Automatic monitoring system is one of the main means to ensure the safety of underground engineering construction. This paper summarizes the current international research and application status of the underground engineering monitoring system from three aspects of data acquisition, data transmission, and data processing and emphatically introduces the mainstream new technology of the monitoring system. Furthermore, this paper puts forward specific and implementable technical routes based on the current intelligent technology and the challenges faced by future monitoring, which can provide direction and reference for future research, including high-precision real-time acquisition and safe and reliable transmission of monitoring data, multisource data fusion, and the visual intelligent early warning platform.

The article presents the results of many years of comprehensive research on the new technology of forming extra-strong unreinforced pipes for hydro-engineering construction by vibro-peristaltic hyper-compacting with simultaneous modifying of the concrete mixtures and concrete itself. The regularities of occurrence of a compacted mixture in a column of high-intensity compression and tension zones varying in time, as well as the placement and configuration of the filtration fields of the formwork forms, taking into account the type and diameter of the holes preventing their blockage in the molding process, are given. As a result of experimental theoretical and industrial research, the scientific basis for the production of highly durable concrete has been developed. Technological bases of its production in axisymmetric products, as well as a new installation for molding concrete unreinforced pipes by vibro-peristaltic pressing, which is protected by copyright certificate and patent of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The installation is intended for forming low-pressure and free-flow pipes with a nominal diameter from 500 to 1500 mm and a length of up to 2000 mm. The purpose of this article is to share the results of research, experience to accelerate the widespread introduction of new technology.

The auxiliary dam of the upper reservoir of Baoquan pumped storage power station is filled with rock-filled concrete, which accelerates the schedule of construction, shortens the duration, reduces investment, and guarantees the quality of the construction effectively. This is the first application of rock-filled concrete in dam filling in hydraulic engineering, and it develops a new technology of using rock-filled concrete to fill dam, which provides valuable experience in the diversity and rationality of hydraulic engineering construction.

Composite inorganic fiber spray technology was based on high-strength interfacial agent, then sprayed an appropriate mixed proportion of ultrafine diameter (D <4μm) composite inorganic fibers, adhesives, cement and other raw materials through a dedicated spray equipment on the building roof (ceiling) or flank, which formed a homogeneous, porous, durable and eco-friendly cover layer. The key technology is combined composite inorganic fiber sprays’ adhesive, mixing, porous, insulation and acoustic fireproof mechanism with three key technology working principles " high-strength interfacial agent sector coverage ", " composite inorganic fibers + adhesive multiple mixed spray " and " continuous overall seamless fireproof insulating layer ", to achieve integrate engineering effects of insulation, fastness, energy-efficient, sound-absorbing and homogeneous coverage. The new technology solves acoustic insulation problems of public buildings with fireproof requirements as: underground garage ceiling, elevator shafts and fire passage, etc.

With the development of computer technology and BIM technology in water conservancy engineering construction promotion and application. Many previously intractable problems have been solved by the introduction of new technology. BIM technology not only has a powerful information processing capability, but also provides the conditions for solving the problem of building refinement in the construction process. Revit software was used for modeling and parametric management in the project of Paihekou, which solved the problems of accurate calculation, three-dimensional view and fine template making

Most microelectronics devices and circuits operate faster, consume less power, execute more functions and cost less per circuit function when the feature-sizes internal to the devices and circuits are made smaller. This is part of the stimulus for the Very High-Speed Integrated Circuits (VHSIC) program. There is also a need for smaller, more sensitive sensors in a wide range of disciplines that includes electrochemistry, neurophysiology and ultra-high pressure solid state research. There is often fundamental new science (and sometimes new technology) to be revealed (and used) when a basic parameter such as size is extended to new dimensions, as is evident at the two extremes of smallness and largeness, high energy particle physics and cosmology, respectively. However, there is also a very important intermediate domain of size that spans from the diameter of a small cluster of atoms up to near one micrometer which may also have just as profound effects on society as “big” physics.
