Along with globally approaching of the 3G era, the progress of mobile communication technology and the development of mobile terminal devices will rapidly promote the mobilization development of traditional Ecommerce. In order to ensure it to achieve further development, secure, flexible and reliable mobile payment system is becoming more and more important. Compared with the payment pattern of ordinary commerce, there will be profound changes in the mobile payment, such as special payment channel, payment carrier and etc. After deep studying about previous payment methods and future 3G communication technology, this paper introduces a new mobile payment model by combining with IC chip, mobile phone and mobile internet, and then gives some improvement measures for current settlement mechanisms in the network transaction, which is entirely around payment channel, payment carrier, security authentication and other key issues in 3G environment. The real time processing of information flow, capital flow and logistics in mobile environment can be easily achieved, forming a complete and reliable business operation for mobile users, which can bring some great conveniences and profound influences for mobile payment industry.

With the rapid growth in the number of the domestic mobile phone users and the widespread use of the third generation (3G) mobile communication technology, mobile payment will become a new means of payment and be gradually accepted. At present, many cities and regions already have a Phone Financial IC card which can provide contact and Non-contact applications of consumer who use the Point of Sales (POS), the phone financial IC card is the SIM card which comply with the financial specifications PBOC2.0, it can provide an individual customer with a debit or credit services and pure e-wallet functions of financial payment. Mobile payment system based on the phone financial IC card will achieve savings, air deposit, inquiries, payments, communications and other functions. On the basis of the project, this paper depicts and analyses the mobile payment system architecture, business functions and key technologies.

In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile communication technology, intelligent mobile terminal tendency is increasingly popular. People are stepping into the era of mobile networks. Information systems created for enterprise or individual gradually rely on mobile networks and mobile devices. Because the mobile network is often interrupted, data synchronization working on the mobile network is very difficult. We put forward a model of the data synchronization in mobile network. JSON and data compression with parallel processing are introduced into the model. Thus, the model has high efficiency. It was applied to a company's Warehouse Management System and solved the problem of data synchronization preferably.

There has been rapid development of mobile communication technology (MCT) in the last decade with Botswana having a tele density of 168 %, hence the need to find out if MCT is effectively used in agriculture. A sample of 36 commercial farmers answered a questionnaire. All commercial farmers in the study own at least one form of MCT device, the most common being mobile phone. In spite of ownership of such devices, commercial farmers do not adequately use MCT in their farm work as on average 53 % said they have used it in one form or another. The perceived impact of MCT in commercial farming is also not satisfactory as on average 50% of the farmers in the sample answered in the negative. The unsatisfactory use of MCT by farmers can be mitigated by having discussions with farmers and showing them the benefits of using MCT in their farm work.

<span style="font-size: 9pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;">The use of mobile communication is growing radically with every passing year. The new reality is the fifth generation (5G) of mobile communication technology. 5G requires expensive infrastructural adjustment and upgradation. Currently, Pakistan has one of the most significant numbers of biometrically verified mobile users. However, at the same time, the country lags incredibly in the field of mobile internet adoption, with just half of the mobile device owners avail broadband subscription. It is a viable market with a large segment yet to be tapped. With the advancing progression in Pakistan towards the internet of things (IoT) connectivity, i.e., solar-powered home solutions, smart city projects, and on-board diagnostics (OBD), the urgency for speed, bandwidth and reliability are on the rise. In this paper, Pakistan's prevalent mobile communication networks, i.e., second, third and fourth generation (2G, 3G and 4G), were analyzed and examined in light of the country's demographics and challenges. The future of 5G in Pakistan was also discussed. The study revealed that non-infrastructural barriers influence the low adoption rate, which is the main reason behind the spectrum utilization gap, i.e., the use of 3G, and the 4G spectrum is minimal.</span>

With the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile payment with its powerful convenience and operability is widely attention. This paper first discuss about several typical mobile payment pattern. Then proposes a mobile payment system based on hierarchical structure. In addition, in order to adapt to the rapid growth of mobile users and more diversified mobile payment business, we improved this payment system based on the Open API architecture. So that the mobile payment system can be more convenient for secondary development, thus, has better expansibility and portability.

This paper briefly describes the current security situation of the mobile Internet, compares the difference between mobile terminals and PC terminals in terms of security, and discusses the security-related research of mobile terminals. After analyzing the feasibility and expected effect of the implementation of access control in a mobile terminal, we propose a Willingness-based Access Control scheme for mobile Internet. We design and complete the pay function with variable difficulties on the basis of MD5. Then, we build an experimental environment with mobile phone programming, test the scheme and analyze the results. The conclusions are given in the final.

This paper presents a solution of mobile payment based on SWP/HCI (ETSI) implemented with Micro SD card connected to an NFC-enabled mobile phone. Connection scenarios of the solution are described. Moreover, SWP/HCI protocol architecture is given. Programming and optimization of this solution is analyzed as well. We implement the functions and procedures using C plus plus language on ARM 7 platform. This solution complies with the development of NFC technology and compatible with the existing POS payment system terminals. And after optimization, the occupying RAM space of the codes is reduced by 74%.
