The football coaches formation is a topic of considerable analysis and constant development. Today football coaches are very heterogeneous, whether in terms of experience as a coach, age, context of intervention and even past practice as a player. This heterogeneity may be more evident in regional football, since it is the basis of this sport, where most players and coaches begin their careers. Thus, regional football can present a big difference between the age and experience of the coaches, which leads to different views and interventions on the part of the coaches. So it is relevant to analyze the importance that coaches (expert and young) in this context give to different professional skills to understand what their convergences and divergences, 40 interviews were conducted (20 expert coaches and 20 young coaches) with an average age of 35.6 years and standard deviation of 8.6 years, following a script composed of five parts: a Personal and socio-professional characterization, the importance given by the interviewees to the Competencies: “Knowledge-Knowledge "," Knowledge-Do "and Knowledge-Be". We observed that both groups give relative importance to the different “knowledges”, however it is the Young Coaches who present the best results, with (51%) of items of (PNFT-RCFG).

The study aims to demonstrate the importance of training and development to improve the corporate image in the minds of customers, and impact analysis and correlation of training and development in the image of the company, and the study was conducted in two rational and Assyria, the formations and the Ministry of Construction and Housing and public municipalities, and adopted the questionnaire as a tool for the study, which distributed 105 identification of the respondents the two companies were retrieving 83 questionnaire and ruled out a number 2 questionnaire for non-compliance with the conditions, bringing to the total number of sample 81 Mbhotha. "were used in the study statistical methods percentage, the arithmetic mean is likely, the standard deviation, the relative importance, ratios correlation coefficient (Spearman) F test, Spss program and coefficient of determination R2%, it found a number of conclusions of the most important interest of the two companies are actively training and development Alambhottin with weakness in the support of the trainees before, during and after the training process, and finally the study came out a set of recommendations including the provision of adequate support by the management of the trainees before, during and after the training process and the need to increase interest in actively training and development for workers being reflected positively on the mental image of the company among customers.

AbstractThe study examined differences in perception among Senior High School Economics teachers on the relative importance of indicators of teachers’ professional skills, based on teaching experience. The study employed the descriptive survey method and comprised a sample of 115 professional Economics teachers drawn from the Central Region of Ghana. A self-designed questionnaire was administered on the respondents. The data were analysed using the t-test. The findings of the study showed that highly experienced Economics teachers perceive indicators of teachers’ skills of instructional planning as more important, relative to the experienced Economics teachers. Again, the finding showed a significant difference in perception between the highly experienced and experienced Economics teachers about the relative importance of the skills of instructional assessment. The study recommends the organisation of in-service workshops for sensitisation as well as the creation of a community of learners among SHS Economics teachers for the sharing of knowledge and experiences.

AbstractIn this paper we explore the factors that determine delegation of implementation in project aid. In particular, focusing on the importance of informational asymmetry between levels of government, we empirically assess whether this choice is influenced by the relative importance of the local information at the recipient country level. Moreover, we test whether this choice can in turn influence project performance. Using information on more than 5800 World Bank projects for the period 1995-2014, and controlling for characteristics at both country and project level, we find that transparency does influence the probability that a project is implemented locally rather than nationally. More specifically, a one standard deviation decline in transparency increases the probability of a locally implemented project by three percentage points. We also find that a local implementing agency may increase the probability of a successful project only up to a certain level of a country’s transparency.

The success of the protein monolayer technique for electron microscopy of individual DNA molecules is based on the prevention of aggregation and orientation of the molecules during drying on specimen grids. DNA adsorbs first to a surface-denatured, insoluble cytochrome c monolayer which is then transferred to grids, without major distortion, by touching. Fig. 1 shows three basic procedures which, modified or not, permit the study of various important properties of nucleic acids, either in concert with other methods or exclusively:1) Molecular weights relative to DNA standards as well as number distributions of molecular weights can be obtained from contour length measurements with a sample standard deviation between 1 and 4%.

Purpose The minimum masking level (MML) is the minimum intensity of a stimulus required to just totally mask the tinnitus. Treatments aimed at reducing the tinnitus itself should attempt to measure the magnitude of the tinnitus. The objective of this study was to evaluate the reliability of the MML. Method Sample consisted of 59 tinnitus patients who reported stable tinnitus. We obtained MML measures on two visits, separated by about 2–3 weeks. We used two noise types: speech-shaped noise and high-frequency emphasis noise. We also investigated the relationship between the MML and tinnitus loudness estimates and the Tinnitus Handicap Questionnaire (THQ). Results There were differences across the different noise types. The within-session standard deviation averaged across subjects varied between 1.3 and 1.8 dB. Across the two sessions, the Pearson correlation coefficients, range was r = .84. There was a weak relationship between the dB SL MML and loudness, and between the MML and the THQ. A moderate correlation ( r = .44) was found between the THQ and loudness estimates. Conclusions We conclude that the dB SL MML can be a reliable estimate of tinnitus magnitude, with expected standard deviations in trained subjects of about 1.5 dB. It appears that the dB SL MML and loudness estimates are not closely related.
