The article substantiates that the evolution of earthly statehood naturally leads to its transformation into a cosmic statehood and opens a new era in the development of the state. The utopian nature of political theories in the history of thought is marked both by the completion of the evolution of the state with its global earthly forms, and by the abolition or withering away of the state, as well as the importance of spatial characteristics for understanding the general evolution of statehood. The article contains the beginning of a new, more powerful wave of space activity where all states participate. The reasons for the formation and features of a space state (spatial, institutional, functional, legal, scientific and technical), its possible varieties are highlighted, the possibility of different forms is noted. The purely earthly history of the modern state is coming to the end and the state will further develop as a cosmic phenomenon

Under the background of the development of the new era, with the arrival of the big data era and the development of computer technology, people are more and more inclined to use data to analyze all kinds of problems encountered in teaching. Different educational data models are constructed through data analysis. By statistics of different educational data and analysis using correlation models, the relationship between different variables and the intensity of interaction in these activities can be determined. Using computer to complete some teaching tasks and construct a certain teaching mode can improve the efficiency of teachers’ teaching and students’ learning to a certain extent. In the process of discussing the use of computer in classroom teaching, we should analyze how to use computer to carry out new forms of teaching activities and how to evaluate the teaching quality of computer teaching. On the one hand, this paper summarizes the current situation of the development of digital teaching mode in colleges and universities in China; on the other hand, it analyzes the research results of computer teaching by professionals in the new era; Finally, the knowledge of data mining is expounded.

ABSTRACT With the improvement of people's yearning for a healthy and beautiful life, national fitness has become a hot word in academic circles. Combining Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and the Tobit technology, this paper constructs the evaluation model of college sports resource efficiency based on the DEA Tobit model. Based on the establishment of the input-output index system of college sports resources, the model achieves the effect of accurate analysis on the allocation efficiency of university sports resources. Taking 10 universities in a city as experimental objects, the model is verified. The verification shows that the three efficiency indexes of STU University and IPE University in group M are all 1, which shows that the resource allocation is more reasonable; the comprehensive efficiency of Ju university is low, and the sports resources investment is excessive; in group n, except for the EU University, the efficiency of other colleges and universities is lower than the pass line. It can be concluded that there are problems such as excessive input of sports resources and low output rate in Colleges and universities of a city. Therefore, colleges and universities in a city should make full use of the existing resources, enhance their social sports guidance force, while improving the publicity of national fitness. This study has high reference significance for the path selection of national fitness integration in Colleges and Universities.

Previously, all stereological estimation of particle number and sizes were based on models and notoriously gave biased results, were very inefficient to use and difficult to justify. For all references to old methods and a direct comparison with unbiased methods see recent reviews. The publication in 1984 of the DISECTOR, the first unbiased stereological probe for sampling and counting 3—D objects irrespective of their size and shape, signalled the new era in stereology — and give rise to a number of remarkably simple and efficient techniques based on its distinct property: It is the only known way to obtain an unbiased sample of 3-D objects (cells, organelles, etc). The principle is simple: within a 2-D unbiased frame count or sample only cells which are not hit by a parallel plane at a known, small distance h.The area of the frame and h must be known, which might sometimes in itself be a problem, albeit usually a small one. A more severe problem may arise because these constants are known at the scale of the fixed, embedded and sectioned tissue which is often shrunken considerably.

In the mid-nineteenth century Virchow revolutionized pathology by introduction of the concept of “cellular pathology”. Today, a century later, this term has increasing significance in health and disease. We now are in the beginning of a new era in pathology, one which might well be termed “organelle pathology” or “subcellular pathology”. The impact of lysosomal diseases on clinical medicine exemplifies this role of pathology of organelles in elucidation of disease today.Another aspect of cell organelles of prime importance is their pathologic alteration by drugs, toxins, hormones and malnutrition. The sensitivity of cell organelles to minute alterations in their environment offers an accurate evaluation of the site of action of drugs in the study of both function and toxicity. Examples of mitochondrial lesions include the effect of DDD on the adrenal cortex, riboflavin deficiency on liver cells, elevated blood ammonia on the neuron and some 8-aminoquinolines on myocardium.
