Leadership is important characteristics of leaders to will be implemented in managing organization to effectiveness. Specific purpose this study have the objectives are to analyzed characteristics of transcendental leadership in managing educational organization to sustainable, and analyzed relationship of characteristics of transcendental leadership for effecting job satisfaction and organization commitment. Collections of qualitative research came from documentary study and interview, quantitative to survey by questionnaire into the data. Characteristics of transcendental leadership including leadership spirit, vision, morals and ethics, pursuing service, leader competency. Relationship of characteristics of transcendental leadership with job satisfaction and organization commitment to positive relations of statistical significance at the level of .01. Finally, leadership were special skills into ability of energetic and ability of creating passionate for personnel in all sectors.

The purpose of this study was to examine the difference in leisure satisfaction, job satisfaction and organization commitment according to individual vs group leisure activity and to find out whether job satisfaction mediate relationship of leisure satisfaction and organization commitment. Participants of this study were 553 employees of various organizations in Jeonbuk. Reliability Cronbach's of questionnaire was .936~.846 and validity was verified by applying confirmatory factor analysis. The collected data were statistically analyzed through t-test, correlational analysis and Structural Equation Model(SEM) with SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 19.0. As a result, we found that there were significant differences between individual and group leisure activity on leisure satisfaction, job satisfaction and organization commitment. so the employees who participated in group leisure activity is higher than employees who participated in individual leisure activity. Also, job satisfaction fully mediated the relationship between leisure satisfaction and organization commitment both employees who participated in individual and group leisure activity. In other words, we confirmed that participating in group leisure activity raised the level of leisure satisfaction, and leisure satisfaction effected on job satisfaction and organization commitment. Finally, we discussed significance, limitation of this study then implications for further research.

Komitmen dokter pada rumah sakit mempengaruhi tingkat kehadiran, produktivitas dan mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit. Waktu dan tenaga yang tidak penuh diberikan dokter spesialis pada rumah sakit berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas yang kurang optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini menilai hubungan budaya or- ganisasi, kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen dokter spesialis. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 35 responden dokter spesialis dengan menggunakan pengukuran organinizational culture survey Denison, a job satisfaction survey Spector dan organizational commitment Allen & Meyer dengan skala yang dimodifikasi. Metoda analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan adalah univariat, bivariat dan multivariat. Sumber kepuasan dokter spesialis dengan komitmen yang tinggi adalah rekan kerja dan pekerjaan. Sumber ketidakpuasan adalah imbalan, promosi, supervisi dan kondisi kerja. Kepuasan kerja berhubungan dengan komitmen, tetapi budaya organisasi berupa praktek manajemen tidak berhubungan, karena belum terfokus pada keterlibatan, konsistensi, adaptabilitas dan penghayatan misi dokter spesialis. Dokter spesialis berhubungan dengan praktek manajemen yang terfokus pada konsistensi dan kepuasan imbalan. Komitmen normatif berhubungan dengan praktek manajemen yang fokus pada penghayatan misi dan kepuasan profesi.Kata kunci : Budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja, komitmen, mutu pelayananAbstractPhysician’s commitment has significant relationship with their level of attendances, and their productivity in term of services quality, which will leverage the total quality of hospital . Objectives of this research are: examining the relationship of organization culture toward physician’s commitment; and the relation- ship of job satisfaction toward the physician’s commitment; the relationship of both organization culture and job satisfaction toward physician’s commitment. Method: Respondent for this research are 35. Scale of organizational culture survey Denison, scale of job satisfaction survey Spector, and scale of organi- zational commitment Allen & Meyer are the measurement tools. The analysis quantitative is performed in univariate, bivariate and multivariate. Results : The physician has been highly committed to RSUD Bekasi. Physician’s’s satisfaction is influent by their type of job and the relationship within their professional colleagues. Their dissatisfaction can be influent by the lack of benefit and promotion opportunities, and the non-conducive work environment conditions.The job satisfaction level has significant relationship to organization commitment. Separately, organization commitment does not have significant relate to organ- ization culture. Organization culture, base on physician opinion, has not yet focus on empowerment; has not consistent in development of work instruction and implementation; has not adaptive with the change of organization environment; and has a lack of organization’s mission understanding. Physician’s continuans commitment has a relationship to management practices that focus on consistency and benefit . Physician’s normative commitment has a relation- ship to management practices that focus on organization mission, and their job satisfaction as a physician.Key words : Organization culture, job satisfaction, commitment, service quality

This study examines the relationship of job satisfaction (JS) and attitude towards work (ATW) with organization commitment (OC) of Islamic bank of Pakistan. The Impact of JS and ATW OC is measured. It is hypothesized that JS and ATW are equally and strongly related to OC. The finding shows that there is a relationship between JS and ATW with OC. It is concluded that ATW is higher correlation with OC than the JS. It is also concluded that overall model is significant. The finding of the descriptive statistics shows that employees are just satisfied with their job and attitude towards is also above the moderate level and OC is little bit lacking in large Islamic bank of Pakistan. The researchers can conclude that performance of the employee is very much related with JS and ATW.

Iklim komunikasi organisasi merupakan persepsi pegawai mengenai peristiwa yang terjadi di lingkungannya. Kantor Desa Cibalung, Kecamatan Cijeruk, Kabupaten Bogor merupakan salah satu kantor desa yang memiliki berbagai prestasi. Prestasi yang sudah diraih tentu saja tidak lepas dari peran kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa dan masyarakat yang terlibat dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan kepuasaan kerja yang dirasakan. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dan hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif melalui metode survei dengan kuesioner yang didukung oleh data kualitatif melalui teknik wawancara mendalam dan studi literatur dengan responden sebanyak 36 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan nyata antara iklim komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja dan hubungan sangat nyata antara kepuasan kerja dengan kinerja aparatur pemerintahan desa.Kata Kunci: iklim komunikasi, kepuasan kerja, kinerja, komunikasi organisasi=====ABSTRACTOrganizational communication climate was the employee's perception of events that occurred in their environment. The Cibalung Village Office, Cijeruk Subdistrict, Bogor District was one of the village offices that had various achievements. The achievements that have been achieved certainly could not be separated from the role of the performance of the village government apparatus and the community involved in creating a productive work environment and perceived job satisfaction. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze the relationship of organizational communication climate with job satisfaction and the relationship of job satisfaction with the performance of village government officials. This study used a quantitative approach through a survey method with a questionnaire supported by qualitative data through in-depth interview techniques and literature studies with 36 respondents. The results obtained indicated that there was a real relationship between organizational communication with job satisfaction and the very obvious relationship between job satisfaction by the performance of the village government apparatus.Keywords: communication climate, job satisfaction, performance, organizational communication

The article describes a retrospective study of the results of microbiological and molecular genetic tests of 685 M. tuberculosis cultures isolated from 685 adult tuberculosis patients registered for dispensary follow-up in Moscow in 2014.The following was identified during the study: phenotypic drug resistance (FDR) of MTB to rifampicin, isoniazid, fluoroquinolones, kanamycin, amikacin, and capreomycin in groups of patients with different treatment history; the frequency of FDR to the above anti-tuberculosis drugs in strains with mutations being drug resistance markers; the frequency of various mutations in case of FDR of mycobacteria in the patients from different groups; the relationship of FDR or the presence of a particular mutation with various characteristics of the patients and their treatment history.The history of previous treatment was determined as statistical significance to provide the greatest influence on the spread of drug resistant MTB: patients undergoing repeated treatment had FDR more often and also a much more pronounced variety of mutations being markers of FDR to certain anti-tuberculosis drugs.The results of the study showed that the detection of genetic mutations in MBT associated with FDR was a reliable tool for predicting phenotypic resistance and should be used as the main method for selecting anti-tuberculosis drugs when compiling the etiotropic therapy regimen.

This paper examines whether the work-family conflict (related to both work-interfering-family and family-interfering-work) of auditors affects their performance and if so, whether the effect is mediated by emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction. A mail survey is used to deliver a questionnaire to 151 auditors from ten CPA firm in Indonesia. The result shows that emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction fully mediates the relationship of work-family conflict with job performance. The result also demonstrates that Work-Interfering-Family (WIF) has significant effects on emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction, but Family-Interfering-Work (FIW) has no significant influence on either emotional exhaustion or job satisfaction. This study suggests that maintaining a regular training program for auditors, having flexible working arrangements, and encouraging a healthy lifestyle may help to reduce the work-family conflict and will increase the job satisfaction and performance of auditors.

AbstractTeacher self-efficacy has been abundantly studied. However, it seems that the consequences of teachers’ self-efficacy have not been appropriately explored yet. The research objective was to investigate the consequences of teachers’ teaching self-efficacy. The researchers used a qualitative research method. They collected the data through semi-structured interviews with 20 EFL teachers who were selected through purposive sampling. The interviews were content analyzed thematically. Findings showed that self-efficacy has different consequences: pedagogical, learner-related, and psychological. Each consequence has several sub-categories. It is concluded that high self-efficacy affects teachers’ teaching practices, learners’ motivation, and achievement. It also affects teachers’ burn-out status, psychological being, as well as their job satisfaction. The findings can be theoretically and pedagogically important to EFL teachers, teacher-trainers, and administrators of educational settings.

Lactate is a product of anaerobic glycolysis, used in animal research as an indicator of muscle fatigue. Therefore, it has been used as an indicator of cattle response to long distance transportation. The aim of this study was to assess the relationship of L-lactate concentrations measured using a Lactate Scout+ analyzer and a traditional lactate assay colorimetric kit. Blood samples were collected by venipuncture from 96 steers (Black or Red Angus × Hereford/Simmental and Black or Red Angus × Charolais; 247 ± 38.2 kg BW) prior to loading (LO1) and after 36 h of transport, and prior to reloading and after an additional 4 h of road transportation, and on d 1, 2, 3, 5, 14, and 28 after transport. The Lactate Scout+ analyzer strip was dipped in blood at the time of sampling, while blood samples were collected into sodium fluoride tubes for use in the colorimetric analysis. Pearson correlations were calculated to assess the strength of the relationship between the experimental methods for the quantification of L-lactate concentrations. The magnitude and direction of the correlation, and the level of statistical significance varied over the observed time points, ranging from r = −0.03 (p = 0.75; LO1) to r = 0.75 (p < 0.0001; d 3). The correlation for the pooled data was weak but statistically significant (r = 0.33, p < 0.0001). Based on the low magnitude of the correlation due to variability across sampling time points in this study, the Lactate Scout+ analyzer is not a suitable alternative to a lab-based assay (considered the gold standard) for measuring L-lactate in transported cattle.
