The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative with SWOT analysis approach, IFAS (Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Strategic Factor Analysis Summary). The results of this study indicate that in determining the receipt of zakat funds distributed by BAZNAS Bogor City through the Bogor Berkah program is the majlis ta'lim criteria which have small or medium business groups. and with this program there are not a few ta'lim majlis that empower their congregations of ta'lim majlis. In this article we describe the derivation of a taxonomy of personality descriptive nouns. We argue that, contrary to traditional statements, nouns deserve their own special place in the domain of personality language. The ultimate aim is to provide a sound basis for the development of a representative and efective instrument for registering judgements on personality. Study 1 describes the steps that were followed to arrive at a list of personality descriptive nouns. Fourteen subjects took part, with different numbers of subjects at the various stages of selecting the nouns. Seven hundred and fifty‐five nouns resulted from this study. Study 2 (N= 400) describes the determination of the internal structure of the domain of nouns through factor analysis of both self and partner ratings obtained from 200 Dutch‐speaking Belgian subjects and 200 Dutch subjects. By applying a method of rotation to perfectly congruent weights the noun structure turned out to be invariant under self and partner conditions and under the diferent groups of subjects. The results show the existence of a well‐delineated multidimensional noun structure comparable to that of adjectives and of verbs.

Integration of impairment measures and disability measures may provide clinicians with an accurate and comprehensive picture of the patient's dysfunction. The purpose of this study was to indicate the usefulness of two new scales of measuring facial impairment and disability in describing characteristics of individuals with facial neuromuscular dysfunction. Fifty-one individuals with unilateral facial neuromuscular dysfunction and a House-Brackmann grade of III or higher were included in the study. The subjects' movement impairments were assessed using the Facial Grading System (FGS). The subjects reported their physical and social function on the Facial Disability Index (FDI). Nine variables were subjected to a confirmatory principal-components factor analysis to indicate important factors in describing patients with facial nerve disorders. The confirmatory principal-components factor analysis identified three factors, impairment, disability, and temporal characteristics of disease, accounting for 72% of the variance in describing individuals with facial neuromuscular dysfunction. Integration of these measures may provide clinicians with an accurate and comprehensive picture of the patient's dysfunction, thus aiding in the determination of intervention and the measurement of clinical outcomes.
