Knowledge management is a strategic issue that is usually used for strategic planning of organizational development in order to reach organization competitiveness and retaining organization knowledge. It has also become a trend in Governmental institution for implementing knowledge management align with the regulation. Internal employee rotation, promotion mutation and open bidding program among government institution take part of this loosing knowledge. Knowledge management model is set of knowledge process that encourage knowledge management initiative can enhance organizational objectives. Therefore it is needed to determine the suitable knowledge management model for the government, because the necessity of this model to accomplish some issues above. This research conducted a literature review and previous study analysis to build a theoretical model of Indonesian government knowledge management. Classification, categorization and elaboration analysis are used for construct a new theoretical model. Indonesian knowledge management model consists of two stages defining organizational strategy that delivering organizational strategy and knowledge management strategy stages which is consist of five elements, there are organization culture, critical success factor of knowledge management, SWOT analysis, organization KM process and organization knowledge map.

Purpose The reasons behind the project management failure of higher education institutions (HEIs) have been researched for the past few years. One of the reasons is the lack of tools to integrate their knowledge process capabilities (KPC) with their project management (PM) to measure maturity by assessing these capabilities. Various project management maturity (PMM) models exist. Yet, there is a limited number of empirical studies that support the four integrations of KPC and PMM. Therefore, this study aims to propose a new heretical model, namely, KPC-knowledge management (KM) and evaluates a research model that includes the four KPC as an antecedent to PMM. Design/methodology/approach The suggested research model is assessed by using partial least squares structural equation modeling. Furthermore, the study's hypotheses were examined based on a sample of 352 respondents from the project management departments in 10 public universities in Yemen. Findings Analysis revealed that the derived PMM status could be benchmarked with the project management maturity model. Also, the study found that integrating the KPC into PM enables the institutions to perform critical tasks and value chain activities and enhance the PM maturity level as well. In contrast, if one of the capabilities does not positively impact PMM, it affects the maturity level of the entire project. Research limitations/implications The findings are obtained concerning data collected from public universities and represent the Yemeni context, limiting the generalization on a different geographical area. Also, this proposed model can be evaluated in a practical way like conducting a focus group, a set of interviews with specialists, a case study or action research. The qualitative research will help academics to validate our proposal for future research purposes. Practical implications The proposed approach may be adapted to the characteristics of organizations involved in projects as external performers (project-based organizations) and not just the HEIs projects. This study provides managers and policymakers with insights into assessing PMM and improving their organizational effectiveness when deciding which KPCs to focus on in the future. Social implications This study contributes to the current PM awareness in Yemen and facilitates its success using the knowledge processes capabilities in Yemen's HEIs. It encourages organizations to take this opportunity to revive the projects and achieve a maximum level of maturity. Originality/value This study provides new insights into two domains through the link between knowledge management and PM. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this paper is among the first to empirically study the impact of the four KPC toward PMM. It enriches the theoretical perspective of PM. Also, it contributes to the literature on the success factor of KPC, which can be considered to improve organizational performance.

Background: This paper reported empirical research findings of an MPhil in Information Sciences (Records and Archives Management) study conducted at Moi University in Eldoret, Kenya between September 2007 and July 2009.Objectives: The aim of the study was to investigate records management and risk management at Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) Ltd, in the Nairobi area and propose recommendations to enhance the functions of records and risk management at KCB. The specific objectives of the study were to, (1) establish the nature and type of risks to which KCB is exposed, (2) conduct business process analysis and identify the records generated by KCB, (3) establish the extent to which records management is emphasised within KCB as a tool to managing risk, (4) identify which vital records of KCB need protection because of their nature and value to the bank and (5) make recommendations to enhance current records management practices to support the function of risk management in KCB.Method: The study was qualitative. Data were collected through face-to-face interviews. The theoretical framework of the study involved triangulation of the records continuum model by Frank Upward (1980) and the integrated risk management model by the Government of Canada (2000).Results: The key findings of the study were, (1) KCB is exposed to a wide range of risks by virtue of its business, (2) KCB generates a lot of records in the course of its business activities and (3) there are inadequate records management practices and systems, the lack of which undermines the risk management function. Conclusion: The findings of this study have revealed the need to strengthen records management as a critical success factor in risk mitigation within KCB and, by extension, the Kenyan banking industry. A records management model was proposed to guide the management of records within an enterprise-wide risk management framework in the bank.

While many KM issues have been discussed by many researchers, there is a desire for studies aimed at the adoption and practice of KM in higher education, especially private universities. The purpose of this research is to identify, find, extract and classify several factors for the success of Knowledge Management implementation for the University. This study involved 37 lecturers from a private university in Palembang as respondents. through factor analysis with the Principal Component Analysis method, several factors have been successfully determined and grouped according to their components. We develop a government debt management model to study the optimal debt ceiling when the ability of the government to generate primary surpluses to reduce the debt ratio is limited. We succeed in finding a solution for the optimal debt ceiling. We study the conditions under which a country is not able to reduce its debt ratio to reach its optimal debt ceiling, even in the long run. In addition, this model with bounded intervention is consistent with the fact that, in reality, countries that succeed in reducing their debt ratio do not do so immediately, but over some period of time. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first theoretical model on the debt ceiling that accounts for bounded interventions.

Organizations that operate in a variable and complex, competitive environment are continually looking for a sustainable competitive advantage. In this regard, knowledge management is one of the most critical factors affecting the success of organizations. Relying on knowledge and knowledge management, organizations can make more reasonable decisions and achieve sustainable development. Therefore, knowledge management is one of the most influential and essential factors in comprehensive development and gaining a more significant market share. This study's primary purpose was to investigate the relationship between critical aspects of knowledge management on Kale Amol Dairy Products Company's supply chain productivity. Five main factors of organizational strategy, organizational structure, knowledge team, knowledge map, and knowledge audit were used as independent variables to achieve this goal. The research method was a correlation, and data collection tools were library and internet resources. The statistical population consisted of high and middle-class managers and staff members involved in knowledge management and supply chain in Amol Calais Dairy Products Company, of which 58 were. Chang china et al. standard questionnaire was used to measure the variables, and SPSS software was used to analyze the statistical data. Descriptive statistics were used for the frequency of data. The Pearson correlation test was used to determine the relationship between variables, and the Friedman test was used to prioritize the variables. After data analysis, it was found that there is a relationship between all independent variables and supply chain productivity. The knowledge map variable had the highest and organizational strategy variable with the lowest relationship with the dependent variable among independent variables.

Land acquisition for public purposes, including for the construction of railroad infrastructure, is a matter that is proposed by all countries in the world. The Indonesian government or the Malaysian royal government needs land for railroad infrastructure development. To realize this, a regulation was made that became the legal umbrella for the government or royal government. The people must agree to regulations that require it. Land acquisition for public use in Malaysia can be completed quickly in Indonesia. The influencing factor is the different perceptions of the understanding of what are in the public interest, history and legal systems of the two countries as well as the people's reaction from the two countries
