AbstractBased on the data of China’s Marine engineering equipment industry, in this Paper, the key influencing factors are identified by using Grounded theory and GRNN-DEMATEL method. The study results show the key influencing factors include enterprise’s operational, technical capabilities, enterprise’s social recognition, enterprise’s willingness to cooperate, trust between enterprises, communication and collaboration, opportunism and external environment. Second, enterprise’s operational and technical capabilities are the most important and critical factors, external environment is an irresistible factor. This study enriches and develops the study of supply chain management, and provides theoretical guidance and reference for improving the industry competitiveness.
