Students who enroll in the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Komunikasi Profesi Indonesia are not only from High School Graduates or from the same level. But students who enroll are also available from Bachelor Degree (D3) or called Level Transfer. For that, it is necessary to do equalization or conversion of courses from Bachelor Degree (D3). Currently the conversion of subjects in still done manually. Forthat, it is necessary to develop an application that can help in converting for subject. In this study the development of course conversion applications is used Software Development Life Sycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model. Based on the analysis of the system design above, it can be concluded that the Model View Controller (MVC) architecture can be applied to the codeigniter framework and MVCarchitecturemaking it easier to repair changes to the source code without changing the entire logic and fungtion properly and meet the objectives the beginning of the development of this subject conversion application.

E-commerce is an online-based sales system, which is used to expand sales and increase sales in the Indonesian Book Room CV. In terms of sales now CV Ruang Buku Indonesia has many competitors who use internet technology to make this business lag and the sales and purchase processes are less than optimal, even decreased. Things like this can cause a business to close. Based on this, the development in the sales system is made into e-commerce with a view controller model (MVC) to facilitate the operation of the online sales system. The software development model used is the waterfall model with several stages of communication, planning, modeling, construction, and deployment. This research resulted in e-commerce of Indonesian Book Room with a view controller model that aims to face competitors and increase sales.

Pengembangan perangkat lunak adalah tugas kompleks dan membutuhkan adaptasi untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan pengguna. Untuk membuat konsep dan perubahan perangkat lunak, dalam pemeliharaan, sekarang telah dikembangkan lebih mudah dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak, pola model-view-controller, yang merupakan arsitektur yang dapat membantu memfasilitasi dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan perangkat luna. Hal ini, karena dalam arsitektur model tiga-lapis, yaitu: tampilan dan pengontrolan dalam pembangunan dilakukan secara independen, sehingga dapat memberikan dahan dalam pengembangan dan pemeliharaan. Selain itu, arsitektur ini juga dapat melihat hal-hal yang sederhana dan menarik bagi pengguna. Software sistem on-line test adalah perangkat lunak yang memerlukan interaksi dengan pengguna, dan pemeliharaan perangkat adaptif. Karena sistem ujian on-line memerlukan pengembangan perangkat lunak untuk mengakomodasi kebutuhan ini berkembang dengan cepat. Makalah ini untuk menganalisis Model-View-Controller dan mencoba pembangunan, untuk menerapkannya dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak sistem pengujian on-line.

The Tuition Payment Information System was designed because at this time the payment of tuition at SMP Islam Cilacap still uses the general ledger, causing inaccuracies in payment data by employees (administrative). The purpose of this research is to help solve problems in the processing of tuition payment data, making payment data reports, searching payment data, knowing payment data information, and knowing the school money payment report. The system is designed using MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture and SMS Gateway notifications as well as system development methods using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with Waterfall model. In addition, the system design uses PHP and HTML programming languages, database management is MySQL and uses the Laravel framework. Based on the results of the system test and the results of the questionnaire by 10 respondents that 14% stated enough, 44% stated well and 42% stated very well calculated by the calculation of the Likert scale of 86% entered the excellent qualification which means successful. So it can be concluded that this system can solve existing problems by facilitating the processing of payment data, assisting in the creation of school money payment reports, helping in speeding up the search for payment data, knowing the payment information of tuition without having to come to school, and knowing the payment data report quickly without having to go through a long recap process.

Kardin Pisau Indonesia needs to take advantage of information technology in warehouse inventory management, no longer in manual management, namely recording in paper media, which will be vulnerable to data mismatches. Web application here is defined as an inventory application, through displays which include items to be stored in the warehouse and incoming and outgoing product transactions. The research method used here is Research and Development (R&D). Making software is done with a waterfall model which consists of stages: needs analysis, design, implementation, and testing. In object orientation paradigm modeling system with visual UML. The results of this study produce web-based software using the YII Framework with the MVC (Model View Controller) method. Through a web application that provides direct contact, it is hoped that the service process to consumers can be clear and fast. This inventory application can be used as material for product inventory in warehouse stock which includes recording, processing, and reporting data on warehouse inventory. Another benefit is that with this web-based application, the head office can know the inventory in the warehouse by itself so that it can quickly take action to fill the warehouse inventory.

System development for weapon data management based on model-view-controller (MVC) architecture was presented. In order to adapt development process to the big complexity of growing weapon data, the strategy of system design was that original system was decomposed into independent modules to avoid generating mutual references and producing complex dependencies. The model tree, nearly including existing weapons today, was designed hierarchically to demonstrate a clear image of weapons. Then list windows and tables were well applied to edit assembling relationships between weapon models, mediator mechanism was used to manipulate collaborations of event response between much colleague panels, and data transition in distributed simulation terminals was conducted by xml carrier.

Automation generated source code and verifying are essential sector for software engineering. There are many ways to generate source code and verify from the specification languages. In this paper, we propose an approach that automatically generated code from a specification language Alloy. From this specification language, we will describe how to translate from one language to the Java source. An application in this paper is a gardening game program. Applied after the findings will be organized according to the MVC (Model-View-Controller) architectural pattern. Besides, we will also verify the identity of the structure of the application and the content of the Alloy specification. We built an tool as GmDSL, we have verified the aplication in GmDSL. The application was created from the tool also shows the correctness of the early constraints. Simultaneously, we also compares be verified through the GmDSL tool with NuSVM tool.

INTISARICitizen journalism adalah sebuah kegiatan kejurnalistikan yang dilakukan oleh seseorang atau orang biasa bukanlah seorang yang memang bidang yang ia kerjakan. Citizen journalism mendekatkan diri bagi seseorang maupun masyarakat untuk bisa menjadikan setiap individu seolah-olah menjadi wartawan. Dimana mereka mampu memberitakan maupun menginformasikan kejadian-kejadian yang berada di lingkunngan mereka kepada publik. Selama ini penyebaran informasi mengenai potensi di pulau sumba belum merata. Tidak meratanya informasi pada masyarakat sumba dan kurangnya informasi mengenai potensi di sumba timur membuat masyarakat semakin sulit berkembang di era teknologi informasi sekarang ini. Untuk menyampaikan informasi yang cepat dan akurat dibutuhkan kerjasama antara berbagai pihak, Terutama antara penyaji informasi serta pengakses informasi. Diharapkan dalam perkembangan sistem informasi ini masyarakat sumba berperan aktif dalam penyajian informasi terkini, teraktual dan yang paling dibutuhkan masyarakat lainnya, apalagi jika pemerintah daerah dapat mendukung sistem informasi ini. Metodelogi yang digunakan untuk membangun sistem ini adalah Model Waterfall. Model ini merupakan sebuah pendekatan terhadap pengembangan perangkat lunak yang sistematik, dengan beberapa tahapan, yaitu: System Engineering, Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing dan Maintenance. Konsep pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Model-View-Controller atau MVC adalah sebuah metode untuk membuat sebuah aplikasi dengan memisahkan data (Model) dari tampilan (View) dan cara bagaimana memprosesnya (Controller). Dalam implementasinya kebanyakan framework dalam aplikasi website adalah berbasis arsitektur MVC. MVC memisahkan pengembangan aplikasi berdasarkan komponen utama yang membangun sebuah aplikasi seperti manipulasi data, antarmuka pengguna, dan bagian yang menjadi kontrol dalam sebuah aplikasi web.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menyediakan media bagi warga Sumba dalam memberikan informasi apapun mengenai konten lokal di pulau sumba seperti informasi pertanian, perkebunan, kehutanan, pariwisata, informasi budaya, informasi sosial, informasi politik, hukum, HAM dan sebagainya. Inilah yang saat ini dibutuhkan masyarakat akan efisien dan efektifnya sebuah informasi. Perancangan sistem informasi ini dipilih menjadi salah satu jalan untuk membangun sumba menjadi pulau yang maju dan modern.Kata Kunci— Sistem Informasi,  Konsep MVC, Citizen journalism. ABSTRACTCitizen journalism is a journalistic activity undertaken by a person or an ordinary person who is the field he does. So far, information on the potential of the island of Sumba has not been evenly distributed. Unequal information on the Sumbanese community and information on potential in eastern Sumba. Communities increasingly difficult to develop in the era of information technology today. To convey information quickly and accurately required cooperation between various parties, both between information renderers and accessing information. It is expected that in this information system development, the Sumba community is active in presenting the latest information, actual and most needed by other community, especially if local government can support this information system.The methodology used to build this system is the Waterfall Model. This model is an approach to software development, with several stages, namely: System Engineering, Analysis, Design, Encoding, Testing and Maintenance. The development concept used is model-View-Controller or MVC is a method to create an application with separate data (see) and the corresponding way (Controller). In the implementation of framework in the application of website-based architecture MVC. MVC is developing a major component-based application that builds an application such as data manipulation, user interface, and parts that become controls in a web application.The purpose of this research is to provide media for the citizens of Sumba in providing any information about local content in Sumba Island such as information on agriculture, plantation, forestry, tourism, cultural information, social information, political information, law, human rights and so on. This is what today's society needs to be efficient and effective information. The development of automotive cyber-physical systems (CPS) software needs to consider not only functional requirements, but also non-functional requirements and the interaction with physical environment. In this paper, a model-based software development method for automotive CPS (MoBDAC) is presented. The main contributions of this paper are threefold. First, MoBDAC covers the whole development workflow of automotive CPS software from modeling and simulation to code generation. Automatic tools are used to improve the development efficiency. Second, MoBDAC extracts nonfunctional requirements and deals with them in the implementation model level and source code level, which helps to correctly manage and meet non-functional requirements. Third, MoBDAC defines three kinds of relations between uncertain physical environment events and software internal actions in automotive CPS, and uses Model Modifier to integrate the interaction with physical environment. Moreover, we illustrate the development workflow of MoBDAC by an example of a power window development.

Kerja Praktek dan Tugas Akhir merupakan mata kuliah wajib bagi mahasiswa program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Sam Ratulangi sebagai syarat kelulusan sarjana. Semua proses administrasi pada Kerja Praktek dan Tugas Akhir masih dilakukan secara manual, proses verifikasi dan tanda tangan berkas sering kali terkendala dosen dan pimpinan tidak berada di kampus sehingga proses administrasi menjadi lebih lama. Menggunakan metodologi pengembangan Sistem Perangkat Lunak Rapid Application Development (RAD) peneliti membuat Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Website ini untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Sistem juga dibangun menggunakan framework PHP Codeigniter yang di kembangkan untuk memudahkan dalam mengembangkan aplikasi dengan struktur file source code-nya menggunakan pendekatan Model-View- Controller (MVC) dan pemrograman berorientasi objek dengan tambahan framework CSS bootstrap yang memudahkan pengembang untuk membangun website yang menarik dan responsif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi website administrasi Kerja Praktek dan Tugas Akhir di Program Studi TeknikInformatika UNSRAT.
