Purpose: to reduce operating costs when performing agricultural mechanized work.Design/methodology/approach: The development of the desired economic and mathematical model of the optimal MTA distribution by type of work is based on the above condition it is necessary to plan the work of not tractor brands indicating their number, but each tractor individually.Findings: It is known that the availability of equipment varies during the season, so it was studied in dynamics. In this regard, to solve this problem, neural-network simulation was first used. As a result of the search, a network of the type of radial basis function was obtained that best describes these dependenciesResearch limitations/implications: the authors developed a fundamentally new mathematical model for optimizing the use of technology, which, unlike existing ones, allows to:- plan the operation of each tractor individually;- designate the so-called “mandatory tractors”, that is, those that the user, at his discretion, would like to assign to a particular operation or vice versa, would like the tractor operator not to work on this operation.Originality/value: Thus, the scientific novelty of the work performed are:- a technique for operational planning of work and increasing the efficiency of using the MTA, taking into account the technical condition of the tractors, the specific conditions for their functioning and the work experience of the machine operator.- a mathematical model for solving the problem of the optimal distribution of MTA by type of work and the mathematical apparatus for its implementation;- a technique for adjusting the performance of the MTA, taking into account the experience of the tractor driver, the service life and technical readiness of the tractor.

The mathematical model is considered for the formation and implementation of development strategies of the stock of control and measuring instruments (CMI) applied in construction and housing and communal services(HCS), and step-by-step control of efficiency target values of the stock. The model is based on a system of finite - difference equations describing the change of number of the CMI samples with different levels of technical perfection and technical condition at each planning interval. The model allows calculating the required number of CMI for procurement and repairs in the various groups for provide target values of efficiency indices at each planning interval. Controller is number of modern CMI samples for procurement and number of modern and obsolete faulty CMI samples for the repairs. The results of calculations are presented.

A methodology has been developed for assessing public transport passenger traffic in the city. A mathematical model based on fuzzy logic is presented. The main criteria for assessing the attractiveness of passenger traffic are: the interval between vehicles, technical condition of the vehicle, route length, time of day. In the mathematical model, all input linguistic variables and output variable, their terms and membership functions are described. A fragment of a fuzzy knowledge base presented in the form of production rules is presented. At the exit, the dispatcher receives an output variable – the degree of confidence in the attractiveness of the route. Based on this assessment, the dispatcher can make a number of necessary changes to improve the functioning of the route. The software is implemented as a web service. This software will be convenient for dispatchers to use for planning public transport routes. Fifteen selected routes were taken for research, which are the most popular in the city. These routes were proposed for evaluation by three controllers. The results obtained from dispatchers were compared with the results of the fuzzy inference implemented in the software. The main advantage of using this software product is the ability to build a dynamic schedule based on the analysis of the dispatcher. This, in turn, will allow passengers to receive a better transportation service within the city

Effective production activities of organizations is impossible without the concept implementation of the constant reproduction of capital assets, a significant part of which is represented by buildings and structures for various functional purposes. Increased deterioration of industrial buildings does not allow to solve such important tasks as improvement and automation of production processes in their entirety, and has a negative impact on the working conditions and safety of personnel. The analysis of scientific and normative literature is showed that the issue under consideration requires further research. Author’s approach to the reproduction of capital assets, the use of which allows to increase the management decisions efficiency on the basis of a complex of tasks for the joint estimation of damage and deterioration, planning of works under the given constraints with the use of mathematical apparatus and technological solutions for monitoring the technical condition of buildings is presented in the article.

Purpose: the identification of geomechanical problems of mining industry wastes accumulation and substantiation of the ways for their solution with the possibility of processing the watery technogenic feedstock. It has been shown that in order to reduce the technogenic load, it is necessary to reduce the area of land under the waste ponds and the accumulated volumes themselves of mining and enrichment wastes. It has been revealed that the mineral stock, formed from wide grain-size classes with a high content of particles less than 0.2 mm, is dewatered up to 18 – 22 % by traditional methods and is practically not classified. A mathematical model has been proposed of screening and dewatering kinetics, which takes into account comprehensively the initial distribution of particles and liquid throughout the height of the screened material layer, segregation, mixing, sifting, vibrational transportation features and change in the height of the layer. The use of technology will allow: increase the economic efficiency of enterprises; to expand the feedstock base for construction, coke and chemical industries and power industry; to solve the problems of creating additional containers for storing the wastes; to improve significantly the environmental situation in the mining and processing regions.

The paper represents the mathematical model for diagnostics of supercapacitors. The research objectives are the problem of determining a supercapacitor technical condition during its operation. The general reliability of diagnostics is described as the methodological and instrumental reliabilities of diagnostics. The instrumental diagnostic reliability of supercapacitor includes the probabilities of errors of the first and second kind, α and β respectively. The methodological approach to increasing the reliability of supercapacitor diagnostic has been proposed, in terms of multi-parameter supercapacitor diagnostic by applying nonlinear, frequency dependent mathematical models of supercapacitors that take into account nonlinearity, frequency dispersion of parameters and the effect of transient processes in supercapacitors. The more frequencies, operating voltages and currents are applied in the supercapacitor diagnostics, the more methodological reliability of diagnostics will increase in relation to the methodological reliability of supercapacitor diagnostics when only one frequency, voltage and current are applied.

This article is devoted to structural scrutiny of a building. The technical condition of buildings affects such characteristics of a building as safety, reliability, durability and maintainability. However, in the absence of reliable information on the technical condition of buildings, structural survey or monitoring of а building in order to determine the category of technical condition is necessary. The purpose of this work is to develop an economic and mathematical model for determining the type of maintenance work based on the results of structural scrutiny and monitoring of a building. The article is of importance because the final stage of the survey gives a qualified opinion on the level of structural scrutiny of a building, and on the basis of this opinion repair work eliminating physical and moral deterioration and providing in accordance with specifications renovation of the building are planned. The scientific novelty of the economic and mathematical model developed by the authors on the results of building structural scrutiny lies in the application of the fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic method for determining of the level of physical and moral deterioration of a building consistent with a certain type of repair work and followed by the necessary capital investments.
