This article describes how in order to prioritize the risks for a large number of assets, various criteria are used for ranking the asset risk. Since the criteria used for developing the risk rank is a mixture of quantitative and qualitative, a method was required to handle both the quantitative and qualitative criteria with varying scales that can be used for the electrical industry's assets. This article proposes a hybrid multi-criteria decision model (MCDM) that combines both weighted sum model (WSM) and analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The hybrid model is then applied to the strategic asset management plan for the electric power industry for ranking the assets risk. In this application, a large number of criteria reflecting asset conditions with their numerical values are available for which WSM method worked quite efficiently. The AHP method was applied to the criteria where qualitative criteria were available. Both methods were then synthesized, and the proposed hybrid method was formulated which resulted in a computationally efficient outcome with robust mathematical framework. The results show that the proposed method exhibited optimal results for the electric industry's asset where qualitative criteria are for AHP method was limited to 3 to 5. In the case of WSM, a larger number of quantitative criteria could be accommodated although for the application only six criteria were utilized.

PT. Meraki Digital Indonesia, or commonly called Meraki Group, is one of the multi-business companies that one of the businesses is a fashion trade. Management wants to know the performance of sales of rovue products needed by product managers to improve performance on sales of these rovue products. So we need an appropriate framework to measure the performance of this product. The variables used in this research refer to the SCOR model, namely Supply Chain external performance (customer-facing) and Supply Chain internal performance (Internal facing) and a combination with the AHP method is performed to determine which aspects require improvement by assessing the attributes of reliability, responsiveness, flexibility, cost, and asset management. From the results obtained by the performance of Meraki Group using the SCOR model is 62% or 62.61 points, and the benchmark analysis obtained four indicators that still have a gap, namely OFCT 5 days, USCF +71, and CTCCT 20 days.

In searching and determining decisions can be done by many methods, one of them using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a decision model developed to describe a complex multi-factor or multi-criteria problem into a representation of a complex problem in a multi-level structure where the first level is an objective, followed by a level of factors, criteria, sub-criteria and so on down to the last level of alternatives. Health is a state of well-being of the body, soul and social that enables everyone to live productively socially and economically. Health care efforts are by way of prevention and prevention of health problems that include examination, treatment and care including the development of pregnant women.

Selection of the appropriate composition desalination units can be done with a variety of method approaches, one of the method is the Analytic Hierarchy Process. In determining the desalination unit with AHP method to consider is setting a goal, an alternative criteria and pairwise comparison. Research for the determination of the exact composition of the desalination unit in order to achieve sustainable drinking water suppy in coastal areas and small islands has been conducted. The results of the study are as follows, the energy demand of 50.83%, operator costs of 26.64%, maintenance costs of 14.13% and chemical requirement 8.4%. For an alternative composition desalination unit of RO 10 m3 / day is the best alternative composition with value of 59.61%, the composition of the next alternative is RO 20 m3/ day of 30.40% and the last alternative of the desalination unit composition is RO 120 m3/ day of 09.99%.Key words : Desalination, Mukti Stage Flash Composition, AHP
