Inventory system provides an opportunity to improve productivity and eliminate costs that arefound to be necessary. Then, the company can overcome the waste-waste that has been happeningwith the use of traditional production systems. The purpose of this study was to determine impactinventory to stock and improved profitability Company X. This study was conducted with thesurvey directly on the object of research. This survey is intended for researchers will be able to betterinteract with the object interaktif in order to make it easier to understand the reality of the object ofstudy. Then from the data obtained during the survey along with the company's datadocumentation, will obtain a clear picture of who will facilitate researchers in solving the problemsthat occur in the company. The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis techniques.This research result prove true that, by using the traditional systems it will be able to increase thecompany ' s profitability. It can be seen on the chapter 4 showing comparison of cost efficiencysupplies traditionally use policy. If cost and time can be minimized, then the company'sproductivity will be increased, the quality of the products is also increasing, with profitability.

This study aimed to find out and describe the struggle of an older sister to her younger siblings. Struggle was to progress with difficulty or to make a strenuous effort. Effort and struggle were directed towards the achieving of an end which was realized as one’s ideal. Struggle meant everything that was done to achieve a goal. Effort and hard work had to be achieved as the key to success. All of that were an attempt to achieve something expected for the sake of glory and kindness. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe, explain and interpret conditions of the present or descriptive research sought to provide an accurate description of observations of a phenomenon. The results of the study showed that struggle in the novel was concerned with: (1) to earn a better living, (2) to give proper education, (3) to save life.

This study aims to know the quality of: (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) actuating, and (4) controlling of mechanical engineering workshop management at SMK in Purworejo Regency. This study is a quantitative study with survey method. The respondents of this study were the practical lesson teachers of mechanical engineering SMK in Purworejo Regency. The data collection techniques were questionnaire, interview, and observation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics. The results showed that: (1) the planning has a good quality with a mean of 2.961; (2) the organizing has a good quality with a mean of 2.947; (3) the actuating has a good quality with a mean of 3.207; and (4) the controlling has a good quality with a mean of 2.874.

The purpose of this study is to describe the quality of the language available in the novel teenager "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data in this study Various styles on the novel teenagers "D'Angel Princess" by Luna Torashyngu. Documentation technique is used in the data collection technigue. Data analysis technique in this research is done through steps, that is: (1) reading novelteenlit "Angel Angel" by Luna Torashyngu (2) hiding data, (3) classifying data, (4) analyzing data, and (5) conclude. Test the validity of the data is a credibility test conducted by increasing persistence with the supervisor during the process, and discussion with colleagues. The results found in the novel D'Angel Princess by Luna Torashyngu in slang and not used to separate the characteristics of the teen novel. Then the word denotation and author connotation to express and convince the compiler readers convey narration and description in the story, said Science used as a means to monetize a novel theme with a scientific theme, the words used to sort out teenage characters who look slang. The use of sentences is used to describe the main character in the sentence Usage. The author's written sentence contains descriptions and narrations to make the story more interesting and easy to understand. Comment topic sentence  gives a beautiful impression or a beautiful comment on the characters. Use of minor sentences is used  to give challenge and sincerity to what people say so that readers feel confidence. <p><em>Language style is operated to convey ideas and thoughts as well as to express intentions and to show who the speakers themselves. In the era of glory for You-tube, this research focuses on categorizing the language style used by the Indonesian Minister of Education in Najwa program uploaded in Najwa You-tube channel. The researcher used qualitative research to analyze and describe language style used in the transcript of video interview and document analysis. The data of this research is in the form of utterances. The data analysis technique was obtained through qualitative analysis by doing three steps; organizing and familiarizing, coding and reducing, and interpreting and representing. Researchers only found 3 styles, namely: casual style, intimate style and consultative. This research gives contribution in learning the character leadership shown by the Indonesian Minister of Education.</em></p>

The study aim was to find out the transparency of regional government financial management based on websites in Java-Bali. This research was a descriptive study, which analyzed the transparency of regional government financial management based on websites in Java and Bali on one variable. The regional financial management is divided into four indicators. The data used was secondary. The technique of collecting the data used was documentation. The data analysis technique used was qualitative analysis. The results showed that the analysis of the transparency of regional government financial management based on websites in Java and Bali had the average in the level of small in 28.37%.

The purpose of this study is to describe the form of violations of the principle of cooperation of conversation in the event of Mata Najwa on Metro TV. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data source in this research is Najwa Shihab speech and its speaker in Mata Najwa on Metro TV. The data in this study were three episodes of Mata Najwa  events in June, August, and December namely: the episode of "Luhut Controversy" which aired on June 1, 2016, "Miscellaneous Lawyers" which aired on August 31, 2016, and the episode "Moves Demi Hak "which aired on December 21, 2016. Data collection techniques use the documentation method. Data analysis technique in this research is done through the steps, that is transcribing data, identifying data (encoding), classifying data in table form, interpreting data, and concluding research result. The results of the study found 130 violations of the principle of conversational cooperation with details, 56 (43%) maxim quantity violations, 10 (7.8%) maxim quality violations, 34 (26.5%) maxim relevance breaches, and 30 (22.6% ) Violation of the way maxim. In this study, it was classified into two forms of violation of the principle of conversational cooperation, namely the single maxim and multiple maxim violations, with details of 75 utterances with single maximal offenses and 26 speeches with double maxim breaches. Factors behind the breach of the principle of conversational cooperation in Mata  Najwa on Metro TV, namely: maximizing wisdom, maxima agreement, maxim of simplicity, maxim of generosity, maxim of appreciation, maxim of conclusion, the concept of negative face and face rescue.

The purpose of this study is to identify tourism products in terms of 4A to support the needs of digital nomadic tourists in traveling and how are the perceptions of digital nomadic tourists towards Canggu Village, Bali. Identification of tourism products based on 4A, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility, and additional services. Nomad digital tourists make Canggu Village a base camp because all the supporting components for digital tourism activities are available. The purpose of this research is to find out how the epistemology of Islamic character education in Islamic Elementery School. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data used are qualitative data. Data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative analysis and hermeneutics (interpretation). Islamic character education is applied through habituation activities carried out in madrasas. The teacher has a very important role in shaping the character of Islamic students. The teacher will be an example or role model for their students. Among the habituation activities in madrassas that form Islamic character include shaking hands with teachers, praying dhuha in congregation, tadarus Al Qur'an, and Tahfidz Juz Amma. This habit will form a character that is respectful of the teacher, close to Allah SWT, diligent in praying, love al quran.

This study aimed to describe and explain the types of onomatopoeia found in Raditya Dika’s novel Manusia Setengah Salmon. Onomatopoeia refers to a word whose phonetic structure mimics a natural sound to represent the sound or action of the object that produces it. Onomatopoeia behaves differently in comparison to other processes of word formation. Its meaning lies outside the language itself due to its nature which is adopted from the natural sound. The data analysis technique was used in this research with descriptive qualitative analysis. The descriptive research attempted to describe and explain the data according to the theory proposed by Thomas (2004) who divides onomatopoeia into four groups based on the source of the sound: calls of animals, sounds of nature, sounds made by human, and sounds of other objects. Based on the result, the four types of onomatopoeia were found in the novel under research: human onomatopoeia, animal onomatopoeia, object onomatopoeia, and daily life onomatopoeia. From the word class, onomatopoeic words used in the novel consists of adverb, adjective, noun, and verb.

Extension is an informal learning process that plays an important role in improving fisheries processors competencies. However, current extension activities that have been running so far are felt to be lacking so it is necessary to look at the effectiveness of conducting extension on traditional fisheries business related to methods, media, materials and capabilities of extension agents. This study was aimed to (1) analyze the effectiveness of fisheries extension activities in traditional fisheries processing businesses in Lampung Province, (2) analyze traditional processors competencylevels, (3) analyze the effect of extension on processors competencies/capabilities in traditional fisheries processing businesses. This study used a quantitative approach enriched with qualitative analysis. The survey was conducted to obtain primary data using a questionnaire. The research location were in three districts in Lampung Province. The data analysis technique used descriptive and regression analysis. The results of the study were (1) the effectiveness of extension was still low, (2) traditional processors competencies belonged to the low category, and (3) the ability of extension agents affected the development of fisheries processors’ competencies. The effectiveness of extension is still low due to the limited extension methods. Therefore it is important to carry out extension activities with varied methods according to the target needs to improve the competency of traditional fisheries processors.
