The issue of how the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak on public services and efforts to overcome the Covid-19 outbreak. The Problem that followed is about how’s the impact of the outbreak affects public service. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge about how too important it do self-isolation to cut off the transmission of COVID-19 in the social community. The method that used in this activity is counseling the cadres in the puskesmas kedaton her territory about how too important to do self-isolation to cut off the transmission of COVID-19 in the social community. The activity was assisted by the students of the medical faculty of Malahayati University especially group 13 CHOP and staff of puskesmas kedaton and was held on December 19, 2020. The results of this activity are increased knowledge of the cadres about how too important to do self-isolation to cut off the transmission of COVID-19 in the social community so that can be concluded this counseling worked so well and effectively. Keywords: Education, Health, Covid

Abstract Purpose – Based on the fact that punishment and subsidy mechanisms affect the anti-epidemic incentives of major participants in a society, the issue of this paper is how the penalty and subsidy mechanisms affect the decisions of governments, businesses, and consumers during Corona Virus Disease 2019. The goal of this paper is to understand strategic selections from governments, enterprises, and consumers to maximize their respective utility during Corona Virus Disease 2019, and the impact of penalty and subsidy mechanism on the decisions of governments, businesses, and consumers.Design/Methodology/approach - This paper proposes a tripartite evolutionary game theory, involving governments, businesses, and consumers, to firstly analyze the evolutionary stable strategies and to secondly analyze the impact of penalty and subsidy mechanism on their strategy selection during Corona Virus Disease 2019. Thirdly, this paper uses numerical analysis to simulate the strategy formation process of governments, enterprises, and consumers in Japan and India based on their different penalty and subsidy mechanism.Findings – This paper suggests that there are four evolutionarily stable strategies corresponding to the actual anti-epidemic situations of different countries in reality. We find that different subsidy and penalty mechanisms lead to different evolutionary stable strategies. If governments, enterprises, and consumers fighting the pandemic together, the government need to set a low subsidy mechanism and a high penalty mechanism.Originality/value - There are some limitations in the literature, such as long term strategies, rational hypothesis, and convergence path analysis in higher dimensional evolutionary game theory. This paper fills the gap and extends the theory of COVID-19 management theory. Firstly, this paper has important practical significance. This paper finds out the long-term equilibrium strategies of governments, businesses, and consumers under Corona Virus Disease 2019, which can provide an important theoretical and decision-making basis for pandemic prevention and control. Secondly, our paper extends the analytical paradigm of the tripartite evolutionary game theory. We extend the analysis of the dynamic process from the initial point to the convergence point and make a theoretical contribution to the development of high-dimensional evolutionary game theory.
