Ecological environment detection and environmental protection technology becomes an important means to ensure the sustainable development of human beings. Under the premise of the common development of the world’s environmental protection, environmental protection is becoming more and more important. Under the background of the development of science and technology, human beings should also fundamentally solve the ecological environmental protection problem. At the same time, multi-domain ecological environment monitoring data will be used to improve the data processing technology capacity to meet the government’s multi-source control needs and improve the government’s scientific decision-making effect. Starting from the significance of applying ecological environment detection and environmental protection technology, this paper explores and defines the problems existing in the ecological environment detection and environmental protection technology, and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies in combination with big data technology for reference.

Oilfield development has brought important energy to people. However, it inevitably produces a variety of pollutants at the same time, which have a great effect on the ecological environment. This article analyzed the pollution sources and the pollutant influence situation on ecological environment (atmospheric environment, water environment, soil environment, natural vegetation and animal, etc.) in every stage of oilfield development, and then put forward the environment prevention and control measures. The author thinks that we should establish comprehensive environmental protection monitoring mechanism, improve environment protection technology and effective protection measures such as environmental protection law and regulation system, and implement clearer production. Furthermore, we must advocate people to protect the ecological environment and reduce environmental pollution.

Land is the carrier of the production and living activities of human society and the basis of survival and development of all living organisms. With the continuous development of the social economy, the unreasonable use of land is becoming more and more serious, aggravating the deterioration of the ecological environment. Most studies in this field have mainly focused on land use changes and the corresponding impacts on the ecological environment, but relatively few studies have delinked the relationship between land use intensity and the ecological environment. Based on data on these two factors for Gansu Province from 1998 to 2017, we used the Tapio decoupling model to evaluate the decoupling relationship between land use intensity and ecological environment. From 1998 to 2017, the comprehensive land use intensity in Gansu province increased by 107.77%, and the comprehensive ecological environment index increased by 63.76%. In general, the relationship between land use intensity and ecological environment experienced five states, namely weak decoupling, strong negative decoupling, strong decoupling, expansive negative decoupling, and declining decoupling. During 1999–2013 and 2013–2016, land use intensity and ecological environment had decoupled, and the main reasons were as follows: (1) The Chinese government introduced a series of farmland protection policies and measures, controlled the area of newly added construction land, and reduced urban land expansion; (2) ecological restoration projects for mountains, forests, fields, lakes, and grassland strengthened the environmental protection in Gansu Province; and (3) in the process of economic development, the increased investment of technology and capital improved the land use efficiency, finally realizing the “double growth” of land use intensity and environmental quality. Based on these results, land use intensity and environmental quality are not necessarily contradictory, and a moderate improvement of land use efficiency and environmental protection can probably result in increased land use intensity and higher environmental quality.

In recent years,the contradiction between social development and ecological environmental protection has increased sharply, especially as demands for ecological forestry construction have become ever greater. As one of the important ways to promote ecological environment construction, ecological forestry encourages soil and water conservation, biodiversity conservation and ecological environmental protection. Adequate funding in the construction of ecological forests and stable financing channels are the main factors that ensure the smooth development of ecological environmental construction. This paper describes the present situation for ecological environmental construction and ecological forestry. It analyzes the existing ecological forestry financing sources and channels and summarizes the successful experience of domestic and international lotteries. The ecological forestry financing channel is singular and inadequate funding is restricting the development of ecological environment construction. Active identification of new, stable financing channels is conducive to resolving the funding gap problem. An ecological lottery is suggested as a new type of ecological public welfare fund that has practical necessity and theoretical feasibility.

Strengthen our environmental protection industry can create enormous economic as a new industries. Our environmental protection industry has already achieved certain progress, but it has still a large margin from the reality of the claim and the level of developed countries. In view of the problems in our environmental protection industry, this paper analysis the development status of China’s environmental protection industry, based on the prospect of environmental protection industry, propose measures of accelerating the development of China's environmental protection industry, which will push China's environmental protection industry into a new development stage.
