Five new species belonging to the weevil genus Tychius Germar, 1817 are here described: Tychius magnithorax n. sp. (southern central Turkey, Syria), T. podlussanyi n. sp. (northern Portugal), T. ucrainicus n. sp. (eastern Ukraine), T. weilli n. sp. (Syria), T. zagrosianus n. sp. (south-western Iran). For each taxon a description, habitus photograph, figures of rostrum and genitalia when useful for taxonomy, and differential characters from the closely related species are provided. A neotype is designated for Tychius conspersus Rosenhauer, 1856, and the following synonymy is proposed: T. conspersus Rosenhauer, 1856 = T. antoinei Hustache, 1944 n. syn. Finally the male of T. boroveci Caldara, 1995 and the male genitalia of T. lacteoguttatus Desbrochers, 1875 are described for the first time.

In this study, Fulvius anatolicus Çerçi & Gorczyca sp. n., Orthotylus (Pinocapsus) kmenti Çerçi & Koçak sp. n. (Miridae) and Lasiacantha karamanensis Çerçi & Koçak sp. n. (Tingidae) are described from Turkey. Dorsal habitus of each species, male and female genitalia of F. anatolicus sp. n. and male genitalia of O. (P.) kmenti sp. n. are illustrated. Differential diagnostic features between closely related species and the new species are given. Additionally, Hallodapus costae (Miridae) and Tempyra biguttula (Rhyparochromidae) are recorded from Turkey for the first time. Latter is a new alien species for the fauna of Turkey.

The Palaearctic species of the genus Trichardis Hermann, 1906 are reviewed. A new species, T. lehri sp. nov., is described. A new synonymy is established: T. leucocoma (van der Wulp, 1899) = T. afanasievae Lehr, 1964, syn. nov. The male of T. mongolica V. Richter, 1972 is described for the first time. External features and the male genitalia of T. lehri sp. nov., T. leucocoma (van der Wulp, 1899) and T. mongolica V. Richter, 1972 are illustrated with photographs.

Six new species of the spider genus Tonsilla Wang & Yin, 1992 are described from southern China: T. jinyunensis sp. nov. (♂♀) from Chongqing, T. jiugongensis sp. nov. (♂♀) from Hubei, T. subtruculenta sp. nov. (♂♀), T. rutunda sp. nov. (♂♀) and T. yueliangensis sp. nov. (♂) from Guizhou and T. subrostrum sp. nov. (♂♀) from Hunan. In addition, T. yanlingensis (Zhang, Yin & Kim, 2000) is redescribed and its male is described here for the first time. Tonsilla subyanlingensis Liu & Xu, 2020 is transferred to Draconarius Ovtchinnikov, 1999, hence the new combination Draconarius subyanlingensis (Liu & Xu, 2020) comb. nov. is established. The female of T. subyanlingensis Liu & Xu, 2020 should be treated as T. yanlingensis (Zhang, Yin & Kim, 2000). Detailed descriptions, photographs of copulatory organs and somatic features, a distribution map and comparisons with closely related species are presented.

The subgenus Epiphragma (Epiphragma) Osten Sacken, 1860 is recorded from Yunnan (Southwest China) for the first time. The following five species with two dark rings on the femora are described as new to science: E. mediale sp. nov., E. yunnanense sp. nov., E. ancistrum sp. nov., E. breve sp. nov. and E. elongatum sp. nov. Their relationships with closely related species are discussed. A key to the species of the subgenus Epiphragma from China is presented for the first time.

The species of the Eumerus tricolor species group in Iran are reviewed. Six species new to science are described from Iran, i.e., Eumerus atricolorus Gilasian & van Steenis sp. nov., E. brevipilosus Gilasian & van Steenis sp. nov., E. chekabicus Gilasian & van Steenis sp. nov., E. ovoformus Gilasian & van Steenis sp. nov., E. pilosipedes Gilasian & van Steenis sp. nov. and E. vallicolus Gilasian & van Steenis sp. nov. Three species, E. hissaricus Stackelberg, 1949, E. longitarsis Peck, 1979 and E. richteri Stackelberg, 1960, are newly recorded from Iran. Photographs of the species as well as illustrations of the male genitalia of the new species and closely related species are provided. An identification key to the males of the Iranian Eumerus tricolor species group is presented. A row of long posterodorsal setae on the wing vein costa basally is presented and argued as a new diagnostic morphological character for the entire Eumerus tricolor species group.
