The reasons for the formation of varnish deposits of turbine oils are determined. It is shown that the performance of turbine oils is determined by methods of ASTM D7843 (MPC) and ASTM D6971 (RUL) can be assessed, the process of formation of varnish deposits, the level of antioxidant properties, antioxidant content of, amend, and extend the oil change, and to predict critical situation in the operation of turbine equipment. The mechanism of formation of varnish deposits in turbine oils is proposed.

One of the complex problems of modern experimental toxicology remains the molecular mechanism of formation of human health disorders separated at different time periods from acute or chronic exposure to toxic environmental pollutants (ecotoxicants). Identifying and understanding what epigenetic changes are induced by the environment, and how they can lead to unfavorable outcome, are vital for protecting public health. Therefore, we consider it important a modern understanding of epigenetic mechanisms involved in the life cycle of mammals and assess available data on the environmentally caused epigenetic toxicity and, accordingly fledging epigenenomic (epigenetic) regulatory toxicology.

As a result of the conducted research the problems of development of human capital and basic pre-conditions of providing of his competitiveness are certain. Analyzed the loud speaker of charges on development of education and health protection of summary budget of Ukraine and measures on the improvement of economic situation in Ukraine and providing of development of human capital are offered. The basic types of investments are certain in a human capital on levels and subjects of investing. The mechanism of forming of human capital is presented. The mechanism of forming of human capital is presented. 2,7-Dimethyl-2,6-octadiene is formed in the catalytic solution for the dimerization of 2-methyl-1,3-butadiene to β-myrcene (3-methylene-7-methyl-1,6-octadiene), as revealed by mass spectrometry and 13C NMR spectroscopy. Visual observations together with the results of gas chromatographic analysis of the catalytic solution suggest that the formation of 2,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadiene is associated with the transition of the alkali metal (sodium) from the solid phase into the solution. A reaction pathway is suggested accounting for the formation of 2,7-dimethyl-2,6-octadiene in the system.

The quaternary pyridinium salts Ia-Ic react with alkaline solution of potassium ferricyanide to give the condensed heterocyclic derivatives IIIa, b, IV, whereas the salts Id-If give the pyrrole derivatives IIa-IIc under the same conditions. The diaza heterocycle IIIa reacts with methyl iodide to give methoiodide V, whereas by action of bromine it produces two monobromo derivatives VIa, b. The pyrrole derivatives IIa, b give monobromo derivatives IId, e on bromination. A probable mechanism of formation of the heterocyclic derivatives is discussed.
