Some new theorems on random coincidence points and random fixed points for weakly compatible mappings in convex separable complete metric spaces have been established. These results generalize some recent well known comparable results in the literature.

We consider multivalued nonself-weak contractions on convex metric spaces and establish the existence of a fixed point of such mappings. Presented theorem generalizes results of M. Berinde and V. Berinde (2007), Assad and Kirk (1972), and many others existing in the literature.

In this paper, we prove convergence theorems for viscosity approximation processes involving * −nonexpansive multi-valued mappings in complete convex metric spaces. We also consider finite and infinite families of such mappings and prove convergence of the proposed iteration schemes to common fixed points of them. Our results improve and extend some corresponding results.

The purpose of this paper is to ensure the existence of fixed points for multivalued nonexpansive weakly inward nonself-mappings in uniformly convex metric spaces. This extends a result of Lim (1980) in Banach spaces. All results of Dhompongsa et al. (2005) and Chaoha and Phon-on (2006) are also extended.
