Posyandu, which stands for Integrated Health Family Planning Service Post, is a basic health activity organized for people who are assisted by health workers, one of which is the Posyandu Teratai Putih Bahalayung Village. There are several obstacles in this manual system, including Posyandu cadres who often experience difficulties in the data search process, this is because these cadres may not remember the location of the data being searched for or do not understand the data written by other cadres. The system development method used is the Waterfall methodology, from the requirements analysis stage to system testing. For system requirements analysis, the data taken is posyandu data from 2019. For the system design stage, using ERD and DFD, namely Context Diagram and DFD Level 1. For the implementation stage of the system using the Codeigniter framework, programming languages ??PHP, HTML, and Javascript, and the MySQL query language. And the last stage for testing the system uses the Black Box Testing technique.

Garbage is the residual material resulting from a production process, both industry and households. Based on Brebes district's statistical data, the Paguyangan sub-district is in fourth place with an average of 249.62 m3 of garbage per day. Paguyangan is one of the villages in the Paguyangan sub-district. Paguyangan has a garbage problem where people still have the habit of throwing garbage in the river and yards around the house. Based on this, the Paguyangan Village Hall plans to build a garbage bank to overcome the problem. A garbage bank managed activities such as recording saving's transactions. This study conducted a web-based design of the Garbage Bank Information System (SIBS). SIBS is an information system used to help process garbage transactions at a garbage bank. The purpose of this SIBS is to facilitate officers and customers in processing services at the garbage bank. The methodology used in system development is the Waterfall method. SIBS development uses PHP as a programming language and MySql as the DBMS. The result of this research is an information system that can be used in the management of Waste Management transactions. The results of system testing using Black box Testing and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) obtained that all components in this system are running well according to needs.

The conventional learning process carried out face-to-face, is less effective as a source of learning, because the focus of students' interest has now shifted to their device so that students have difficulty repeating learning material. This study aims to produce learning media based on mobile learning on the android platform which is used as a source of learning fiqh applications for students. This mobile learning application is built by applying the Fisher Yates Shuffling algorithm or commonly known as the Fisher Yates algorithm which is now widely used in the process of developing randomization applications. This randomization method is the optimal randomization method in application development, being able to randomize the amount of material about the science of jurisprudence and prevent cheating users who only memorize answers without understanding the material when the questions are fixed or not random. Applications are built using MySQL as a database designed to manage and manipulate data quickly and easily. PHP and Perl are used as scripting programming languages for the internet and collaborate on the Android platform. The system development method used is RUP (Rational Unified Process) by collecting various best practices found in the software development industry.System testing is done using a white box and black box testing shows that the Fisher Yates algorithm can be applied in the mobile learning quiz application as a randomizer about questions. User Acceptance Model (UAT) test results show that this mobile learning application can help the process of learning the science of jurisprudence as well as being a reference in seeing the ability of students to learn the science of jurisprudence. <p class="Abstrak">Setiap tahun, pada bulan Desember dilaksanakan acara wisuda bagi santri TPA binaan Universitas Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) yang dinyatakan lulus ujian. Para santri tersebut harus lulus empat tahapan ujian, yaitu lisan, praktik, tulis dan Al-Quran. Pada sistem penilaian yang ada saat itu, masih menggunakan perhitungan rata-rata. Padahal menurut evaluasi para Ustadz dan kepala Lembaga Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPkM) mestinya ujian Al-Quran menjadi prioritas utama. Maka hasil evaluasi memberi rekomendasi bahwa ujian Al-Quran wajib dimasukkan dalam prioritas utama dengan bobot paling besar sebagai acuan penentuan kelulusan. Untuk mendapatkan sebuah prioritas dalam penilaian perlu sebuah metode yang memberikan bobot nilai yang multi attribute, diantaranya Weight Product (WP). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode WP untuk seleksi kelulusan santri wisuda TPA UNIDA Gontor dalam bentuk sistem informasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis web menggunakan bahasa pemrograman <em>PHP </em>dan <em>MySQL</em>. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode <em>black box </em>dan kuesioner. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode <em>black box </em>menghasilkan alur dan rangkaian sistem yang diharapkan tanpa ada error. Pengujian sistem dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert menghasilkan nilai rata-rata keseluruhan sebesar 4,47 dengan rentang kepuasan “tinggi”. Hasil dari penerapan metode WP ini sudah berjalan sesuai prioritas nilai ujian sesuai dengan aturan LPkM. Pada penelitian berikutnya bisa dikembangkan dengan metode lain diantaranya SAW, TOPSIS, AHP, ARAS dan lain sebagainya.</p><p class="Abstrak"> </p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p class="Abstract"><em>Every year, in December, a graduation ceremony is held for TPA students assisted by the University of Darussalam Gontor (UNIDA Gontor) who have passed the exam. The students must pass four stages of the exam: oral, practical, written, and Al-Quran. In the current rating system, it is still using the average calculation. According to the evaluation of the teacher and the head of LPkM, the Al-Quran exam should be the top priority. Then the assessment has a recommendation to gives direction to the stages of the Al-Quran examination included in the top priority. To prioritize the review needs a multi-attribute weight value method, including Weight Product (WP). This study aims to apply the WP method to select prospective students graduating from TPA UNIDA Gontor in the form of information systems. Development of Web-based information systems using PHP and MySQL programming languages. System testing has done using black-box testing and the questionnaire. Testing using the black-box produces expected system paths and sequences without any errors. Testing the system by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale provides an overall average value of 4.47 with a "high" satisfaction range. The results of the WP method's application have been running according to the priority of the test scores by the rules of LPkM. Other methods can be applied in further research, including SAW, TOPSIS, AHP, ARAS, etc.</em></p><p class="Abstrak"><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

Abstract— Final project is one of the requirements that must be passed by students to complete their education. In the process of making the final project there is a guidance stage for the work of lecturers. The construction of the final assignment guidance scheduling system using the Relational Unfied Proccess (RUP) method aims to meet between lecturers and students, it is difficult to determine the schedule of meetings. In the RUP process there are 4 stages that must be passed in building a system. Inception at this stage the search for system requirements. Conducted by conducting interviews with students obtained a schedule for system development, 5 main functional needs of the system and 3 actors contained in the system. Elaboration is done by designing a system using the Unified Modeling Language. Beginning with the design with a use case diagram, proceed to the activity diagram and finally use the class diagram. The construction phase of the system is built based on the web using the programming languages ??PHP, HTML and CSS. Finally, in the transition phase the implementation at the construction stage will be tested using the blackbox method to test the functional system. In testing conducted on the login, submission of guidance, complaints and confirmation of submission obtained valid results for testing.

Chatbots have been used in many fields ranging from education to healthcare and are also used in e-commerce settings. This research aims at developing a web-based chatbot called Hebron for the Covenant University Community Mall. The chatbot is developed using Python and React.js as the programming languages and MySQL (Structured Query Language) server as the database to give a structure to the e-commerce datasets and Admin Portal process. The e-commerce chatbot application for Covenant University Shopping Mall (CUSM) seeks to provide an easy, smart, and comfortable shopping experience for the Covenant University Community.

The problems that often arise in the neighborhood of Neighborhood Unit (RT) and Rukun Warga (RW) are the distribution of information on citizen activities, administration, transparent financial management, and management of citizen databases as an effort to improve services and information facilities for residents. The purpose of this study is to support the government in implementing e-Government-based government systems, by developing Good Local Governance. The specific target of innovation to be achieved is the development of innovation in the form of a web-based Citizen Information System (SiWarga) application at the RT / RW level. The method used in this study uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC Waterfall) method, starting from the first is analyzing the needs by conducting a survey and the feasibility of developing the system, second is to make a detailed list according to system requirements specifications, third is to design the system by creating workflow designs and programming design, the fourth is the development of information systems with coding, the fifth is system testing, the sixth is the implementation and maintenance of the system

Chio Medical Center is one of the services in the health sector that is engaged in special medical check-ups for prospective employees who will work and permanent employees in a company. Currently, the system that processes medical check-up report data has not been computerized properly, so that data or files are stored conventionally and it is difficult to find the required data. The research method used in this study is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and system development using the Waterfall model which starts from analysis and observation of the system running in the company. The results of the observations show that the system that runs at the Chio Medical Center clinic has not been computerized properly, namely in recording examination reports using excel and word files so that they have not been stored in a structured database. This system is designed using the Dreamweaver application as a web-based editor tool and uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as the database. The result of this research is a web-based medical check-up report information system which is expected to assist employees in inputting data and improve the process of providing information services to clients so that it is faster and more accurate.

Daerah Istimewa (Special Region of) Yogyakarta has 3,186 km2 wide area with 3,020,837 populations. Yogyakarta is well-known as an education city and a new student destination. Until 2005, it was reached number of 229,761 students (DIY Education Department, 2006). Finding boarding houses which are as needed and desired by students and learners is not easy. The obstacle that is often faced is do not know the area, or do not have friends who can give suggestion of appropriate boarding houses for students and learners. Therefore, it is necessary to create boarding house information system to facilitate students when looking for a place to stay. This information system is expected to help students finding a boarding house and also help boarding house owners to publish an empty boarding house room. System development method in this study is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) using a waterfall model. The waterfall model is a systematic approach and sequential starting of the level of system requirements, then to the analyzing data, designing, coding, and testing / verification. The boarding house information system is capable of informing the boarding line with the criteria sought by searchers. This information system is also capable of displaying the boarding house location utilizing Google Maps API to ease the boarding house location searching.

The purpose of this study is to build soft devices for electronic customer relationship management (e-CRM) with the Framework of Dynamic method which will facilitate customer relationship management that can help relationships between stores and customers so that customers can enjoy and feel comfortable with the store services that can eventually be formed. In implementing this software, the author uses the system development lifecycle (SDLC) method then produces a web-based e-CRM prototype with PHP programming languages and MySQL DBMS. This e-CRM prototype has been tested in terms of verification, validation, and prototype testing. To design this system Use Cases, ERD, LRS, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams are used. From the test results, it can be seen that the e-CRM prototype has been successful and is in accordance with the planning objectives. The result of this Marketplace Design is as a forum to make it easier for shop owners in the field of Building Materials and the like to market the products they have here.Keywords:e-CRM, Framework of Dynamic CRM, Customer, System Development Life Cycle.
