The article discusses the management of sustainable development of organizations using standardization as one of the tools of the quality economy. Particular attention is paid to the existing practice of Russian and international companies building strategic goals and objectives in accordance with the UN SDGs. The connection between standardization and sustainable development of the organization, in particular organizations of the social services sector, is shown.

Financial institutions play a central role in capital and debt markets, providing the finance that shapes development patterns, and thus environmental pressures. Environmental law has traditionally focused on development itself, but not the capital allocation function. Consequently, the underlying market dynamics and growth imperatives are not adequately addressed. To achieve sustainable development in Britain, new legal tools and policies to promote ethical financing in the financial services sector are necessary. This article explains why ethical financing is important to sustainability, surveys the range of financial institutions in Britain relevant to ethical finance, and makes recommendations to improve the regulatory and institutional context for financing sustainable development.

Identifying the sustainable development with eco-development and the principles of the concept of social welfare in the long term (strategic), with particular emphasis on the economic and environmental efficiency projects, it is worth to pay the attention to the implementation of these rules to the utilities sector. This problem becomes particularly important in the era of the Information Society and the knowledge economy, where the skillful management of the diffusion of knowledge in subsystems of partners relations platform will foster communities of creators eco-values ​​and commercial values. The purpose of this article is identification of ways to implement the concept of sustainable development through knowledge management in the eco-system of the chosen company, a regional leader in the municipal services sector and its partners, in IT environment.

The article examines the main issues of managing financial flows between enterprises and between the state and enterprises based on blockchain technology. Three important functions of the financial services sector based on blockchain technology are considered: at the enterprise, the registration of transactions, confirmation of the personal identity (legal address) and the conclusion of contracts. The operations on the cryptocurrency market, carried out by their participants at their own risk, are described. The article studies approach to the formation of the behavior of business entities in the context of sustainable development, which can be used as an effective tool for increasing the competitiveness of goods (services) in Ukraine.


The services sector is one of the leading sectors of the economy. Today the share of this sector in the gross domestic product and employment is more than 70% in world economy. The service sector began to be studied in the 20th century as a separate discipline and field. Therefore, the theoretical and methodological foundations of this area are not yet perfect. In particular, most of the research in the field of services to date has focused on the socio-economic aspects of it. The purpose of this study is to improve the theoretical and methodological foundations of not only socio-economic but also ecological development of the services sector, in other words, sustainable development. Particular attention is paid to the creation of functions for sustainable development of the services sector and the development of an improved methodology for determining the level of sustainable development of the service sector.

The article deals with the problems of sustainable development of the economy. In modern conditions, the problem of improving the housing and communal services sphere largely depends on the introduction of the latest smart technologies. Such technologies are designed to improve energy efficiency, save resources, simplify work processes, collect relevant information and digitalize the housing and communal services sector as a whole. The experience of the practical use of smart technologies as an innovative energy efficiency solution for apartment buildings is considered. The purpose of the study is to develop innovative approaches to managing the field of operational services and to improve the efficiency of the housing and communal services industry based on smart technologies.
