Data from equation test is known F-count value is 114,782 while with -table value 3,94. This means that F-stat> F-table (114,782> 3,94) means that at 95% confidence level, Marketing Strategy and Service Quality variables have a significant influence simultaneously on the variable Member participation rate as a Cooperative User. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.709. Member Participation Rate of 70.9% is influenced by the Marketing Mix Strategy and Service Quality and the balance of 29.1% is influenced by other factors outside the model.

Samples taken as many as 100 customers. Result research shows the effect of price on customer satisfaction is 14,726%. The effect of the product on customer satisfaction is 13.764%. Effect of location on customer satisfaction of 18,470%. The effect of promotion on customer satisfaction is equal to 37.074%. The effect of price, product, location, and promotion on customer satisfaction is 84%. The marketing strategy applied by Toko Sugeng in increasing customer satisfaction, namely by implementing a marketing formulation strategy, segmenting, targeting, positioning and the marketing mix strategy or marketing mix which consists of four elements, namely product, price, place, promotion. The purpose of this is to attract buyers and retain existing customers. Toko Sugeng uses a SWOT analysis for improve customer satisfaction. In the calculation of the SWOT analysis both in terms of the matrix, EFAS and IFAS and the Cartesian diagram, show that Toko Sugeng is in the quadrant I position, namely (+, +). This position proves a strong and likely shop. Tactic recommendations given is progressive. So that it is really possible to continue to expand, enlarge growth and achieve maximum progress. Keywords: marketing mix, strategy, customer satisfaction

Private colleges are predicted to be presented with many opportunities as well as challenges in the coming years. Admission pressures become one of the challenges face by most of Private Colleges in Malaysia. Lacking of marketing mix strategy are claimed to contribute to this admission pressure. This study was conducted firstly, to determine the relationship between marketing success factors (Price, Place, Product, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence, Partnership, Publication and Conference, Presentation and Extracurricular Program) with the marketing mix strategy of private colleges. Secondly, to determine the relationship between Marketing Mix Strategy with Private College Admission. Similarly, in this study, these 11Ps are the success factors of private college marketing mix strategy in influencing student to study in private colleges. Structural Equation Model (SEM) is conducted to estimate the effects of the main construct on its subcontracts, exogeneous and endogenous variables and its significant relationship. The result found the factors with the highest percentage of variation in contributing to Marketing Mix Strategy are Promotion, Product, Place, Price, Process, Partnership, Presentation, People, Physical Evidence, Publication and Conference and lastly Extracurricular Program. Thus, concluding that 11Ps Marketing Mix Strategy has a significant relationship with Private College Admissions. National private colleges can create a strategy based on the marketing mix strategy in competing for students. The study area is Malaysia, and it was conducted over a sample of 366 executive and marketing officers as the respondents.

Conversion of waste lignocellulosic (LC) biomass, a widely-available low-cost feedstock, into value-added biobased chemicals (and biofuels) has been gaining much attention recently. Therefore, the present lignin valorisation study was aimed at developing magnetically-separable highly-active catalysts for hydrodeoxygenation (HDO), also proposing surface chemical kinetics. Five carbonaceous substrate-deposited Ru were synthesised and tested for the HDO of monomer moiety eugenol. Their annealing temperatures differed, specifically between 300 and 750 °C, while one was not subjected to calcination. Experiments revealed the substantial influence of annealing temperature on the product distribution. Namely, fresh nonannealed nanocomposites were not active for hydrogenolysis. By further pretreatment increase, hydrogenation and, exclusively, the deoxygenation of saturated cyclic species, were enhanced, these being more promoted considering rates and yields than commercial carbon-supported ruthenium. Over 80 mol% of 4-propyl-cylohexanol and propyl-cyclohexane could be formed over the samples, treated at 500 and 600 °C, for 100 and 125 min, respectively, under 275 °C and 5 MPa of reactor hydrogen pressure. Interestingly, a notable 4-propyl-phenol amount was produced upon 750 °C pretreating. The intrinsic microkinetic model, developed previously, was applied to determine relevant turnover parameters. Calculated modelling results indicated a 47- and 10-fold greater demethoxylation and dehydroxylation mechanism ability upon the reheatingpreheating at 600 °C in comparison to industrial (heterogeneous) Ru/C.

The globalisation process contributes to shaping of many diverse consequences, among others it causes the internationalization of production, new, global division of work, increase of competitiveness, it builds the branches of a globalising business. From the point of view of economy, the phenomenon of globalisation influences the deepening of a free float of commodities, services, resources, capital, work, and also information between the countries. These factors significantly contribute to many changes that are visible in the operations of the latter-day enterprises (Penc 2003, p. 152). One of the consequences of the globalisation process, which is directly connected with the functioning of companies, is the necessity of building and managing the brand. As a result it creates many possibilities to global companies from the textile-clothing sector that want to achieve a market success. However, in order to achieve it one has to fulfill many, constantly increasing, expectations of the buyers. The realisation of these challenges is possible only with the share of two crucial factors: proper competitiveness and progressive marketing strategies. In the clothing sector the partnership networks are being created between the economic subject, because such actions are aimed at minimising the risk, as well as to reducing the production and distribution costs. The most often encountered networks in the textile-clothing branch are the franchising networks. The present article concentrates on the competitiveness aspect of the global clothing networks. A comparative analysis of the action of the commercial clothing networks was made, in order to show some features of its operation and proceeding, while focusing on the specified elements of the marketing-mix strategy. The obtained results allowed to show the differences and similarities in the used marketing strategies.

This study aims to see and determine the direct effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and customer satisfaction. Research site at the Kimteng coffee shop Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all customers who made repeat purchases at the Kimteng coffee shop Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling using the simple random sampling method, because the sampling of members from the population was done randomly without paying attention to the strata in the population. Determining the number of samples 5 times the number of variable indicators as many as 30 are used. Thus, the number of samples to be studied in this study was 150 people. In this study, researchers will use SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix on purchasing decisions and there is a positive and significant influence between the marketing mix and purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction. Purchasing decisions are able to positively and significantly mediate between marketing strategies and customer satisfaction.
