The article’s objective was to investigate the factors that affected customers' shopping behavior on e-commerce exchanges during the COVID-19 pandemic in Da Nang city. During the pandemic, in-store purchases are extremely difficult, and further research into e-commerce issues will attract more customers to online stores, and e-commerce platforms will become more common. Because of this, research is being conducted in order to address the aforementioned issues. In our research, we utilize qualitative research to build up hypotheses. A structured questionnaire with five-point Likert scales was distributed among 203 participants in Da Nang city (students, housewives, freelance businessmen) in order to collect data for the quantitative research The analysis technique, first is to test the reliability and validity of the instrument used, then the EFA discovery factor analysis, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis are performed. The research reveals that four variables influence buying on e-commerce exchanges: Payment method, Convenience, Trust factor, and Product variety, in which Payment method having the most impact. The study is important for e-commerce firms to improve their sales strategies in order to better fulfill the demands of their customers throughout the Covid-19 pandemic.

The purpose of this study is identify factors that affect students motivation in  learning Arabic among lower secondary level students at Naim Lilbanat National Religious Secondary School (SMKA), Kota Bharu, Kelantan. To achieve this purpose, four objectives have been outlined; to identify the level of students performance in Arabic, to identify the level of students interest towards Arabic, to identify factors that affect students motivation towards Arabic and to evaluate the relationship between motivation and students performance in Arabic. This quantitative research used questionnaires for collecting data. 93 students at lower secondary level at SMKA Naim Lilbanat were selected by simple random technique as the sample that represent 40% of the research population. A pilot study was conducted to ensure the quality of feasibility, validity and reliability of the instrument. The validity of items was obtained by referring to 10 experts of the subject matter. Coefficient of reliability value was obtained at a high level that is 0.86 through Cronbach Alpha test using SPSS version 19. The study found that 88 (94.6%) respondents have a good performance in Arabic and 78 (83.9%) respondents have a good interest towards Arabic. According to this study, five factors that affect students motivation in descending order are: attitude toward Arabic as they consider it as important, Arabic environment, attitude toward Arabic as they consider it as easy to learn and understand, self-awareness and the effectiveness of teaching and learning in the classroom. The Pearson correlation test showed that there is a positive significant relationship at a moderate level between level of interest and performance of Arabic among lower secondary level students at SMKA Naim Lilbanat.

This study has a background to determine the correlation between internet services and library access services at IAIN Kediri, so that the results can be used to facilitate librarians in arranging the priority needs of library service users, especially students. This research uses quantitative research method by collecting data through a questionnaire distributed to 300 students. The result of the questionnaire is then analyzed to gain the correlation value to find relationships between variables followed by looking for regression values to determine the influence of one variable on another. To determine the value of validity and reliability, the Pearson Correlation Product Moment formula and Alpha-Cronbach formula are used. Based on the results of the data analysis technique using simple linear regression, between the independent (internet services) and the dependent variable (services in the library) has a correlation value (R2) of 25.5% which means that there is a positive correlation (interrelated between one variable and one variable). other). Briefly, it can be concluded that internet services have a correlation with access to library services and an important role in supporting student learning activities. Accordingly, librarians are strongly expected to carry out management especially in terms of library service facilities and infrastructure at IAIN Kediri.

Performance Appraisal System (PAS) is the tool the education department of Pakistan uses to evaluate the performance of teachers. Survey research was conducted to determine the satisfaction level of public-school teachers with conduction and outcomes of PAS. The correlational research design was planned to determine the perceptions of the teachers about their competencies in areas evaluated by PAS and its outcomes. A multistage random sampling technique was used to access the target sample of 900 higher secondary school teachers from 12 out of 36 districts of Punjab. Since it was a pioneer study, a self-constructed questionnaire was used for the survey piloted on two out of 12 selected districts. The questionnaire was distributed among 1200 teachers; 960 were retrieved, and 900 were tabulated and recorded on SPSS 21 for the final analysis. Both descriptive and inferential statistics were applied. After ensuring reliability, the items were factorized using the exploratory factor analysis technique yielding six factors. Pearson Correlation was conducted to determine the strength of the relationship among the variables, while multiple linear regressions using the stepwise method were conducted to get informed with the critical risk factors associated with the satisfaction of teachers with the conduction of PAS. The results reveal a highly complex situation faced by school teachers; though teachers have displayed complete knowledge about the conduction of the PAS process and its consequences, yet, not only the teachers seem deficient in the needed skills; they also lack motivation for self-development.
