Albany is a two-row, spring feed barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) developed at the Agriculture Canada Research Station, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. It has high yield, good kernel weight and resistance to powdery mildew and smuts. It is well adapted to Eastern Canada and is responsive to intensive management.
