The economic and political processes taking place in the southern Far East have had a significant impact on the development of the territorial structure. Methodologically, a constructive and comprehensive geopolitical approach was used that allowed a structural evaluation of economic and political realities and their impact on the formation and development of the territorial structure, as well as its various orientations and typologies in the south of the country. Far East. In addition, its focused study allowed to evaluate the economic and political effect of the modernization scenario, to analyze the impact of external and internal economic, political and social realities with a focus on the restructuring and organization of the territorial structure, all of which allowed to identify the main problems of its destabilization and, at the same time, determine the prospects for further growth of the elements of the system to varying degrees, affecting the industrial, transportation, infrastructure and other spheres of the population's life. It is concluded that the dialectical interaction of a set of political and economic realities of transformations and modernizations, internal and external, have configured an arial-nodal / linear-nodal polycentric linear structure in the south of the Far East.

On the coast of the Russian Far East the climate is monsoon, which is most pro-nounced in the south and northeast waning. Seasonal change of oceanic and continental influence is reflected in the nature of the climate: summer is moderatelywarm and rainy, winter is cold and snowy. On Sakhalin winters are less severe than on the mainland. In Kamchatka, where the winters are milder, the influence of the continental monsoon less. In the southern part of Primorye snow is so small that there is in the rivers spring flood. In the north of the Amur region, Sakhalin, Kamchatka rainfall and snowpack increases. In the summer is dominated by southeast wind, which spread to the continent moist Pacific air. During the year, between the Pacific Ocean and the south of the Far East there is an intensive exchange of air masses. Seasonal change of air currents is determined by the thermal contrast between the continent and the ocean. During the year passes over the area to an average of 100 cyclones (3–6 per month during the cold period, and up to 3 – warm), which are ac-companied by increased wind, cloudy weather with precipitation, and in late summer and early au-tumn, typhoons observed outputs. Typhoons are accompanied by stormy winds reaching speeds of over 40 m / sec. and heavy rains. A wide variety of observed in the distribution of precipitation. The Chukchi-Anadyr area for the warm period falls to 200–250 mm in the north of the Sea of Okhotsk – 400–500 mm, in intermountain basins up to 250–300 mm. To the south the amount of precipitation increases to 500 to 600 mm in the Amur region and 900–1000 mm on the western slopes of Sikhote Alin. In the course of the annual maximum rainfall in the second half of the summer, but there are rainy June and September. No wonder that in such conditions, corrosion, material of hydraulic structures is most intense. Concrete and cement stone reinforced concrete structures exposed to corrosive attack, particularly the aggressive action of CO2 common acid gas, which is to neutralize the surface layer of concrete and the formation of the compounds that affect its properties. The article discusses the impact of the environment model south of the Far East, mainly due to the impact on hydraulic reinforced concrete structures of carbon dioxide in the environment, with subsequent corrosion of concrete and reinforcement.

This paper presents the results of the study of lichen flora in swamp complexes of Sakhalin Island, obtained during expeditionary research in 2005–2009 and 2014–2020. The revealed species composition of lichens includes 172 species. The 28 of them are new for Sakhalin and 93 are new for the island swamp complexes. Bryocaulon pseudosatoanum is included in the regional and federal Red lists. Lecidea nylanderi is new to the south of the Far East. The information about substrates, habitats and locations is given for all species. The data on the distribution in the south of the Far East and, in some cases for all Far East, are listed for selected species that are new for Sakhalin Island and the south of the Far East. For the first time, a characteristic of the distribution of lichens in oligotrophic, eutrophic and mesotrophic bogs of Sakhalin Island is given.

The present paper reviews the taxonomic studies of the mite suborder Oribatida in the Russian Far East South and Chinese North-East Territories. At present, 746 species of oribatid mites are registered in China, including 175 species in the soils of Northeast China. In the Russian Far East, there were 605 species of oribatids, including 344 species in the south of the Far East. The fauna of the oribatid mites of the Northeast of China and the south of the Russian Far East has 446 species and subspecies representing 190 genera and 80 families. 72 species of oribatid are common for both territories. The modern fauna of the oribatid mites of the Northeast of China and the south of the Far East was formed as a result of prolonged interaction between the boreal and palaearchaearctic faunas. The oribatid fauna of this region is distinguished by the presence of a large number of endemics, some of which are relics of the late Tertiary time and which can be considered as autochthonous. The checklist includes data from more than 100 locations of this enormous region. In addition, a short climatic and historical review of oribatid mites study is presented.
