Measurement of the quality of information systems is necessary to evaluate the satisfaction of users of the system as a consideration for companies to develop the information system. This research aims to apply and test the Service Quality method to measure the level of user satisfaction with the Indihome Dunsanak Information System Provisioning Monitor (SIMIDUN) to serve as a benchmark for system developers to develop Indihome Dunsanak's Information System Provisioning Minitor. The data used in this study is data about the details of items or indicators contained in the application to be evaluated, by distributing questionnaires to system users. Data processing is done using the Service Quality method, then the data is processed by calculating the perception value and the expected value based on the questionnaire that has been distributed then calculating the gap score to make a cartesian diagram. The results obtained in the evaluation of user satisfaction information system provisioning indihome dunsanak based on Distribution and Percentage of User Perceptions of the information system that 38.47% of SIMIDUN Information System users are satisfied with the performance of the system and only 18.47% of users assess the performance of the SIMIDUN Information System very much. satisfactory, based on the data obtained that the average servqual score is -0.97 means that the score gap between user expectations and what the user feels is negative. This means that the average expectation of new users is fulfilled by SIMIDUN Information System with a score of 0,97.

Quality of information system is reviewed by many as critically important for most if not all organizations to review their return on their investment in information system (IS) technology. Currently, there are numerous works of literature addressing factors or techniques for measuring system quality – business benefits, user satisfaction, or usage among others. This paper is evaluating the quality of information systems- self-services (Mawared) at Prince Sattam Bin Abdulaziz University (PSAU) using the Dillon and McLean Model. Intrinsically, information systems (IS) vary depending on the industry they are applied, for example, in this research, the IS under review as an educational-based information system. This paper aims to explore the relationships of information system quality and its main outcomes which are expected or were proposed for the IS. Subsequently, this paper focuses on the self-service information system, its quality. The research uses questionnaires for its research methodology that are distributed out to the faculty members in College of Business Administration at PSAU. The findings of this study indicate to a positive and high degrees of satisfaction among the faculty members towards Mawared as a self-service quality information system for the academic year 2020-2021. Moreover, it provides new insights into the efficacy of selected determines of information system quality and user satisfaction.

Abstract: Sulaman Mayang's Industry has implemented a desktop-based system in data processing, a one-way system involving only one actor/user of the system. So that in use there are some new problems that have arisen that affect the performance of services to customers. This study aims to analyze and test the quality of the Mayan embroidery information system using the McCall method. Analysis is carried out on several aspects of the product operation including the quality factors of correctness (truth), reliability (reliability), efficiency (efficiency), integrity (integrity) and usability (usability). Data was collected through questionnaires from 38 respondents involving workers/employees and customers. The results showed that overall the quality of the Sulaman Mayang  information system was at the level of 76% (the quality of the information system was good according to the scale interpretation of the percentage of quality factors). Thus the quality of Mayang embroidery information systems needs to be improved in accordance with recommendations which are improvements to the quality of Mayan embroidery information systems.            Keywords: McCall Method; Sulaman Mayang; the quality of information system.  Abstrak: Industri Sulaman mayang sejauh ini menerapkan sistem berbasiskan dekstop dalam pengolahan data, sistem yang digunakan satu arah hanya melibatkan satu aktor/pengguna sistem saja. Sehingga dalam penggunaan ada beberapa persoalan baru yang bermunculan yang mempengaruhi kinerja layanan terhadap pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa dan menguji kualitas sitem informasi sulaman mayang dengan meggunakan metode McCall. Analisa dilakukan terhadap beberapa aspek dalam product operation diantaranya faktor kualitas correctness (kebenaran), reliability (keandalan), effisiensy (efisien), integrity (integritas) dan usability (kegunaan). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuosioner dari 38 responden yang melibatkan pekerja/karyawan dan pelanggan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang berada pada level 76% (kualitas sistem informasi tersebut baik menurut skala penafsiran persentase faktor kualitas). Dengan demikian kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang perlu ditingkatkan sesuai dengan rekomendasi yang merupakan perbaikan kualitas sistem informasi sulaman mayang. Kata kunci: kualitas sistem informasi; metode McCall; Sulaman Mayang

This study aims to determine the factors that affect the realization of Good University Governance in financial information governance at the University of Indonesia. The variables used in this study are transformational leadership, system quality, information quality, service quality, individual impact, and information system user satisfaction. The approach used in this research is quantitative research. Data obtained from 94 users of financial information systems were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using partial-least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The results show that transformational leadership and service quality have a positive effect on Good University Governance. The quality of the system and the quality of information have a positive effect on the impact of individuals, and the quality of information and the quality of service affect the satisfaction of users of financial information systems. Good University Governance can be realized by integrating the vision and mission of the organization and its leaders, human resources, and quality infrastructure. Another important thing is the monitoring, evaluation, and adaptation of these three aspects according to the needs and current developments.

Application of Information Systems becomes an absolute necessity and can provide a competitive advantage, thus becoming the highest priorities. Assessment Information System is a system studied its impact on user satisfaction in the neighborhood of Al-Huda School. In this study tested the effect of the quality of information systems against user satisfaction using the basic method of success DeLone and McLean. This study uses a quantitative approach to mapping the characteristics of the data by means of descriptive statistics. The results showed that the Quality System (X1) and quality information (X2) effect either jointly against user satisfaction (Y) Information System Assessment. T significant value to the quality of the system is smaller than the specified α (α = 0.05) is 0.000. In addition, the results of this test also showed the value of t is greater than t table (2.871> 1.686) for the quality of the information system, Based on the test results it can be concluded that H0 is accepted and Significance for 0,000 t of quality information. So the probability value 0.00 <0.005 and t value greater than t table (2.973> 1.686), so it can be decided that H1 is accepted. This means that the quality of information has positive influence on user satisfaction, the results of the study also concluded that the quality of the information system has a dominant influence on user satisfaction.

 One way to identify the success indicator of the use of information systems is conducting a survey of user satisfaction. Measuring the quality of Information Systems of Registration and Lecture Scheduling at the Bureau of Administration and Finance University of XYZ is important because it aims to find out how far the role and utilization of existing information systems run. This research aims to investigate the faktors that influence user satisfaction of the information system. Data are collected through the distribution of questionnaires with the number of respondents as much as 378 students. The data collected are analyzed using sampling techniques. The results of the regression analysis and the correlation between Information System Quality and Information Quality affect student satisfaction by 6.6% and 4.9%.

This study aims to examine the effect of information quality, information system quality and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of regional management information systems (SIMDA). Data are collected using research instruments in the form of questionnaires distributed to the Head of Financial Subdivision, Treasurer of Revenue, Treasurer of Expenditures, and Operators SIMDA to the Regional Government of Badung Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that information quality, information system quality, and perceived usefulness have a positive effect on SIMDA user satisfaction. Thus, the better the quality of information, the quality of information systems, and perceived usefulness, it will increase SIMDA user satisfaction. This  study  aims  to  test  and  analyze  influence  the  use  of  information systems accounting, quality of information systems accounting security system accounting information and supporting facilities information systems accounting on  performance employees  of PT.KMA Solo. Analysis  of the data used  was classic test the assumption consisting of normality test, multikolinearitas test, as well as test heteroskedastisitas autokorelasi. The research on the influence of the quality of software human resources information systems and user participation on user satisfaction in the Bureau of Human Resources Trisakti University. <br />The research purposes (1) Identify the effect of the quality of software human resources information system for user satisfaction as users of the system, (2) Identify the effect of user participation on user satisfaction as users of the system (3) identification of the influence of the quality of software human resource information systems and participation user together to user satisfaction as users of the system. <br />This research is descriptive and correlational research is to describe the characteristics of respondents and aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. <br />The research was conducted at the Bureau of Human Resources University of Trisakti by respondents as many as 32 people and using correlational and regression analyzes. <br />The study found that the quality of the software (Xl) and user participation (X2) either individually or group have a strong influence and positive impact on user satisfaction (1J as the user s system. <br />From this study several conclusions can be drawn as follows: (1) there is a strong and positive relationship between software quality variables (Xl) to the satisfaction of the user m with r values of 0.584, (2) there is a strong and positive relationship between the variables user participation (X2) with user satisfaction (Y) with r value of 0.721 (3) The regression model obtained is Y = -2.125 + 0.304 software quality (Xl) + 0.397 user participation (X2), (4) regression models can state that the variable quality of the software and user participation is jointly affect user satisfaction as users of the system. It is shown from ANOVA test results were obtained Fcount of 22.642 with a significance level of F = 0.000 which is much smaller than 0.05, (5) The coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.610 implies that, 61.0% user satisfaction can be explained by a variety of software quality and variety of user participation, while the rest is explained by other factors.

Measurement and management of user satisfaction with information systems (IS) have been issues of concern for practitioners and academics in the field for some time. This paper introduces the ‘Gaps’ approach to service quality, a topic widely discussed in the marketing literature, and proposes that a similar approach is applicable in the IS domain. The user gap is explained and its measurement suggested, and the other gaps within the IS arena are described and their causes and cures addressed.
