Almost all countries in the world have been affected by the Covid-19 virus pandemic, including Indonesia. The Indonesian government established a Large-Scale Social Restriction policy in an effort to break the chain of spreading the covid-19 virus. The limited movement of people makes information and communication technology play a very important role as well as a solution to overcome these restrictions. Technology helps parents to keep working and finish their work from home, shop from home and children can learn from home so that effective and efficient distance learning activities can be realized. Optimizing the use of information and communication technology in the family provides more benefits for all family members during the Covid-19 pandemic due to the imposition of social restrictions that require all to stay at home.

Banyak dari masyarakat menerima begitu saja teknologi informasi dan komunikasi modern yang bahkan tidak dapat diakses beberapa dekade lalu. Inovasi-inovasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi ini, telah lama dianggap sebagai hal tidak penting, selama masa tenang kini menjadi sangat diperlukan dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Sekarang telah ada berbagai teknologi digital yang dapat digunakan untuk menambah dan meningkatkan strategi pekerjaan, pembelajaraan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Selama pandemi COVID-19, teknologi memainkan peran penting dalam menjaga kegiatan masyarakat tetap berfungsi pada saat Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB). Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat di era globalisasi saat ini tidak bisa dihindari lagi pengaruhnya terhadap dunia Pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, Peran pendidik sangat berperan penting dalam pemanfaatan ICT dimana pendidik berperan sebagai desainer pembelajaran. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dari sisi bidang pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sebagai media untuk meneruskan kegiatan yang tidak dapat dilakukan secara tatap muka dan teknologi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk kegiatan belajar dan mengajar di sekolah selama pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian ini dipaparkan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pertemuan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagaimana bidang pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk kegiatan School From Home dan kepentingan manajemen pendidikan. Disimpulkan bahwa bidang pendidikan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk tetap melaksanakan kegiatan belajar mengajar menggunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang memiliki keunggulan dan kemudahan untuk dipergunakan oleh berbagai komponen pendidikan.Kata Kunci :Bimbingan Teknis, Pemanfaatan Tekonologi ICT Many societies take for granted modern information and communication technology that was inaccessible even a few decades ago. The development of information technology which is increasingly rapid in the current era of globalization cannot be avoided anymore its impact on the world of education. Therefore the role of educators plays an important role in the use of ICT where educators act as learning designers. The purpose of this community service is to find out how in terms of education, the use of information and communication technology as a medium for continuing activities that cannot be done face-to-face and technology that can be used for teaching and learning activities in Indonesia. Indonesia. schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is described in a qualitative descriptive. The author uses observational data collection techniques. The results obtained from the meetings held in community service are how the education sector makes use of information and communication technology for School From Home activities and for the benefit of educational management. Tourism provides many advantages for Sweden and the whole world, as well as its travelers. Since almost all types of tourism are currently in crisis as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic, information and communication technology is expected to play a role, not only during the crisis but also in the post-COVID-19 era. Thus, with no expectations from types of tourism, Sweden needs to broaden its digital tours. As a result, this letter aims to classify the transition readiness of industry clusters for this digitalization move. An extended version of the TOPSIS technique was formulated and validated, plus a new framework for measuring digitalization readiness for this purpose. Lastly, analysis of the collected data proves that business tourism could lead the change, though adventure and rural tourism are at the farthest point from being considered ready to change.

Frog Virtual Learning Environment (Frog VLE) is one of the supporting learning applications utilizing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in 21st-century science learning. This paper concept tries to look at various issues in using VLE Frog to carry out science learning activities. Some previous studies were analyzed in depth for this purpose. The results of the analysis show that Frog VLE has not been widely used to support teacher science learning. In fact, the VLE Frog needs to be given a serious support to add to the process of learning science in the future, the teacher must be given continuous and consistent training in the use of the Frog VLE in the process of learning science.

The implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) into learning activities presents a significant effect on the quality of education, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The present study aims to evaluate the level of implementation of ICT in learning activities for vocational teachers. This experimental research used survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents with different subject expertise.The results showed that the use of ICTs in learning process has not been implemented optimally. This is caused by the low competence of teachers in the sector of information and communication technology. In addition, the lack of ICT infrastructure in schools causes a deceleration in the development of ICT-based learning models. Comprehensive improvement need to be implemented so that the development of ICT-based learnings model can be performed. The results of this study are expected to provide positive feedback to improve the quality of Indonesian education

Technology education is a right for everyone in this world. Therefore, there is no reason to discriminate against technological education especially for women in Indonesia. In the perspective of technology for women, there is a high desire to master technology to enable women to build meaningful interpretations and personal representations. In addition, technology is also useful as a rich and flexible learning tool for women, in this article it is targeted to discuss the importance of technology education and independence to women, especially independence in the family economy. Women who have broader knowledge and more competent economic skills will be more independent, stronger, and will be more successful in carrying out their roles and functions in the family, society, and national development. The level of compatibility between technological values ​​and norms with the values ​​or norms of its users will determine the pattern The use of this technology starts from the value of most of the goods and services of information and communication technology (ICT) which tends to be more masculine, which is one of the causes of the digital divide in technological women.

The 2015 refugee crisis – as the mass influx of migrants from the Middle East is commonly dubbed – tested the European Union’s ability to react to large-scale humanitarian emergencies. Apart from various organizational, social and political changes that the 2015 refugee crisis has brought to the European Union, it has also marked the growing role of information and communication technology (ICT) in the EU’s asylum and migration policies. Drawing from the critical perspective of international relations and such concepts as securitization of migration, the paper aims to analyse the engagement of ICT by EU institutions and individual Member States during the refugee crisis in 2015.
