<p><em>Abstrak</em> - <strong>Faktor ketidak harmonisan di dalam keluarga menjadi salah satu sebab terjadinya perceraian keluarga. Ketidak harmonisan keluarga ini disebabkan oleh adanya pergeseran nilai perkawinan. Pasangan suami istri kurang memahami esensi tujuan pernikahan dan berkeluarga yang menjadi salah satu nilai dalam ketahanan keluarga. Hal itu menyebabkan adanya ketidakcocokan, perselisihan, akhlak yang buruk, cemburu dan gangguan fihak luar serta adanya faktor ekonomi. </strong><strong>Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan data sekunder berupa data dari Pengadilan Agama Jakarta Selatan. Hasil kajian nya ialah (1). </strong><strong>Diperlukan pemahaman kepada masyarakat tentang ketahanan keluarga agar setiap individu pasangan memahami konsep dan tujuan berumah tangga. (2). This family harmony is caused by a shift in marital values. Married couples lack understanding of the essence of the purpose of marriage and family which became one of the values in family resilience. It causes discrepancies, disputes, bad morals, jealousy and external interference and economic factors. This research used qualitative method. This research also used secondary data in the form of data from South Jakarta Religious Court. The results of study are (1). understanding of family resilience is needed so that each individual couple understand the concept and purpose of marriage, (2). Optimization of BP4 institutions in mediator the settlement of domestic conflict.</strong><strong> (3). Gadgets are the fruit of technological developments that make communication easier. From several research results on family, it was found that gadgets have an impact on families. One of the impacts is the emergence of problems in harmony between family members. From this explanation, an idea emerged of how families use communication tools, gadgets and what are the impacts of using them. This study aims to explore how Christian families use gadgets for family harmony. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection was carried out by interviewing techniques. This research was conducted at Stasi Santo Paulus Slorok, Parish of Santo Yusuf Blitar. Respondents of this study were 10 married couples. The results of the study show that today's families are accustomed to using gadgets and using them as a means of communication. The use of gadgets has a positive and negative impact on family life. The use of gadgets can have a positive impact if the gadgets are used wisely and responsibly. So that communication or relationships in the family and the surrounding environment are maintained. Likewise, the use of gadgets can also have a negative impact if not used wisely and responsibly.

The high divorce rate in Indonesia, including among Christian families, has in recent years been a struggle together. Divorce itself is the mouth of a variety of pressures faced by Christian families that are not properly resolved. Not a few Christian families have a vulnerable resilience due to their inability to manage conflicts that occur. On the other hand, the Church must recognize that it has an ethical and theological responsibility to maintain the resilience of the family members of its congregation. However, the fact is that most churches do not have a programmed mission to nurture husband and wife members of their congregations in order to maintain family resilience. In fact, many churches do not have documented teaching material for cultivating Christian families. This article is a summary of development research that seeks to create a design for Christian husband and wife formation materials that can later be used by church leaders for the survival of the family of church members. The research method used is Research and Development (R & D), which is used to produce certain products, and test their effectiveness. In this research, the design of Christian husband and wife guidance materials for the family resilience of church members is produced.

This paper discusses the interaction behavior of parents and children, facing problems in carrying out the duties and roles of the child's parents as the person in charge and the first teacher of understanding and practicing children's religiosity. This paper aims to find and describe the interaction patterns of children's parents, constraints and challenges in carrying out their duties as the first teacher in the family and effective efforts to foster children in the family. This paper is qualitative descriptive, with deductive-inductive methods. Data relying on primary sources through observation and interviews, and is complemented by secondary data obtained from literature. This paper shows the relationship between interaction behavior, the position of father and mother and child with family resilience through internalization of religious norms and values, understanding and practicing the teachings of the faith, praying five times a day, and noble morals. Parent and child interactions are temporal in nature, depending on the conditions of parents and children in the process of interaction in the family. The routine and personality activities of parents who are competent in understanding Islam are relatively constraints and challenges in the interaction between parents and children in carrying out their functions, the role of being the first teacher in the family. This paper is an indicator and motivator that encourage family life to foster children in understanding and practicing the principles of Islam. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menemukan dan mendeskripsikan  pola interaksi orang tua anak, kendala dan tantangan dalam mengemban tugasnya sebagai guru pertama dalam keluarga serta upaya yang efektif pembinaan anak-anak dalam keluarga. Tulisan ini bersifat deskriftif kualitatif, dengan metode deduktif-induktif, data disandarkan kepada sumber primer melalui observasi, wawancara dan dilengkapi oleh data sekunder yang diperoleh dari leteratur. Tulisan ini menunjukkan kaitan perilaku interaksi, posisi ayah dan ibu serta anak dengan ketahanan keluarga melalui internalisasi norma dan nilai agama, pemahaman dan pengamalan ajaran akidah, salat lima waktu, serta akhlak mulia. Interaksi orang tua dan anak bersifat temporal, tergantung pada kondisi orang tua dan anak dalam proses interaksi dalam keluarga. Kesibukan rutinitas dan kepribadian` orang tua yang bersifat kompetensi pemahaman terhadap Islam relative menjadi faktor kendala dan tantangan dalam interaksi orang tua dan anak dalam menjalankan  fungsi, peran sebagai guru pertama dalam keluarga. Tulisan ini menjadi indikator dan motivator yang mendorong kehidupan keluarga untuk pembinaan anak-anak dalam pemahaman dan pengamalan ajaran-ajaran prinsip dalam Islam.

In Islamic law, a marriage contract is not only a civil matter but also a very strong sacred bond that is worth of worship. Therefore, marriage must be maintained properly to realize the sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah family, but when it is in a sacred bond, there are some couples who are reluctant to fulfill their responsibilities and demand right that are not theirs so that the sakinah family will be difficult to be actualized. This study aimed to determine the understanding of husband and wife about rights and responbilities, and a significant relationship between the rights and obligations acomplishment of husband and wife in realizing a harmonious marriage or sakinah family. This research was normative-empirical legal research in the form of analytical prescriptive which was supported by primary and secondary data. Data collection was obtained through library research, documentation, interviews, and observation. Based on the research was conducted, it found the results: First, husband and wife understand that the position of wife and husband in the household are the same, but they have different rights and obligations, although on the other hand the community understands that the position of the wife in the family is under the husband, they understand it from fiqh salf which states that the wife must uphold her husband with an honor and glory. Second, the concept of Islamic marriage teaches that the rights possessed by husband and wife are balanced with the obligations burdened on them, a husband or wife has balanced obligations. Third, to build a harmonious, peace and peaceful family, they can be performed with developing the Islamic teachings, fostering the mutual respect, coaching the efficient living attitudes, and training a self-awareness from each married couples. Abstrak: Dalam hukum Islam akad perkawinan bukan hanya perkara perdata semata, melainkan juga ikatan suci yang sangat kokoh yang bernilai ibadah. Untuk itu perkawinan harus dipelihara dengan baik sehingga akan terwujudnya keluarga sakinah mawaddah wa rahmah, namun ketika telah berada dalam ikatan suci, ada pasangan yang enggan memenuhi kewajiban dan penuntutan hak yang diluar haknya maka keluarga sakinah sebagaimana harapan akan sulit terealisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemahaman pasangan suami istri tentang hak dan kewajiban suami istri, dan hubungan yang signifikan antara pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban suami isteri dalam mewujudkan perkawinan yang harmonis atau perwujudan keluarga sakinah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum normatif-empiris dalam bentuk preskriptif analitis yang didukung oleh data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan hasil: Pertama, Suami istri memahami bahwa kedudukan istri dan suami dalam rumah tangga sama, namun memiliki hak dan kewajiban yang berbeda, meskipun disisi lain masyarakat memahami bahwa kedudukan istri dalam keluarga berada di bawah suami, hal ini mereka pahami dari pemahaman fikih salaf yang menyebutkan bahwa istri harus menjunjung tinggi suaminya dengan kehormatan dan kemuliaan. Kedua, Konsep pekawinan Islam mengajarkan bahwa hak-hak yang dimiliki oleh suami maupun isteri adalah seimbang dengan kewajiban yang dibebankan kepada mereka,seorang suami atau isteri memiliki kewajiban-kewajiban yang seimbang. Ketiga, untuk mewujufkan keluarga yang harmonis, sakinah dan penuh kedamaian dapat di lakukan dengan cara Pembinaan penghayatan ajaran agama Islam, Pembinaan sikap saling menghormati, Pembinaan sikap Hidup Efisien, dan Pembinaan sikap suka mawas diri dari masing-masing pasangan suami isteri. This article is a study of literature about the formulation of Da'wah fardiyah towards married couples to realize sakinah family. The researcher interests to investigate this case because if it observeded, newmarried couple who have various level of education. According to the researcher assumption that at this time there is new married couple in forming a family like flowing water, where the direction is, anchored still in the shadow. Therefore, the researcher formulates the problems of how to formulate da'wah fardiyahtoward new married couple to realize sakinah family. While the purpose of this research is to make the formulation of da'wah fardiyahtoward new married couple to realize sakinah family. The primary and secondary data sources were taken from books related toda’wah Islamic as well as some commentary, communication science and magazine. The results of research in-depth study of various sources showed that the effort to realize the family into sakinah family based on Islamic values is one of responsibilities of Muslims and he who has competence in their field. People who have competence in the field is proselytizer and the element that has the authority is government. The government as an extension to Ministry of Religious Affairs in which there are religious counselors. Therefore da'i in the spiritual field and the government can support of funds. The formulation of da'wah fardiyah against newly married husband and wife to realize sakinah family that is some stage that is stage, preparation consist of preparation of proselytizer and preparation of target and program. Then the implementation stage is consisting of introduction, approach and delivery of materials, program evaluation, program maturation and establishment of cadres of proselytizer.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in the context of reducing the poverty rate in Bantul Regency in 2018. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, the type of data used is secondary data, secondary data, namely collecting data and information obtained by through documentation or archives in Bantul Regency. The results showed that Bantul Regency knew the extent of community understanding of PKH, namely through socialization, as well as providing entrepreneurship training so that beneficiary families (KPM) could be more productive. In addition, Bantul Regency still has several obstacles in implementing PKH. With the PKH, it can make KPM more productive, because there is entrepreneurship training. This entrepreneurship training can make KPM more creative and can increase income in the family. In addition, Bantul Regency still has several obstacles in implementing PKH. The obstacles to PKH in Bantul Regency are the lack of funds to provide supporting facilities and infrastructure for PKH implementers, the lack of availability of human resources, namely PKH facilitators, decreased compliance of PKH participants, and PKH recipient data not being updated so that it is not well targeted. So it is better if this PKH program involves the village government so that someone monitors it directly, the community fulfills its obligations as PKH participants, and there is updating of PKH participant data.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dalam rangka pengurangan angka kemiskinan di Kabupaten Bantul Tahun 2018. Program Kelarga Harapan adalah program bantuan tunai yang bersyarat dalam bidang pendidikan dan kesehatan. PKH ini membantu untuk mencapai tujuan Pembangunan Millenium, ada 5 komponen yaitu mengurangi penduduk miskin dan kelaparan, kesetaraan gender, pendidikan dasar, pengurangan angka kematian bayi dan balita, serta pengurangan angka kematian ibu melahirkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, data sekunder yaitu mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang didapat dengan melalui dokumentasi atau arsip yang ada di Kabupataen Bantul. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Bantul untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman masyarakat tentang PKH yitu dengan sosialisasi. Selain itu Kabupaten Bantul masih memiliki beberapa hambatan dalam melaksanakan PKH. Kata kunci: analisis, kemiskinan, PKH, sosialisasi

In today’s modern society, marital infidelity has become a dangerous threat to married life. Married couples are seen to be ‘comfortable’ in engaging in relationships with third parties. Such a trend has greatly contributed to the breakdown of marriages and subsequently led to the increase in the number of divorces and thus threatening the family institution. There are diverse causes for the prevalence of marital infidelity and this includes marriage boredom, unrealistic expectations, conflicts and misunderstandings between the husband and the wife. Although the seriousness of the affairs is widely recognized but marital infidelity is not considered as an offence in many jurisdictions including Malaysia. The objective of this article is to discuss the legal repercussions of marital infidelity in Malaysia and to consider whether existing legal solutions through the enforcement of law is an adequate mechanism to curb this social problem. The methodology adopted in this study is based on the content analysis of reports, case laws, leading textbooks and journal articles. The article is significant as it addresses crucial concerns over the adequacy of existing laws relating to the protection of the marriage and family institutions in Malaysia. The article is concluded with a series of recommendations and suggestions for improvements in existing law through appropriate legal mechanisms so as to curb the issue of marital infidelity in order to preserve the well-being of the family institution as a whole.

<p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of termination of employment during the Covid-19 pandemic on family resilience. This study uses a case approach and a law approach with primary legal sources and secondary legal sources in the form of books or legal journals related to the research title. The results of this study indicate that the termination of employment experienced by the head of the family or family member during the Covid-19 pandemic did not significantly affect family resilience, as evidenced by the divorce rate which did not increase significantly and was not caused by termination of employment. As for maintaining family resilience during the Covid-19 pandemic can be done by carrying out the rights and obligations of each family member in accordance with the study of Islamic family law, in addition to maintaining interpersonal communication between family members. </em></p>

This study aims to be able to find facts and the right way to behave and communicate interpersonally for newly married couples especially for wives who continue to work. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method that is a study that describes the object of research based on field studies that are able to show the facts. Researchers get data sources through informants or resource persons, namely young couples newly married. Data is divided into 2 namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data through interviews with sources, secondary data through books, internet, & journals. Several previous studies stated that the lower the level of work conflict, the higher the level of marital satisfaction of a couple. The results of this study indicate that the process of interpersonal communication between newly married couples is very important. In this day and age an objection for a wife can still work to be something that is relative / dependent on each individual. There is nothing that determines that a wife works is a wrong thing. Responding to this, there are 3 things that can be done to maintain the quality of communication between the husband and wife, namely: 1. Understand & fulfill their respective roles in the family, 2. Establish the order of priorities for activities that will be the responsibility of the family, 3. Develop a strategy for interpersonal communication after the two agree on what kind of activities will be undertaken during a married life.

Today’s women are more free to move outside the home just like men. The phenomenon of working women occurs in different parts of the world, one of which is Indonesia. Women work because of the need for encouragement. Willingness and capacity and available employement opportunities and women’s access to employment opportunities. It encourages women’s demands pn equal rights with men or known as gender equality. The economic status pof womens is seen from their activities, access to factors of production, the level of income generated and the contribution to the family income. This article will discuss about the phenomenon of women working in the home industry batik Dewi Rengganis. in writing this article, the authors conducted research using descriptive qualitative method. The researchers act as observers. The research location is located in Jatiurip, Krejengan, Probolinggo Regency. Informants in this study are grouped into two, namely key informants and informats supporters. The data source used is primary data and secondary data. Perempuan masa kini memiliki keleluasaan untuk beraktivitas di luar rumah sama seperti kaum laki-laki. Mengikuti hal tersebut fenomena perempuan bekerja terjadi di berbagai belahan dunia, salah satunya di Indonesia. Perempuan bekerja dengan tujuan mencari nafkah terjadi karena dorongan kebutuhan, kemauan, kemampuan, serta kesempatan kerja yang tersedia. Selain itu, akses perempuan atas kesempatan juga sangat mempengaruhi. Hal tersebut mendorong terjadinya tuntutan yang dilakukan oleh kaum perempuan akan adanya kesetaraan gender. Status ekonomi perempuan dapat dilihat dari aktivitasnya dalam mencari nafkah, akses terhadap faktor produksi, tingkat pendapatan yang dihasilkan, dan kontribusinya terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Dalam artikel ini akan dibahas mengenai fenomena perempuan yang bekerja di Home Industry Batik Tulis Dewi Rengganis. Dalam penulisan artikel ini, penulis dalam melakukan penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Peneliti bertindak sebagai pengamat penuh. Lokasi penelitian berada di Desa Jatiurip Kecamatan Krejengan Kabupaten Probolinggo. Informan kunci dari penelitian ini adalah perempuan yang bekerja di Home Industry Batik Dewi Rengganis. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder.
