The electro-hydraulic position-servo synchronization system of horizontal pipes connector was designed in order to connect two pipes in deep sea and make sure the journey of synchronization hydro-cylinders in the hydraulic system is less than 2 mm.Its transfer function of symmetric servo controlling oil-cylinder electro-hydraulic servo system were derived . Simulation analysis of its dynamic characteristic was done, and PID controller was applied on the system to regulate two hydraulic cylinder synchronization controls. In the end ,when the proportionality coefficient is Kp=0.55,integral coefficient is Ki=60,differential coefficient is Kd=0,the error of synchronic displacement was less than 0.5 mm, that achieved the request of the control system.

This paper introduce the working principle of accumulator charging valve. According to the static analysis of principle and structure of the valve, the model of accumulator charging valve was established by AMESim. which simulated the charging pressure and other charging characteristics. According to the result of the simulation, some technical advices for improving the performance of the full hydraulic system are provided. Thecomparison between simulation and experiment proved that the model of the valve was accurate and reliable. The performance of the charging valve meets the request of the full hydraulic braking system exactly.

Through the analysis of the current researches on servo cylinder dynamic characteristic testing methods, this paper puts forward a new testing method of dynamic characteristic on large scale rolling mill servo cylinder, and elucidates the composition and testing method of the hydraulic system. It introduces the process of computer aided testing system and analyzes the dynamic characteristic of the frame. The testing system has been to realization in a test bench developed for a company.

This paper proposes a computation method using the equivalent magnetic circuit to analyze the driving force for the non-contact permanent magnet linear drive system. In this device, the magnetic driving force is related to the rotation angle of driving wheels. The relationship is verified by finite element analysis and measuring experiments. The result of finite element simulation is in good agreement with the model established by the equivalent magnetic circuit. Then experiments of displacement control are carried out to test the dynamic characteristic of this system. The controller of the system adopts the combination control of displacement and angle. The results indicate that the system has good performance in steady-state error and response speed, while the maximum overshoot needs to be reduced.
