The main factor of air pollution in Indonesia is motorized vehicles. Motorized vehicles operating on the road will produce exhaust gas emissions which result in air pollution. In overcoming exhaust gas emissions in vehicles, the Ministry of Transportation conducts training for exhaust emission inspection, and conducts training at one of the technical implementation units, namely the Indonesian Land Transportation Polytechnic (PTDI) STTD. The purpose of this study was to conduct a needs analysis to develop a hyper content learning module for training on exhaust emission examinations, using the R&D (research and Development) method using the Derek Rowntree model. The hyper content module is a module that combines hypertext, hyperlinks, and hypermedia, and the media used in the form of video, QR code, YouTube, and cloud computing. With the development of the hyper content module, it is possible to improve the understanding and learning outcomes of training participants in studying exhaust emissions from vehicles when compared to conventional learning.

Maritime transportation is a major source of climate change and air pollution. Shipping emissions cause severe impacts on health and environment. These effects of emissions are emerged especially in territorial waters, inland seas, canals, straits, bays, and port regions. In this paper, exhaust gas emissions from ships in Izmir Port, which is one of the main ports in Turkey, are calculated by the ship activity-based methodology. Total emissions from ships in the port is estimated as 1923 ton y−1for , 1405 ton y−1for SO2, 82753 ton y−1for CO2, ton y−1for HC, and 165 ton y−1for PM in the year 2007. These emissions are classified regarding operation modes and types of ships. The results are compared with the other studies including amounts of exhaust pollutants generated by ships. According to the findings, it is clear that the ships calling the Izmir Port are important air polluting causes of the Izmir city and its surroundings.

<p class="default"><em><span>The development of automotive technology in Indonesia is directly proportional to the use of a lubricant that consumption is also developed from the technology. But from the proposal, we could not confirm whether the factory owners of output oil is better than the oil output in the factories. Of motor vehicle, gas emissions as a source of air pollution reached 60-70 % largest, compared to an industry that is only around 10-15 %. the remembrance of the danger of exhaust gas emissions, business needs to be to control air pollution so that the negative impact of mankind can be minimized. This report is written with the experimental methods, by doing observation experiment every new brand oil and gas emissions. This report is written with the experimental methods are, with supervising the case spread experiment luminance to the change of a brand oil and test it of gas emission of the exhaust. A swirl stabilized MGT combustor (Turbec T100) was operated with natural gas and was experimentally characterized in two test rigs, a pressurized and optically accessible MGT test rig and an atmospheric combustor test rig. For the detailed characterization of the combustion processes, planar OH-PLIF and simultaneous 3D-stereo PIV measurements were performed in the atmospheric combustor test rig. Flow fields, reaction zones and exhaust gas emissions are reported for a range of pressure scaled MGT load points. Parameter studies on combustor inlet conditions (e.g. air preheating temperature, air and fuel mass flow rates and fuel split) were conducted in the atmospheric combustor test rig. From the parameters studies the fuel split between the pilot and the main stage and the air preheating temperature were found to have the biggest impact on the flame shape, flame stabilization and exhaust gas emissions. The measurements of the ATM test rig are compared with measurements of the pressurized MGT test rig with and without an optically accessible combustion chamber. Opened and closed conical flame and flow pattern were found in both test rigs. Reasons for the two flame and flow pattern are supposed to be the interaction of pilot stage combustion and flow field and the interaction of the dilution air with the combustion and the flow field. The results are discussed and compared with repect to a transferability of combustion characteristics from the ATM test rig to the MGT test rigs.
