In digital era using the media resources and digital technology is not only necessary, but also vital. That is why it is recognized by many countries as one of the priorities of education reform. Today in educational process, teachers are using digital technologies and media resources to conduct lesson. In a result, the traditions of teaching and learning are changing and evolving. This article discusses the pedagogical opportunities of using digital technologies and media resources in education and the issues of their effective use in learning and teaching process. In this study examined the effectiveness and opportunities of teaching and learning through media resources. In addition, the issues of effective integration of digital technologies and media resources into the independent learning process of students were studied. The results showed that media resources increase students' motivation and interest in subjects and ensure learning efficiency. This is because the effectiveness of the learning process is directly related to the interest and motivation of learners to learn. Considering that media is interesting and attractive for everyone, the use of media in an educational process based on educational goals can be one of the best solutions to increase the motivation of students to learn. Due to media resources in the educational process, a new innovative method of teaching and learning practice was created, which will achieve the effectiveness of education by the fact that students learn at an individual pace, interact with the teacher when they need it, actively and willingly participate in the educational process.

Today, in XXI century using digital media and media resources in learning and teaching process become a vital.  Media become powerful tool in educational process and it gives opportunities gaining effectiveness of teaching and learning process. Majority surveys, which were held in different countries and regions, are showing high quality education results proving that digital media and media resources are effective means in educational process. This article reveals the pedagogical possibilities of media resources in the digital media educational environment.

This research aimed to find out the students’ perception and challenges in lteaching and learning process through Pow Toon software. Qualitative data are gained from classroom observation, questionnaire, and interview. The qualitative data are analysed by assembling the data, coding the data, comparing the data to the theory, building interpretations, and reporting the outcomes. The result of the research shows the students' perceptions of learning through this kind of software and describes the challenges found by both the teachers and the students. Thus, it is also found out that learning by using animation video also make a learning process more interesting. However, one of the challenges that the students found in learning through the animation video from Pow Toon software is the motion of the animation itself that distract students’ concentration; therefore, the teachers who will use the media should consider best instructional technique in the teaching and learning process. In addition, the duration when the explanation on the video is too fast. So they need to extra concentrate to the material itself. Yet, the use of digital media in teaching and learning process is one of innovative ways and it is a necessity for the millenium era.

The media is a tool that intersects in the process of teaching and learning for the achievement of educational goals in general and learning objectives in schools in particular. The media is also a means of transporting messages or information that is instructional or contain teaching purposes and is therefore called learning media. Many benefits can be taken from media management from what we know so far. The practical benefits of instructional media in the teaching and learning process are learning media that can clarify the presentation of messages and information so as to facilitate and improve the process and learning outcomes. The use of instructional media with multicam studio design using vmix can increase student motivation and can also affect student achievement or learning outcomes. It is expected that the results of this learning media will have an impact on increasing students in learning the basics of multimedia systems, as well as a question and answer activity to increase student activity in the learning process.

During the last two decades, a generation for which the life in the media environment and the use of media in everyday life has become a norm in Europe and beyond its boundaries. The representatives of this generation are engaged with technologies both at home for their entertainment and use them for learning at school and university. In addition, they would like to experience the integration of technologies in education more frequently and more extensively. The researchers in the field of social sciences have concluded that in general the social contexts in which any individual, including the school student, acquires experience and is learning in modern society have changed radically. Researchers encourage teachers to improve their skills of integrating digital technologies in education that would help students develop their information analysis and evaluation skills in the learning process, which in turn, would decrease the scope of the possible risks caused by digitalization.

<p><em>Bina Husada College of Health is a private university in Palembang. The media used for lectures or teaching and learning still use modules or books (print media), and when in the classroom media are used projectors, blackboards. The problem that arises from this is that students will miss the material if students are unable to attend, when using a print module students must study in certain places to repeat the material even students are lazy to bring printed books. The solution that can be used to overcome these problems is to develop media that are used for teaching and learning process, namely digital media (digital modules). Digital modules are modules that are presented in electronic format. This research develops information technology in the form of responsive web-based digital modules to improve student learning at STIK Bina Husada Palembang. The purpose of this development is expected to help students who miss the material, making it easier for students in the learning process, because digital modules can be accessed and studied wherever the place is online using a smartphone. The digital module is a full digital module from the first meeting material to the final meeting. The application development method used is a linear sequential model with several stages, namely analysis, design, coding, testing, and support, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this research are in the form of responsive web-based digital module application at STIK Bina Husada Palembang.</em></p><p><em><strong>Keywords</strong></em><em>: application, digital module, responsive web, linear sequential model</em> </p><p><em>Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIK) Bina Husada merupakan Perguruan Tinggi (PT) swasta yang ada kota palembang. Media yang digunakan untuk perkuliahan atau belajar mengajar masih </em><em>menggunakan modul atau buku (media cetak), dan ketika di dalam kelas media yang digunakan proyektor, papan tulis. Permasalahan yang ditimbulkan dari hal tersebut adalah mahasiswa akan ketinggalan materi apabila mahasiswa berhalangan hadir, apabila menggunakan modul cetak mahasiswa harus belajaran ditempat tertentu untuk mengulang materi bahkan mahasiswa cedrung malas membawak buku cetak. Adapun solusi yang bisa digunakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah dengan melakukan </em><em>pengembangan media yang digunakan untuk proses belajar mengajar yaitu media digital (modul digital). Modul digital merupakan modul yang disajikan dalam format elektronik. Penelitian ini mengembangakan teknologi informasi berupa modul digital berbasis web responsive untuk</em><em> </em><em>meningkatkan belajar mahasiswa STIK Bina Husada Palembang. Tujuan dari pengembangan ini diharapkan untuk</em><em> membantu belajaran mahasiswa yang ketinggalan materi,</em><em> mempermudah mahasiswa dalam proses belajar, karena modul digital dapat diakses dan dipelajarin dimanapun tempatnya secara online menggunakan smartphone. Modul digital tersebut merupakan modul digital full dari materi pertemuan pertama sampai pertemuan akhir. Metode pengembangan aplikasi yang digunakan yaitu linier sequential model dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu analysis, design, coding, testing, dan support, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. In teaching and learning activities facailities and infrastructure is needed in order to support the smooth process of its activities , so that the management of facilities and infrastructure is needed by every agency , especially schools. Facilities and infrasrtucture are all things in the form of goods, both directly and inderectly supporting the implementation of the teaching-learning process. Facilities and infrastructure become an important part in supporting learning , because without the supporting facilities and infrastructure , the learning process cannot run optimally , therefore management of facilities and infrastructure is needed to realize effective learning. Educational efacilities are all equipment, materials, and furniture that are directly used in the education process at school, supporting facilities to achieve educational goals , for example : space, books, library, laboratory and so on. So educational infrasrtucture is all the basic equipment that does not directly support the educational process in schools.

In the world of education, schools need a suggestion and infrastructure to support the course of the learning process that goes well. This article is intended to explain the understanding and how the process of administration of facilities and infrastructure and the role of the teacher in administration of advice and infrastructure. Administration of Facilities and Infrastructure is a facility for equipment and equipment both directly and indirectly used to support the educational process especially the teaching and learning process so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently. With the chronology of operational activities / administrative processes of educational facilities and infrastructure which include: Procurement of Goods Planning; Prequalification of Associates; Procurement of goods; Storage, Inventory, Distribution; Maintenance, Rehabilitation; Removal and Exclusion; and Control. Where in the whole series of activities is a harmonious whole and in its systematics it must be avoided from the emergence of confusion and overlap in authority, responsibility, and supervision in order to avoid the emergence of wasteful costs, energy, and time. And for that the teacher is very instrumental as a supervisor and involved in planning and utilization of facilities and infrastructure in the school.

Well this article was made aiming to find out how important administrative advice and infrastructure is in education. Where in this writing technique is derived from the introduction, the contents of the summary regarding the administration of facilities and infrastructure consisting of understanding, process, and the role of the teacher related to the material this time and the conclusions of this article. Which is where the conclusion of a school or institution of social education is in desperate need of supporting facilities namely facilities and infrastructure in schools. Which is where the administration of facilities and infrastructure is facilities and equipment both directly and indirectly used to support the educational process, especially the teaching and learning process so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regularly, effectively and efficiently. By running the administrative process of facilities and infrastructure properly, the activity includes a Goods Procurement Planning; Prequalification of Associates; Procurement of goods; Storage, Inventory, Distribution; Maintenance, Rehabilitation; Removal and Exclusion; and Control. And for that besides school is very dependent on facilities and infrastructure to facilitate learning of students, teachers are also very instrumental in the administration of facilities and infrastructure by conducting supervisors on facilities and infrastructure and being involved in planning and utilization of facilities and infrastructure in schools.

The curriculum is a set of systems that contain various components that are closely interrelated and support one another. The curriculum component consists of objectives, learning materials, methods, and evaluations. The curriculum is very important in the administration of education because the existence of the curriculum here serves as a tool for achieving educational goals through the learning process at school. Curriculum administration is the whole process of activities planned and designed as well as possible for the learning process or teaching and learning situations effectively and efficiently in order to help the achievement of educational goals that have been set optimally and meaningfully. The role of the teacher in curriculum administration is to compile a curriculum as a guide to the process of learning and teaching activities in an agency in order to succeed and facilitate useful activities in the agency.

Facilities administration is anything that can be used as a tool to achieve goals and objectives. While infrastructure is everything that is the main support for the implementation of a business process. So it can be concluded that the administration of facilities and infrastructure is all components that directly or indirectly to support the course of the educational process to achieve goals in an education. According to the Ministry of National Education’s General Provisions (Regulation of the Minister of National Education) Number 24 of 2007. Facilities are portable learning equipment. Educational facilities according to (Education Media Development Guidelines Team of the Ministry of Education and Culture) facilities are all facilities needed in the teaching and learning process, both mobile and non-mobile, so that the achievement of educational goals can run smoothly, regulary, effectively and efficiently.
