The article examines the methodological guidelines in scientific research based on scientific reflection, their changes connected with the growth of science selfconsciousness and widening the forms of its reflection, the priority of axiological, anthropo and cultural centeredness in the educational and scientific environment, the transformation of the whole style of thinking based on the new paradigm of cognition, which is characterized by a general tendency for synthesis, interdisciplinarity, integrativeness, methodological pluralism. The new ideals of scientific knowledge as a combination of certain conceptual, value and methodological strategies, which form the basis of the new methodology of scientific knowledge acquisition in the context of artistic theory and practice are outlined.

Inicialmente, são expostas as teses da distinção entre realidade e objeto científico e da teorização como processo inicial da construção do objeto de investigação, que sintetizam o exame que autora empreende a partir dos apontamentos metodológicos de Karl Marx em seu processo de elaboração de uma teoria geral do capitalismo. A possibilidade da fecundidade de suas contribuições resulta da constatação de problemas na relação entre teoria e empiria que é identificada através da sumarização de análises da pesquisa educacional brasileira até início deste século, possivelmente ainda atual.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Real primacy in the construction of scientific knowledge and the primacy of theory in the construction of scientific research: methodological contributions from Miriam Limoeiro Cardoso</strong></p><p><strong> </strong><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>In this article it is claimed the possibility of developing educational research bearing in mind Miriam Limon Cardoso´s reference to the methodological contribution , a position that involves two research movements. At first, it is exhibited the thesis of the distinction between reality and scientific object and of the theorization as the initial process of the research object construction, which synthesize the examination which the author undertake from Karl Marx´s methodological notes in his process of elaboration of a general capitalism theory. The possibility of fecundity of her contributions result from the verification of problems between theory and practice that is identified by summarizing  the analysis of the Brazilian educational research up to the beginning of this century, which is still current.</p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Scientific knowledge. Primero, exponemos la problemática de nuestras investigaciones – una síntesis parcial de los análisis sobre investigación educacional en posgrado <em>stricto sensu</em> entre los años 1970 y 2000 que señalan una recurrente fragilidad epistemológica. A continuación nos referimos a la contribución de Miriam Limoeiro Cardoso, cientista social brasileña que nos ha legado, desde la década de 1970 hasta hoy, una importante tesis sobre el pensamiento social brasileño y contribuciones de síntesis en el campo del marxismo, desde el punto de vista epistemológico. The relevance of knowledge of the process of formation and development of operational investigative science, and its methodological foundations, is due to the need for the correct choice of further directions of actual scientific research and the cumulative nature of scientific knowledge. In particular, the methodology of any of the Sciences should be aimed primarily at identifying the features of the implementation of fundamental laws in a particular field of activity, including law enforcement, and includes operational-search activity. The purpose of the research is to study the historical stages of formation and development of the operational-search branch of scientific knowledge, as well as the methodology of the Russian operationalsearch science. The object of the research is the historical and methodological (philosophical) aspects of operational-search activity as a new branch of scientific knowledge. The study used dialectical, systemic, structural-functional, and historical methods of cognition. The research result is formulated in the conclusion that operational investigative science has its own methodology, which is understood as the study of special methods of cognition of objective reality in the field of operational-search activity. It is aimed at fixing such reality without taking into account its subjective perception by a specific researcher. This reality is considered as a system of fundamental principles, ways and methods of forming the theory and practice of operational-search activity.

Abstract The comparative analysis of theoretical bases and the practice of moral education technologies implementation in Polish and Ukrainian pedagogy has been made. There has been stated that moral education technology in Ukrainian pedagogical science can be interpreted as a moral education system, the constituent parts of which are the following: aims, the content of the technology, procedural components (forms, methods and means of interaction between a teacher and pupils), diagnostic tools, and the result that meets the defined aim. Moral education technology can also be interpreted as modern means of moral education; as a project (model) of moral education process; as a branch of scientific knowledge; as any educational innovation. Moral education technology is interpreted as a strategy of moral education in Polish educational science. Three strategies of moral education - forming, searching and open - have been described. There have been determined that in Polish and Ukrainian pedagogical sciences the technology of moral education is considered to be a wider concept than the method and methodology. The technology of moral education is interpreted as a branch of scientific knowledge about the process, bases, techniques, methods and means of moral education, as well as conditions of its effectiveness, which ensure educational skills. Criteria of moral education technologies have been determined. The importance of educational diagnostics to the development of moral education technologies has been shown. The causes of the weak development of moral education technologies such as the lack of the accordance to the diagnostics criterion, an intuitive approach to solving moral education problems, complication of their solution have been cleared up. Prospects of using positive ideas in modern educational and moral environment have been revealed.

Scientific knowledge of the historical future requires methodology. And methodology is the application of ideology in scientific research in General, and in research of social processes in particular. For example, religion is always an ideology. It is an illusory ideology. Illusory not because it cannot be as described by the religious ideal (that the ideal is unattainable). For Man, as for his creation — God — there is no unattainable and cannot be. Religion is illusory, not in the sense of an ideal, but in the sense that it cannot be and become in this way, through faith. Religion creates and strengthens (fixes) the ideal but proceeds from the fact that the ideal created by man is a creative force. But God is not power. It’s just a representation of human power. And what the person who created it expects from God is a human goal.

Research relevance lies in the irreversibility of course choice for embodiment of the sustainable development concept. However, a pluralism of opinions, concerning the implementation of model definition of this concept, as well as the priority tasks for realization of its constituents significantly decelerates the socio-economic development of Ukraine. An inadequate scientific research of the sustainable development problems on a microeconomic level generates the reduction of expected management results and the degree of progressive changes at the level of individual business units. The role and transformation of accounting science, necessary for the implementation of the sustainable development concept, are not fully disclosed. The research purpose and tasks are to determine the accounting component of sustainable development concept on the basis of the rent theory, to outline the directions of rent accounting development under the following factors influence: globalization and transformation of the ownership institution and scientific research activation on this basis, aimed at forming the theoretical and methodological baseline of rent accounting ‘as an additional income. The methodology of the research includes general scientific methods of cognition the necessity and invariant implementation of the sustainable development concept, its constituents allocation and specification; dialectical method for cognition the economic content of rent; a comparative analysis of the definition differences, formed at different stages and forms of realization of economic relations; modeling method for determining the direction and logic of the rent accounting development under the influence of such factors, as globalization and ownership institution transformation. It has been established that realization of sustainable development concept should take place with understanding of the interaction mechanisms of economic, social and environmental components. These generate new ideas about the basic socialization mechanisms and social development of human, external influences on the environment and cost estimation. The interconnection of the constituent of sustainable development concepts and the economic, social and ecological system as a whole is the basis for the theory and practice development of accounting. The accounting information creates preconditions for assessing the achievement and forecasting of further sustainable development of the economy as a separate economic entity, region, country, and the world as a whole. It has been established that the existence of discussion aspects in the treatment of rent and failure to recognize the last object of accounting should be considered as one of the essential factors in accelerating the implementation of the sustainable development concept. Bearing the results of research in mind, the development of a conceptual approach to rent accounting, as an additional entity income, should be based on the recognition the rent as a management object, that requires adequate information support for users’ requests from the accounting system side, based on the systematic development of the theoretical, methodological and organizational-practical regulations of rent accounting. The practical value of research is to formulate a methodological provision of rent accounting, which will further improve an active and passive income distribution of relation participants in the economic sphere.  The obtained scientific results will form the prospects for further research, which will lay in proving the need for the transformation of the property institute in the post-Soviet countries, to determine the models of rent relations between different parties in the field of economic relations, as well as to determine the rent-forming factors of production for the development of the rent assessing methodology.

Thirty-three journal articles reporting empirical findings published by South African psychologists before 1939 were examined to establish the dominant research models of the time. Danziger's study provided the initial impetus as well as methodological guidelines. Findings indicate that three models of research were present, but that one, the Galtonian form of experimentation, soon dominated the field. One possible explanation is to be found in the early involvement of South African psychologists in applied and practical matters. Thus an investigative practice which enabled psychologists to develop knowledge which was relevant to the needs of socially important markets, and still be acceptable as ‘scientific’ knowledge, had significant advantages over rival investigative practices.

Abstract Linguocultural approach is the new teaching direction in teaching Russian as a foreign language (RFL). Based on this approach, students are aimed to form a linguocultural competence. Studying scientific research show that there is a lot of linguistic units that are suitable to help students in forming their linguocultural competence. The purpose of the research is to apply the topic “Russian culinaronyms” (known as the name of Russian food) in the formation of the linguocultural competence of Vietnamese students who are learning Russian as a foreign language. The research was conducted by surveying and interviewing 26 Russian teachers in Vietnam by verifying the applicability of theory and practice of the topic “Russian culinaronyms”. The research results show that the teachers think that the application of this food topic in the formation of their linguocultural competence is appropriate with high survey results. Furthermore, it reveals the linguistic and cultural dimensions from Russian culinaronyms which can be used to form a linguocultural competence for Vietnamese students. The topic “Russian culinaronyms” can be applied in extracurricular sessions for language specialized students.
