With the advent of new technologies, companies and academic institutions are striving to keep pace with the advancement in Information and Communication Technologies and to streamline the way to manage or upgrade their IT resources. Cloud Computing provides an alternative solution to achieve these objectives within budget. A number of colleges and universities all over the world are implementing cloud infrastructure to reduce the IT operational cost and increasing the effectiveness and convenience of educational services. Cloud computing can play an important role in the education sector in providing ubiquitous access (anytime, anywhere, independent of device) to the learning material. This approach provides a new way to design and manage IT resources in an efficient manner not only by increasing the user’s productivity and hardware utilization but also decreasing infrastructure cost through virtualization. This research paper presents a smart e-learning system based on cloud platform in delivering and sharing e-learning resources. The authors also discuss the features of the smart E-Learning system over the traditional system and propose architecture of smart e-learning system for the education institutions.

In today's scenario, e-learning has become a significant part of the academic environment as well as of the corporate training sectors. Advancement in Information and Communication Technologies (ICTS) has brought new intersection of education, teaching, and learning that defines e-learning. E-learning systems deliver information for education at any time and at any place in an efficient manner. E-learning system consists of course content or learning materials in the form of nodes. These nodes are linked such that users can traverse the other nodes in the hypermedia environment. These learning concepts are available synchronously and asynchronously in different ways of representation. This presents learning materials in a disorganized manner to the learners. Due to this, learners may decline to adapt the learning material or may deviate from their goals. This requires a user model to respond to different needs of a learner. To handle the uncertainty of learner's mind while learning the concepts an intuitionistic fuzzy approach is used.

Education system of India is influenced by the development of computing. In today’s fast era education pattern, learning style is completely changed due to changes in the technology. Today we are focusing on paper less education system which is fast, effective and less time consuming. In this era the focus is goes more on concepts not only on concepts. Cloud computing technology has completely changed the world over the last decade. Not only have more In this paper we discuss the changes due to cloud infrastructure and consider the use of data decentralization to provide better, fast and effective content management system for e-learning. New architecture for education system easily connecting people and devices with learning management system. The purpose of paper is to give a cloud based e-learning environment for the new generation. This paper also discusses the architecture of the cloud based system, advantages of cloud based system and future aspects of new system. Provide cloud based e-learning system to reduce the cost, can be more effective, easier to update and modify and provide security to the end user by stopping unauthorized user access. Architecture of cloud based e-learning system needs fast and reliable internet services. With the help of cloud based learning users can easily access the information very fast and by the ease mode. By this proposed architecture various services are provided to user and on demand. As cloud is a very booming technology so by moving traditional web based learning on cloud environment, it becomes a great combination.

Selecting and ordering components for sustainable science education is a critical issue, which is presently obtaining increased attention because of being at an early stage and scarce application in higher education. Though the flipped e-learning scheme is one of the novel information and communication technologies (ICTs), it can be of great relevance in a long-term learning program for various sustainable science education criteria. This research presents an approach to identify and analyze elements for science education for sustainable development with multi-criteria decision analysis-fuzzy decision-making trial and evaluation laboratory (MCDA-FDEMATEL) method by flipped e-learning system. With the method proposed, the main elements are collected as science-education, sustainable-development, technology-infrastructure and flipped-e-learning elements. The final results’ analyses with sixteen sub-elements are assessed with weighted linear combination (WLC) and sensitivity-analysis (I to VI implementations) in the context of the MCDA-FDEMATEL method. The most important element and sub-element for science education for sustainable development through flipped e-learning teaching are sustainable-development (as an element), VI implementation with 0.540 weight, and environmental contents (as a sub-element) with 0.570 weight. Consequently, this proposed approach could be used in different studies to validate the most important aspects of science education for sustainable development through flipped e-learning teaching elements and sub-elements with equivalent and comparable education settings.

Currently the development of information technology has an important influence in the development of learning systems, one of which is technology in the multimedia field. Multimedia technology is an indispensable tool for the learning process. The use of text, images, audio, video, and animation in learning helps students to quickly understand learning material. Multimedia also provides opportunities for educators to develop learning methods so that they get maximum results. AMIK AKMI Baturaja is a computer college that has not fully utilized information technology in its learning, especially in the field of Multimedia. For this reason, researchers conducted this research for the development of learning at the Campus AMIK AKMI Baturaja. This study aims to produce a multimedia-based learning media at AMIK AKMI Baturaja which can be a driving force for student learning achievement. In this study using a research method of literature study, observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The media development method uses MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) which consists of six stages, namely concept (needs analysis), design (design), material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution. . The result of this research is a multimedia-based learning system presented in the form of e-learning. This media is expected to have a positive influence in increasing student achievement and learning independence.

The effectiveness of an e-learning system for distance education to a large extent depends on the relevancy and presentation of learning content to the learner. The ability to gather documents on a particular topic from the web and adapt the contents of the document to suit the learner is an important task from the content creation perspective of e-learning. For the developer of e-learning material the provision to automatically extract, organize, and present content material would improve its effectiveness. This paper proposes to extract information from documents using language processing techniques and organizing the content into appropriate presentation slides for learning purposes using domain ontology and learning oriented pedagogy ontology.
