This research aims to investigate the impact of customer satisfaction, experience, and loyalty on brand power in the Hotel industry. This study used a descriptive-survey research design based on the correlation method. The selected populations were Pars Hotels’ customers. Sample size was 384, based on Krejcie and Morgan’s sampling table. The structural equation modeling was used to evaluate the causal simulation and to examine the reliability and validity of the measuring model. The research results showed that customer expectation has the most impact on customer satisfaction with path coefficient of 0.74. On the other hand, customer loyalty, with path coefficient of 0.65, is known as an influential factor. This study helps to understand that customer satisfaction and customer expectations are positive drivers of customer loyalty. Customer loyalty also is a strong predictor of brand power in hoteling and tourism industry. By strengthening that part, which you have better resources, you can have a better supply and thus, there would be more opportunities in establishing reputation and increasing visibility.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of service recovery dimensions on customer satisfaction and, subsequently, on customer loyalty in the context of the hotel industry. Design/methodology/approach A self-administered questionnaire was distributed to 500 respondents who had the experiences of staying in the hotels in Malaysia. The structural equation modelling technique was used to study the relationship between the model and the developed hypotheses. Findings The findings revealed that service recovery dimensions are significantly related to customer satisfaction and have a positive relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Practical implications As the main sector in the hospitality business, hotels play a vital role in the tourism industry. Therefore, the developments in tourism and hotels go hand in hand, as they are mutually dependent on each other. With significant yearly developments in the tourism industry and at a constant rate, hotel operators should reconsider their business strategies to achieve customer loyalty and sustain their businesses. In view of that, the findings of this study not only benchmarks better hotel services but also provides an improved understanding of service recovery that will effectively aid hotel operators in handling service failures; otherwise, customer dissatisfaction may occur if poor service recovery strategies are implemented. Originality/value The intense competition in the service industry has driven companies to place extra attention on service recovery so as to ensure continuous success. With a yearly significant development in the tourism industry at a constant rate, hotel providers (one of the major beneficiaries) are driven to reconsider their business strategies to achieve customer loyalty and sustain their business.

The research objective was to determine the effect of service failure can be up to customer loyalty. The object of this research is customers who use expedition services located in Jakarta. This research method uses quantitative methods using a questionnaire measuring instrument. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. To analyze the data using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis tools with Lisrel. The results of this study conclude that, first, service failure affects service recovery. Secondly, service recovery affects customer loyalty. Third, service recovery affects customer satisfaction, and the last fourth of customer satisfaction also affects customer loyalty.

This study examines the impact of electronic customer relationship management (E-CRM) on customer loyalty through the mediating effects of customer experience and customer satisfaction in the context of the banking industry. Customer experience and customer satisfaction are considered to be pre-requisite tools for improving and enhancing long-lasting relationships with customers. The study has adopted Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R) model as theoretical support to examine the relationships. To achieve the objectives, the data was gathered from 836 banks’ customers of India. The data was then analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) through AMOS. The results revealed that all the relationships were found to be significant and positive and also customer experience and customer satisfaction proved to be mediators on the relationship between E-CRM and customer loyalty. Thus, these empirical results will have both theoretical and managerial implications which will further provide useful insights to the bank managers to improve their long-term relationships with the customers.

The main aim of this study is to explore the impact of the dimensions of Umrah service quality on customer satisfaction for Umrah and customer loyalty for Umrah in the travel industry. Increasingly intense competition and structural shifts in the business environment are now pushing companies to adopt a customer-focused strategy that elevates the value of customer-related constructs such as customer satisfaction, quality of service, and consumer loyalty in describing the success of a company. Umrah service efficiency, Umrah customer satisfaction, and Umrah customer loyalty were calculated from the literature using a 5-point Likert scale. Structural equation modeling was carried out to analyze the impact of Umrah service quality on customer satisfaction in Umrah and customer loyalty in Umrah. The result showed that all dimensions of service quality influenced customer satisfaction and loyalty of Umrah's customers. The study's key drawback is that it was confined only to the Malaysian nation. Second, the present study only focuses on the traveling industry in Umrah. The results clearly indicate the dimensions of the quality of Umrah service that the practitioners must concentrate on in order to provide a better quality of service.

This research is intended to test the effect of relationship marketing upon customer satisfaction and customer loyalty of the Bank Raykat Indonesia in Southeast Sulawesi. This research applies the explanatory type, namely a research conducted by giving an explanation on the symptoms produced by object of research. The samples of this research involve 200 saving deposits customer of Bank Rakyat Indonesia distributed based on purposive allocation of each Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Southeast Sulawesi. Then, they are analyzed by using SEM (structural equation modeling) by applying the program AMOS (analysis of moment structure) 4.01.The result of this research indicate that the relationship marketing have the positive and significant effect to the customer satisfaction and customer loyalty with the path coefficient each 0.556 and 0.501. And than, customer satisfaction have the positive and significant effect to the customer loyalty with the path coefficient 0.479. Beside that, the relationship marketing have the indirect effect to the customer loyalty, mediated customer satisfaction with the path coefficient 0.266.

This study examines the impact of co-creation on customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty in the context of Islamic banks, the relationship between co-creation and customer satisfaction and loyalty mediated by trust and customer satisfaction. 379 Islamic bank customers data were analyzed using variance-based structural equation modeling to test the nine hypotheses proposed. The study results found that customer co-creation positively influences customer trust and satisfaction, which further implicates loyalty. However, surprisingly co-creation does not affect Islamic bank customer loyalty. Islamic bank managers in Indonesia need to involve customers to participate in value co-creation. Because Islamic bank's customer loyalty relationship with co-creation is mediated in full by trust and satisfaction, this research is the first empirical investigation that tests customer co-creation in an integrated manner and its implications on trust, satisfaction, and customer loyalty in the Islamic bank industry.

The tourism industry is one of the largest and fastest growing economic sectors in the world and has contributed to world economic growth. Since the tourism industry is among those directly related to the environment, green tourism has an important role in the environment management system, especially practices that have the ability to reduce negative impacts onto the environment. Green initiatives are considered part of the programs adopted in many parts of the tourism sector. This article examines the influence of green practices and a green image towards customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. To test the theoretical framework, some 385 data were analysed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results revealed that green practices have stronger effects on customer satisfaction compared to a green image. The moderation test indicated that tourists’ educational background moderates the relationship between green practices and customer satisfaction, where the effect among tourists with a high education level is higher compared to those with a low education level. Further analysis showed that green practices and a green image lead to customer loyalty indirectly through customer satisfaction. The results present many implications towards theory and practice as far as the tourism industry is concerned.
