The author provides us with a richly documented and detailed account of the practices and philosophy of the staff of the Orthogenic School of the University of Chicago as applied in the milieu therapy of four extremely unintegrated children. awaited, is the sequel to Love Is Not Enough, in which only fragments of many children's lives and therapeutic experiences are described in order to illustrate psychoanalytically founded residential therapy. In the present volume the case histories and therapy of 4 children who left the school in the latter half of 1950 are objectively recorded, together with a 4-year follow-up, in order to demonstrate the effectiveness of this school's work.
