Individual Taxpayers (WPOP) experience problems every year due to difficulties in filling out SPT. The Directorate General of Taxes issued a new policy in providing easy Notification Services (SPT) using online systems namely e-Filling and e-SPT. The policy taken by the government turned out that there were still many obstacles faced by the KPP Pratama Ponorogo Tax Office regarding ponorogo's lack of understanding related to filling out SPT manually or online using e-SPT and e-Felling. So that this certainly can make taxpayers object to the submission of Annual Tax Returns, especially in terms of calculating the tax payable which must be calculated on its own. Data collection is done by using primary data in the form of questionnaires. The samples processed in this study were 100 respondents who were distributed to individual taxpayers registered at KPP Pratama Ponorogo. Data analysis method uses validity test and reliability test, hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the awareness of taxpayers, taxpayer intentions, taxpayer attitudes, subjective norms, behavioral control and ease of tax return filling process affect Tax Compliance (tax compliance) submission of Annual Tax Returns. This is because taxpayers know, understand and implement taxation provisions correctly and voluntarily so as to increase taxpayer compliance in fulfilling their obligations and are willing to report taxes with their own awareness.

This research is at Economic Colleges of Indragiri Rengat with a quantitative approach. This research used primary data that the author obtained from respondents who are students of the Economic Colleges of Indragiri Rengat. This research used descriptive research, explaining that descriptive research is the largest form of research shown to describe the events that exist. The characteristics of the descriptive method are: 1) Focusing on the problems that exist in the present and the current period and 2) The data collected is first arranged, explained and analyzed. To anyzed the data, this research used multiple regression, correlation coefficients, and hypothesis testing which will be assisted using SPSS version 21. The results of Multiple Linear Regression Analysis in this study indicate that the value is significant. For the variable entrepreneurship interest has a significant influence on the subject of entrepreneurship management. Furthermore, family environment variables have a significant influence on entrepreneurship management courses. Partial test results (T-test) obtained the value of entrepreneurial interest variable with a large tcount from ttable, based on the data testing criteria it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that entrepreneurship partially influences the entrepreneurship management course and the value of the family environment variable with a large tcount from the table, based on the data testing criteria it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, it means that the family environment partially influences the entrepreneurship management course. The results of the R test test, the value of r or correlation has a very strong and unidirectional relationship between the variables of entrepreneurial interest and variables family environment increases, the entrepreneurship management course will also increase and the value of r square or coefficient of determination has the meaning that the variable entrepreneurship management can be explained by variables of entrepreneurial interest and family environment variables, as while the rest is explained by other independent variables not examined in this research.

Effective implementation of crediting strategy is paramount to the growth of Small and Micro Enterprises (SMEs) worldwide. Crediting provides adequate amount of initial capital needed by entrepreneurs to establish and operate their businesses. The government of Kenya having realized this scenario initiated the formation of Women Enterprise Fund (WEF) in 2007 as a micro credit to provide financial credit to women entrepreneurs throughout the country. Despite this, many women micro traders have inadequate access to credit to start and expand their SMEs. The specific objective of this study was to assess the influence crediting strategy on the growth of SMEs in Kenya. This research used a descriptive survey based design. The study’s target population constituted 2032 women group leaders from which a sample size of 335 respondents was selected randomly. Primary data was collected by use of structured researcher administered questionnaires. Data collected was analyzed by use of both descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, by the aid of SPSS version 24. Both Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and Linear Regression Analysis were computed to correlate the study’s variables. The study established a positive relationship between crediting strategy and the growth of SMEs. The findings of this study will help the government of Kenya in formulating and implementing crediting strategies that would make credit accessible and therefore boost growth of SMEs in the country. The study recommends that the government establishes policies that will necessitate accessibility of credit to SMEs in the country.

One of the important benchmarks in determining the success of economic development is economic growth. The role of the government in achieving development success is to determine the direction of development policies and to achieve these development targets a good development plan is needed to realize stable economic growth in order to improve people's welfare, namely by increasing Small and Medium Enterprises, Investment and Manpower. This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Small and Medium Enterprises, Investment and Labor on the economic growth of Batam City. The data source is secondary data using panel data consisting of time series data for three years and cross section data of nine districts which resulted in 45 observations. The analysis technique used to solve the problem in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that in terms of small and medium enterprises, investment and labor have a significant effect on economic growth in Batam City. This indicates that the number of SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises), Investment and Manpower in Batam City can determine the level of economic growth in Batam City. This is because SMEs, investment and labor are activities that can produce goods or services. Partially Small and Medium Enterprises, Investment and Labor have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in Batam City, meaning that if the number of Small and Medium Enterprises, Investment and Labor is increased, economic growth will also increase.
