This study aims to create a system that can monitor gas cylinders where this device consists of two systems, the first is a system to measure the weight of 3kg LPG gas cylinders to find the remaining gas which will then be displayed on the LCD, and the second the system gives a notification (alarm) if there is a gas leak via SMS. This system consists of Arduino UNO Microcontroller components, Load cell Sensor, MQ-6 Sensor, and SIM800L GSM Module. For overall system testing, the load cell sensor system can display a percentage of the weight value obtained an error rate of 0%, this indicates that the formula used in the program runs according to what is desired. In the MQ-6 sensor system can make the buzzer on at a value >= 700 ppm, the results of the buzzer can live when the detected gas value >= 700 ppm, this is as desired. In the sim800L gsm module system can send leak notifications, the results obtained that the module can send SMS notifications. And the system turns on the buzzer when the LPG gas has reached the minimum limit, the results obtained by the buzzer will sound when the remaining gas value <= 16%. Based on tests conducted on this system the system can measure the desired weight of the cylinder to look for the remaining gas in the form of a percentage and detect a gas leak and then send an SMS notification.

: This paper presents electrical power system comprises many complex and interrelating elements that are susceptible to the disturbance or electrical fault. The faults in electrical power system transmission line (TL) are detected and classified. But, the existing techniques like artificial neural network (ANN) failed to improve the Fault Detection (FD) performance during transmission and distribution. In order to reduce the power loss rate (PLR), Daubechies Wavelet Transform based Gradient Ascent Deep Neural Learning (DWT-GADNL) Technique is introduced for FDin electrical power sub-station. DWT-GADNL Technique comprises three step, normalization, feature extraction and FD through optimization. Initially sample power TL signal is taken. After that in first step, min-max normalization process is carried out to estimate the various rated values of transmission lines. Then in second step, Daubechies Wavelet Transform (DWT) is employed for decomposition of normalized TLsignal to different components for feature extraction with higher accuracy. Finally in third step, Gradient Ascent Deep Neural Learning is an optimization process for detecting the local maximum (i.e., fault) from the extracted values with help of error function and weight value. When maximum error with low weight value is identified, the fault is detected with lesser time consumption. DWT-GADNL Technique is measured with PLR, feature extraction accuracy (FEA), and fault detection time (FDT). The simulation result shows that DWT-GADNL Technique is able to improve the performance of FEA and reduces FDT and PLR during the transmission and distribution when compared to state-of-the-art works.

AbstractObjective: The objective of this work is to search for a novel method to explore the disrupted pathways associated with periodontitis (PD) based on the network level. Methods: Firstly, the differential expression genes (DEGs) between PD patients and cognitively normal subjects were inferred based on LIMMA package. Then, the protein-protein interactions (PPI) in each pathway were explored by Empirical Bayesian (EB) co-expression program. Specifically, we determined the 100th weight value as the threshold value of the disrupted pathways of PPI by constructing the randomly model and confirmed the weight value of each pathway. Meanwhile, we dissected the disrupted pathways under the weight value > the threshold value. Pathways enrichment analyses of DEGs were carried out based on Expression Analysis Systematic Explored (EASE) test. Finally, the better method was selected based on the more rich and significant obtained pathways by comparing the two methods. Results: After the calculation of LIMMA package, we estimated 524 DEGs in all. Then we determined 0.115222 as the threshold value of the disrupted pathways of PPI. When the weight value>0.115222, there were 258 disrupted pathways of PPI enriched in. Additionally, we observed those 524 DEGs that were enriched in 4 pathways under EASE=0.1.Conclusion: We proposed a novel network method inferring the disrupted pathway for PD. The disrupted pathways might be underlying biomarkers for treatment associated with PD.

Majors are part of higher education institutions that a very important role determining the thesis student supervisor . At the Department of Information Systems, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (MIPA) the determination of the thesis supervisor is carried out through a lecturer meeting based on its title in accordance with the competence of the lecturer who will guide, regardless of the number of lecturers' workload or the number of students being supervised. The results of the decision of the meeting to determine the supervisors will be announced to students after the meeting is held. This flow inefficient and may lead to ineffective determination of the supervisor . The final result of the system shows that the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method can be applied to determine the weight value of each attribute so as to produce a ranking of each alternative lecture who will be selected as a student supervisor for the thesis according to the result of computerized and accurate calculations.

Abstract PT. Semen Padang is one of the reputable cement companies in Indonesia which is producing types of cement. Implementation of supply chain concept in PT. Semen Padang is very important to satisfy customers and stakeholders requirement. Performance measurement is a process to evaluate the supply chain effectiveness and efficiency in lean and green aspect. The problem is how to design performance measurement model which is integrating lean and green supply chain concepts. The objective of research is integrating lean and green supply chain concepts to design supply chain performance measurement of bag cement type. Integration of lean and green concept is designed by Balanced Scorecard (BSC) perspectives that consist of financial, customer, internal process business and learning and growth. Key performance indicators (KPI) are formulated and classified based on BSC perspectives. Next stage is pair wise comparison process to the weight value. Evaluation of KPI pair wise comparison based is conducted on expert opinion which is selected by consideration of their relevance knowledge and experience. The process of pair wise comparison is calculated to determine priority of the KPIs based on weight value by using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The weight of KPI will be arrange by descending to determine the priority. Model of performance measurement is validated by face validity method. Research result is obtaining 25 KPIs that derived from integration of lean and green supply chain concept of bag cement type. Grouping is consisting of 3 KPIs of financial, 4 KPIs of customer, 11 KPI s of internal process business and 7 KPI s of learning & growth. Result is showing that customer is most prioritized element in supply chain of bag cement type. Implementation of proposing model is coordination of departments and employee in context of information accessibility. Keywords: Supply chain, lean, green, BSC, performance measurement

This study aims to examine the characteristics of Ultisol soil and produce a system of naming Ultisol soil according to the USDA Land Taxonomy system in Indrajaya District, Pidie District. This research will be carried out in the villages of Gle Gapui, Tuha Suwiek and Masjid Suwiek Indrajaya sub-districts from June to November 2015. This study uses descriptive-quantitative method, which consists of the following stages: (1) Preparation, ie collecting secondary data such as climate data, maps etc. Then prepare the tools and materials for the field survey and establish the ground pedon (2) Field activities, including observation of soil profile, soil sampling, laboratory analysis. Subsequently classified the land based on the USDA Land Taxonomy System Profile Gle Gapui climber determinant (horate Bt) textured clay where there is increasing clay so it is included into the horizontal horizon. Content weight value is inversely proportional to permeability and porosity. The soil reaction is directly proportional to the saturation of base which is equally low. The content of C- organic, P is available and N total is low. Moderate Cation Exchange Capacity, exchangeable acids (H and Al) are high. The classification of Ultisol soil in the location of the Glealing Glean profile is Typic Hapludult, berliat, blend, isohipertermik.
