The digital revolution, also called the fourth industrial revolution, constitutes another era of change, caused by the development of computerisation and modern technologies. It is characterised by rapid technological progress, widespread digitisation and an impact on all areas of life, including the provision of work. The changes affecting this area are so significant that there are proposals to remodel the definition of the employment relationship in the Labour Code. New forms of employment, which do not fit the conventional definition of an employment relationship, are emerging and gaining importance. An example could be employment via digital platforms. At the same time, there are also employment forms that do fit that definition, but deviate from the conventional understanding of the terms and conditions for performing work, which have undergone modification due to the use of new technologies. Teleworking, or working outside the employer’s premises, are examples of that. Employers get further opportunities to organise and control work, which often raises concerns due to the employee’s right to privacy, the protection of personal rights and personal data.

These differences impact economically differently in each country. Since the spread of digital environments has certainly helped to broaden the spectrum of possibilities for managing channels, while opening new areas of competitive confrontation, is to assume that new technologies have contributed to the definition of a hybrid environment in which pre- and post-digital-revolution habits coexist. The aim of the present chapter is to show how this kind of hybrid channels, want to meet the two requirements to communicate and sell - through the use of media platforms that appeal to each other, meet and complement each other – is nowadays managed and how it can be used in the future to reach business and awareness goals in luxury markets. The analysis has been based on ways through which global luxury goods firms integrate their communication and selling tools each other, by focusing the attention on web and social strategies.

This research explores the ideas raised through the authors Gaither and Frazier (2000). Reengineering arises when capacity needs change or market conditions change. These elements propitiate a transformation to a digital age. The digital age or digital revolution is based on new technologies and has as key factors: the Internet. Information technology. Big data. Artificial intelligence These changes and transformations force organizations to apply various reengineering plans to be able to cope with these changes and stay in the market and with their consumers. Reengineering is the fundamental change to get to the base of the organization's problems (Hammer and Champy, 1994), so it is very common for organizations to find themselves in constant changes in order to meet the demands of their markets, consumers. and competitors. The object of study of this research is to propose an autonomous system for the analysis of the banking market. Keywords— autonomous model, artificial intelligence, implementation, industrial revolution, e-commerce

The direct consequences of the digital media technology and its impression on the current society proposed that we are at the inception of a brand new dispensation of industrial revolution regarded as the information age, conceivably pointing to a paperless civilization in which all media are manufactured and utilized on the digital platforms. To uphold the ideology and philosophy of objective journalism, the journalists should portray all the facts whether or not they favour or agree with those of the facts, especially on the contrary. The technology-based innovations can form the basis for effective approaches to help journalists develop high thinking, analytical, and programmatic skills toward objectivism in the philosophy of people, primarily for the purpose of journalistic realizations. The current paper modelled technology approaches in which innovative digital media can be implemented within the physically-organized educational setting in demonstrating support for objective journalism, utilizing 244 randomly selected final year mass communication students.

Since the 4th Industrial Revolution (4IR) digital technology has been playing an important role in economic growth leading to a continuous decline in the level of extreme poverty across the globe. while there are opportunities of using the digital revolution to promote inclusive growth, there are risks that technology could further escalate the worsening income distribution, and mitigating such risks will require establishing a sound digital infrastructure and providing digital education to all members of the society. The research adopts a descriptive approach to deal with the prospect of digital technology in promoting inclusive growth and to scrutinize the features of the digital economy, while it deploys a critical approach to discuss the notion of inclusive growth and the ways in which the digital economy may contribute to it. Through the inductive and deductive approaches, the research analyses briefly the Islamic perspectives on the digital economy, prior to concluding with the results such as the benefits of economic growth during the past century were mostly in favor of the higher income groups due to the way in which they were distributed among the factors of production and digital economy can potentially contribute to inclusive growth by breaking down some of the constraints in the traditional production process and by offering digital platforms for sharing economies and earning an income. The research proposes to carry out further inclusive innovations in the digital economy for proposing business models that may serve economically and socially excluded. Keywords; Inclusive Growth, Digital Economy, Fintech.

In recent years, the application of legislation in the field of personal data has become the focus of attention of legal scholars. With the development of digital technologies, the problem of protection of personal data becomes especially urgent. The importance of personal data is so great that some scholars treat them as intangible goods. In order to protect the interests of citizens, our State takes measures to localize citizens’ personal data by statutory regulation of the Russian segment of the Internet. Such remedies as the right to be forgotten and personal data anonymization are also applied. However, the practice, including judicial practice, shows that the available means of protection of personal data are insufficient in the context of new technologies. However, the practice of application of laws on personal data reveals a number of problems that need to be addressed. The attribution of specific information about natural persons to personal data leads to a number of questions with regard to the practice of the activities of state bodies. Under currently effective Article 3 of the Federal Law, the term personal data refers to any information relating directly or indirectly to a certain or definable natural person (subject of personal data). At the same time, the law does not specify which data about an individual refers to personal data. Due to this broad understanding of personal data, questions arise concerning the attribution of paticular information about an individual to personal data. In this regard, the definition of criteria for the attribution of specific information about a person to personal data becomes an important theoretical task. The issues of primary concern include: 1) strengthening of responsibility for violation of personal data legislation; 2) giving priority to the issue of neutrality of the Internet, 3) solving the problem of the balance between direct access to publicly available data and the need to protect personal data. In the author’s opinion, it is necessary to ensure by means of comprehensive measures the priority of protection of personal data of citizens. This problem is of particular importance in connection with the elaboration of new laws on the digital profile of citizens.

The fourth industrial revolution is characterized by the introduction of the Internet of things (IoT) and Internet of Services (IoS) concepts into manufacturing, which enables smart factories with vertically and horizontally integrated production systems. The main driver is technology, as Industry 4.0 is a collective term for technologies and concepts of value chain organization. Digital manufacturing platforms play an increasing role in dealing with competitive pressures and incorporating new technologies, applications, and services. Motivated by the difficulties to understand and adopt Industry 4.0 and the momentum that the topic has currently, this paper reviews the concepts and approaches related to digital manufacturing platforms from different perspectives: IoT platforms, digital manufacturing platforms, digital platforms as ecosystems, digital platforms from research and development perspective, and digital platform from industrial equipment suppliers.
