Investors are most important segment of financial markets. In fact, the vast majority of the money that is at work in the financial markets belongs to investors. Hence the stability of financial system and markets of any country depends on the decisions and behaviors of Investors at financial markets. The influence of retail increasing day by day as they have started to taking care of their portfolio’s on their own. Hence it is imperative to have in-depth knowledge of factors exerting influence on investment behavior. According to previous research studies, investment behavior of individual investors is often influenced by set of factors. These factors may be internal or/and external environmental factors. The objective of this research paper was to identify the key factors influencing investment behavior investors with special focus on working women. The objective has been achieved with the help of previous empirical researches on women investment behavior and also confirmed through the survey results of the study conducted on 480 working women of Hyderabad Karnataka Region, Karnataka KEY WORDS: Investment, Individual Investors, Investment Behavior, Factors influencing Investment Behvior etc.

One of the key factors that determine the success of the company and ensure its ongoing development, adaptation to the requirements of the digital economy, is the human capital (HC) of the enterprise. In this regard, the purpose of the study is designated as identifying ways to support the integral and sustainable growth of a company based on the development of its human capital. Since an enterprise is an open socio-economic system, the methodological basis of the work is the systems economic theory, which made it possible to present the company's activities as the interaction of object, environmental, process and project systems. Based on this concept and taking into account the objectives traditionally pursued by the company, four basic functional complexes have been identified that ensure the stability and reproductive capabilities of the enterprise, the challenges that need to be overcome within such capabilities were identified, the requirements for the knowledge, skills and abilities of personnel were established. Comparison of the human resources of the enterprise and the features of the corporate tasks solved with their help made it possible to group the elements of the company's HC in a new way – depending on the impact on the noted basic subsystems that determine the integrity of the company. This systematization demonstrated the interconnection of individual elements of the enterprise's HC and the performance of the corresponding complexes. Thus, the probable personnel reasons for the lag in certain areas of the company's activity and the possibilities of their reorganization by targeted impact on the required elements of the HC were identified. Since the implementation of the proposed approach requires the determination of the status of the corporate HC, and the reliability of such a procedure traditionally raises criticism due to the objective difficulties of measurement, the article proposes a methodology to streamline the process of assessing the state of the parameters under study. The methodology is based on the ranking of HC indicators depending on the accuracy of displaying the parameters of the object. The proposed approach made it possible to determine the tools for monitoring the selected categories of human capital, ways to step them up and remedy the situation.

Freeze-thaw action in fractured rock mass is discussed. Moist rock exposed to subfreezing temperature would suffer from freeze-thaw deterioration, which would pose serious threat to the stability of geotechnical engineering. Some key factors influencing freeze-thaw action in rock mass is analyzed, such as temperature, freezing rate, freeze-thaw cycles and porosity of the rock. Further more, using the theory of physical chemistry, the freezing point and frozen ratio were derived. Finally, the model of frost crack was built by ANSYS and then imported into FLAC3D by converting procedure. The stress field, temperature filed as well as the normal and shear stress on surface of the cracks were demonstrated. The effect of freezing pressure is reflected in the results.

The paper introduces the main issues concerned with the conceptual design process of wireless power systems. It analyses the electromagnetic design of the inductive magnetic coupler and proposes the key formulas to optimize its electrical parameters for a particular load. For this purpose, a very detailed analysis is given focusing on the mathematical concept procedure for determination of the key factors influencing proper coupling coils design. It also suggests basic topologies for conceptual design of power electronics and discusses its proper connection to the grid. The proposed design strategy is verified by experimental laboratory measurement including analyses of leakage magnetic field.

C19, the pension system has an important role in developing countries’ economies. It is very important in the context of the social security. During the last two decades, pension plan in Albania, has passed important transformation in all aspects. So the first goal is maintaining the stability of this system. The aim of this paper is to analyze the efficiency and sustainability of the existing pension system in the Albania and the identification of key factors, which determine its further stability. We should point out that life insurance market and pension plan in Albania are noticeably underdeveloped compared to other European countries, but in the recent years it has been developing moderately under the influence of various factors. Many economic factors have an impact on it, and some of them are globalization, global economic crisis and expressed instability of financial markets. Other factors like demographic factors: mortality rate, life expectancy and net migration have also impact on retirement risk, but in this paper we will analyze and indicate the most significant economic and demographic factors.

This study applied SERVQUAL scale of Parasuraman et al to measure factors affecting customer satisfaction on service quality at Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank - An Giang Branch (Techcombank An Giang). The study was conducted to survey 207 customers who have been using the service at Techcombank An Giang. The survey results were analyzed by the Cronbach's Alpha reliability test method, then used Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to verify and evaluate the scale of service quality. The results of the regression analysis show that customer's satisfaction about service quality at Techcombank An Giang includes four factors: The factor with the highest level is the Empathy with Beta = 0.253, the second of factor is the Responsibility with Beta = 0.248, ranked third in the influence level is the Tangible with Beta = 0.235, and the lowest impact level is the Reliability with Beta = 0.144. The research also uses statistical methods to describe and test the differences of demographic factors with customer's satisfactionon service quality. The analysis results show that there is no difference between customer's satisfaction on service quality and factors such as gender, age, income, number of transaction banks, regular transaction banks, and time to use the service at Techcombank An Giang. Through the research results, the author would like to propose some ideas to improve the quality of services, thereby attracting new customers and importantly, keeping traditional customers because the development orientation of Techcombank is to take care of old customers to cross sell other products of the bank. The Stud results offer a basis for the branch to identify the factors influencing customer satisfaction on their service quality, thereby having an appropriate strategy to improve customer satisfaction.

Many past researches have been carried out in an attempt to continuously understand individuals‟ consumption behaviour. This study was conducted to investigate key factors influencing consumers‟ potential acceptance of halal (or permissible) financial credit card services. Specifically, it anticipated the influence of attitude, social influences and perceived control on consumers‟ behavioural intention to accept such services. In addition, factors such as religiosity and product knowledge were also postulated to affect consumers‟ attitude towards the act of using halal credit cards for any retail or business transactions. Using non-probability sampling approach, a total of 500 survey questionnaires was distributed to targeted respondents in a developing nation but only 220 usable feedbacks were received for subsequent data analysis. Regression results revealed that religiosity and product knowledge significantly influence consumers‟ attitude toward using halal credit card services.  Attitude in turn, subsequently has a significant impact on consumers‟ intention to accept halal financial credit card services. Several theoretical and managerial contributions were observed in this study.
