Abstrak: Stunting masih menjadi masalah besar di dunia, meskipun dalam satu decade sudah mengalami penurunan namun prevalensinya masih cukup besar. Stunting yang tidak tertangani memiliki dampak panjang pada kehidupan anak. Adanya pandemic COVID-19 menambah beban dalam pelaksanaan penanganan stunting. Oleh karena itu ibu menjadi sasaran yang tepat untuk membantu mencegah terjadinya stunting pada anak. Ibu sebagai pengasuh utama anak harus memiliki informasi yang cukup untuk melakukan deteksi dini dan pencegahan stunting. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya upaya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu terkait pencegahan stunting. Pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dan praktek pembuatan MPASI. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 13 November 2020 melibatkan 35 ibu yang memiliki balita. Peserta mendapatkan materi terkait stunting dan pencegahannya. Ibu juga diajarkan mengenai deteksi dini stunting melalui cara membaca KMS. Tim juga melakukan demonstrasi memasak makanan untuk anak dimulai dari teknik pengolahan bahan makanan serta teknik memasak yang benar sehingga nutrisi makanan tetap terjaga. Teknik ceramah didukung dengan demonstrasi sangat membantu peserta dalam memahami informasi yang diberikan. Agar tercapai tujuan penurunan angka stunting maka perlu dilakukan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan lebih sering agar informasi yang didapatkan oleh ibu lebih banyak. Dengan pengetahuan yang tepat dan benar maka secara langsung dapat merubah sikap dan perilaku ibu menjadi lebih sehat.Abstract: Stunting is still a significant problem in the world. Although in a decade it had decreased, its prevalence was still quite large. Untreated stunting has a lasting impact on a child's life. The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic adds to the burden in the implementation of handling stunting. Therefore, mothers are the right person to help prevent stunting in children. Mothers, as the primary caregivers of children, must have sufficient information to detect and prevent stunting. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the knowledge of mothers related to stunting prevention. Community service was carried out through providing health education and practice of making complementary foods. The activity was held on November 13, 2020, involving 35 mothers who have toddlers. Participants received material related to stunting and its prevention. Participants also taught about early detection of stunting by reading Health Card. The team also conducted a cooking demonstration starting with food processing techniques and proper cooking techniques to maintain food nutrition. The lecture technique supported by demonstrations helped the participants understand the information provided. Health education to reduce the stunting rate needs to be done more frequently so that mothers can obtain more information. The proper and correct knowledge can directly change the mother's attitude and behavior to become healthier.

Efforts to achieve Indonesian citizen with quality are closely related to food and nutrition factors. Fulfillment of food and nutrition adequacy can be seen from the level of food provided and the quality and diversity of food and nutrition available. Approximately 70% of cases of food poisoning in the world are caused by ready-to-eat food, namely processed food, especially by catering businesses, restaurants, canteens, restaurants, or street food. Food poisoning is usually caused by the food being contaminated with bacteria or microbes. The purpose of this community service is to increase students' knowledge and understanding regarding selecting, processing, and serving safe food. Methods used consisted of counseling and health education on tips for selecting, processing, and serving food using the zoom cloud meeting application, with the target of Graha Medika Kotamobagu Health Institute students. The activity was held on Monday, October 12, 2020. The results of the community service activities showed that of the 34 students who participated in the activity, 80% of students knew and could mention tips on choosing, processing, and serving safe food. The implementation of social service is very important to increase knowledge in selecting, processing and serving food that is safe for consumption.

Premenstrual syndrome characterized by affective, physical, and behavior symptoms with moderate to severe grade, that usually recurrent every luteal phase of menstrual cycle and disappear within menstruation. The frequency of premenstrual syndrome is still high, in Indonesia and all over the world. To overcome this situation, there should be a health promotion. The aim of this community service was to increase the girl’s knowledge of premenstrual syndrome. This community service was held in one day on November 2016 in public islamic high school MAN 2 Palembang. The schedule was start with pre test consist of 15 questions, counseling sesssion using power point media, discussion session, and post test consist of the same questions to measure the knowledge after counseling. Pre test score showed that 13.9% students had good knowledge and post test score showed an increase of good knowledge (66.7%). Conclusion, heatlh education through counseling method bring a change of knowledge.

Covid-19 has been booming since December 2019, and is a serious concern in the world. The transmission of this virus is very fast, especially in patients who are hospitalized. So that as a precautionary measure of contracting this virus, actions can be taken in the form of enlightenment in terms of cognitive to the community, in this case in the form of Educational Interactive Communication in the form of Health Education. Health education for patients to meet adequate nutritional intake, so that it is hoped that the spread of this virus can be inhibited with high immunity obtained from varied, balanced nutrition, and all aspects of substances that the body needs can be fulfilled. The purpose of this community service is to provide health education to 15 patients. The method provided is in the form of service learning by providing health education to patients by visiting the patient one by one at each patient. The results of this community service were all participants who understand about nutritional intake, types of balanced nutrition, and things that increase immunity in preventing the transmission of covid-19

Pharmacies and health professionals, including Pharmacists, assistant Pharmacists, and the cashier is one of the groups most at risk of contracting the virus Covid-19 during the pandemic Covid 19 dispensaries a place that is often accessible to the public because it provides services to the needs of the patient medications. Based on these problems, then do the activities to protect the workplace to reduce the risk of transmission in the workplace and pharmacies keep doing every drug but not be the area of transmission of the virus Covid-19. The purpose of community service is to improve the awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and behavior through training and education protocol-related health in the workplace the right so that can create a healthy work environment. Activities conducted June 17, 18,24 and 25 September 2021 environment dispensary in West Jakarta. The activities of 17-18 September 2021 conduct a preliminary survey to fill out the questionnaire with the google form linked the use of masks in the workplace, the habit of washing hands and clean the work place. The results of the questionnaire of 26 respondents was 15.4% of the respondents do not use the mask for work, the 23.1% of the respondents rarely use mask properly, a 34.6% rarely wash hands before work ,23,1% not important to wash hands before and after work and 23.1 % not important clean work environment with a disinfectant and clean the work place before and after work. PKM September 24, 2021 is the practice of how to wash hands in accordance with the recommendation of the Ministry of health, using the appropriate mask and face shield in the workplace. PKM activity carried out from September 25, 2021 manufacture means the place of hand washing common, put up a plastic barrier and spraying disinfectant in the area pharmacies. The activities of a community service program implemented well, after the implementation of community service activities is then the habit of washing hands before and after work, consumers wash their hands with water in place of washing hands before going into the area of the dispensary, the mask is worn according to the rules can continue to be done so that there is increased awareness of the workers and consumers in the workplace to create a healthy working environment during the pandemic.Apotik dan tenaga kesehatan termasuk Apoteker, asisten Apoteker serta kasir merupakan salah satu kelompok yang paling berisiko tertular virus Covid-19 karena selama pandemi Covid 19 apotik tempat yang sering diakses masyarakat karena memberikan pelayanan untuk kebutuhan obat pasien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dilakukan kegiatan untuk melindungi tempat kerja  untuk  menurunkan  risiko penularan di tempat kerja dan apotik tetap melakukan pelayanan obat tetapi tidak menjadi area penularan virus Covid-19. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah meningkatkan  kesadaran, pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku melalui pelatihan serta edukasi  terkait protokol kesehatan ditempat kerja yang tepat sehingga dapat menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat. Kegiatan dilakukan tanggal 17, 18,24 dan 25 September 2021 dilingkungan apotik di Jakarta Barat. Kegiatan tanggal 17-18 September 2021 melakukan survei awal mengisi kuisioner dengan google form terkait penggunaan masker ditempat kerja, kebiasaan mencuci tangan serta membersihkan tempat kerja. Hasil kuisioner dari 26 responden adalah  15,4 % responden  tidak penting menggunakan masker selama bekerja, 23,1% responden jarang menggunakan masker dengan tepat, 34,6% jarang mencuci tangan sebelum bekerja ,23,1% tidak penting mencuci tangan sebelum dan sesudah bekerja dan 23,1 % tidak penting membersihkan lingkungan kerja dengan desinfektan serta membersihkan tempat kerja sebelum dan sesudah bekerja. Kegiatan PKM tanggal 24 September 2021 adalah praktik cara mencuci tangan sesuai anjuran Kemenkes, menggunakan masker yang tepat serta face shield ditempat kerja. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan tanggal 25 September 2021 pembuatan sarana tempat cuci tangan umum, memasang plastik pembatas dan penyemprotan desinfektan di area apotik. Kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat terlaksana dengan baik, setelah terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini maka kebiasaan  mencuci tangan sebelum dan setelah bekerja, konsumen mencuci tangan dengan air di tempat cuci tangan  sebelum masuk  ke area apotik, masker dipakai sesuai aturan dapat terus terlaksana sehingga terjadi peningkatan kesadaran pekerja serta konsumen ditempat kerja untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat selama pandemi.

An epidemic of an acute respiratory disease called COVID-19 occurred at the end of 2019 in Wuhan (China) which spread throughout the world. COVID -19 can affect everyone from adults, the elderly, and children. So there needs to be education that is easy to carry out about Covid-19 and how to prevent it. This is the basis of the problem in encouraging community service activities so that they can be active in efforts to prevent COVID-19. The purpose of this educational activity is to prevent the spread of Covid-19 which is increasingly happening in Indonesia, so it is hoped that adults and children can take Covid-19 prevention. The method used during this activity is in the form of offline and online education to the surrounding community, where the material presented is in the form of proper handwashing and how to make hand sanitizers. As a result of the educational activities that have been carried out, there has been a significant change in the habits of the surrounding community where children can wash their hands properly and correctly, and for adults, especially local mothers can make hand sanitizers with the right natural ingredients to be used as emergency hand sanitizers. in daily activities.

<span lang="EN-US">Robots is one of the most important devices in the world that work automatically without human intervention. Robot can work for long hours without feeling tired and can be performed work that can be dangerous to human life. Autonomous robots are used today in many areas in our daily lives, for example, industry, Agriculture, Health, Education, scientific explorations and many other fields. Therefore in this research we will going to design autonomous robot that able to find and extinguish fires. In some cases, the dense flames very dangerous to humans live and therefore require intervention of robot. Fire tracking and suppression robot is a robot can automatically find and fighting fire. In this project a camera and flame sensor based on an rotary base was used. It can detect fire in an angle of rotation of 1600. ATmega328 microcontroller based on Arduino Uno board have been used,  to control the robot to do the right work without mistakes, ATmega328 based on Arduini Uno board have been used, and it can be programmed using C language by using arduino IDE.</span>

[Bahasa]: Pandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi di seluruh dunia, khususnya di Pulau Lombok mengakibatkan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilaksanakan mahasiswa Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Mataram dalam bentuk Kuliah Kerja Partisipatif (KKP) dilaksanakan di lingkungan rumah mahasiswa masing-masing. Program ini selanjutnya disebut dengan Kuliah Kerja Partisipatif dari rumah (KKP-DR). Tema yang menjadi fokus dalam program ini adalah sosialisasi pencegahan penularan covid-19 dengan menekankan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) yang sekaligus merupakan tuntunan agama Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam program ini adalah sosialisasi kepada masyarakat di beberapa desa di Pulau Lombok yang merupakan desa asal mahasiswa. Program ini terdiri dari beberapa kegiatan seperti pemasangan pamflet dan penyebaran brosur, sosialisasi kampung sehat, seminar Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS), pelatihan mencuci tangan, pembiasaan physical distancing, senam bersama, pemberian bantuan masker, pemberian bantuan hand sanitizer, dan bersih lingkungan masjid. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan manfaat program, ketepatan sasaran dan ketepatan metode yang diberikan kepada 10 orang kepala desa tempat mahasiswa melaksanakan KKP-DR. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden menyatakan sangat setuju dimana 100% responden menyatakan kegiatan ini bermanfaat, 80% tepat sasaran dan 90% menyatakan kegiatan ini menggunakan metode yang tepat. Kegiatan ini dapat membantu masyarakat mengetahui informasi seputar Covid-19 dan mampu memberikan bekal pencegahan penularan Covid-19 dengan menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat. Kata Kunci: kuliah kerja partisipatif dari rumah (KKP-DR), sosialisasi, pencegahan Covid 19 [English]: The Covid-19 pandemic that hit the world, especially on the island of Lombok, makes students of the State Islamic University (UIN) Mataram carry out Participatory Community Service (KKP) program in their surroundings. This program is called  home-based community program (KKP-DR). The focus of the program is the socialization on the transmission of COVID-19 prevention by emphasizing Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Behavior (PHBS), which is also an Islamic religious guidance. The method used was outreach to the community in several villages on the island of Lombok, where the students come from. The program was held in several activities such as the installation of pamphlets and distribution of brochures, socialization of healthy villages, seminars on Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS), hand washing training, physical distancing habituation, joint exercise, providing masks, providing hand sanitizer, and cleaning the mosques. The evaluation was carried out by 10 village heads considering the benefits of the program, the accuracy of the targets and the accuracy of the methods. The results of the implementation of this program are: 100% of respondents do agree that the program is useful; 80% of the respondents state that the program is effective; and 90% agree that the program apply the right method. In conclusion, KKP-DR can help the public find out information about Covid-19 and be able to provide provisions for preventing the transmission of Covid-19 by implementing a clean and healthy lifestyle. Background: Head and neck injuries as the etiology of death for road users. then there are efforts to overcome them with protective equipment for the head ie the helmet, the use of the right helmet is expected to reduce the burden of collisions directly to the head. Furthermore, when an accident occurs in a patient who is still wearing a helmet, the helper must understand the technique and how to properly remove the helmet. Purpose this community enganggement is necessary to obtain health education through community service in order to improve their knowledge and skills. Methods: In the implementation using question and answer lecture and demonstration models, with the module learning media. Pre-test and post-test is done by asking questions. Results: An increase in the number of correct answers between before and after health education was given. The average increase in the number of correct answers is between 3 to 4. Conclusion: After health education knowledge and skills increased.

Banyak dari masyarakat dan yayasan islam nurul amal yang belum memahami secara utuh tentang strategi dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Perkembangan zaman membuat dunia usaha semakin berkembang dan membuat pelaku usaha harus lebih siap dalam persaingan dan kompetisi dan bisnis. Inovasi-inovasi bisnis menjadi faktor yang berpengaruh terdapap kemandirian dan keberlansungan dari suatu usaha, hal ini sangat terlihat dan terbuka dimasa saat ini yaitu masa dimana ekonomi dan dunia usahan turun akibat pandemi, hal ini membuat pelaku usaha harus berpikir kembali dan mengembangkan diri serta tenang menjadi sangat diperlukan dalam menghadapi pandemi COVID-19. Sekarang waktu yang tepat untuk menguji staregi yang sudah di bangun untuk memulai usaha dan akan terlihat kemandirian dari usaha tersebut. Tujuan dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana dari sisi bidang kewirausahaan di sektor pendidikan dan yayasan sebagai penopang untuk meneruskan kegiatan yang sebelumnya belum dilakukan atau sudah dilakukan namun belum maksimal ke arah yang lebih baik lagi untuk menunjang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan perekonomian di lingkungan yayasan maupun masyarakat sekitar. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pertemuan yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat bagaimana bidang kewirausahaan dalam dunia pendidikan dan ilmu dan pengalaman untuk dapat membuat suatu usaha yang maksimal dengan sistem manajemen bisnis yang baim dab tepat dan membentuk calon pelaku usaha yang memiliki mental dan sikap yang baik untuk melakukan atau memulai suatu usaha agar dapat berjalan dengan baik dan mampu menopang perekonomian mikro yang ada di lingkungan sekitar yayasan islam nurul amal.Kata Kunci: Strategi, Kemandirian, Kewirausahaan, Yayasan Islam Nurul AmalMany of the people and Islamic foundations of Nurul Amal do not fully understand the strategy and independence in entrepreneurship. Japan has natural resources that can provide sufficient food, both from the mountains, the sea, and rivers. The four seasons it has also contributed to the diversity of natural products, which provide a variety of colors in the food. The seriousness of producing quality food, the use of unique food processing techniques, to artistic presentation, makes Japanese food a strong identity among traditional foods from other countries in the world. In its development, Japanese food openly receives influence from abroad, but still maintains its traditions, to create the concept of assimilation in it. Japan is able to pour cultural colors on its food and make Japanese food as a soft diplomacy of the country that is easily accepted by the international world. There are many factors that can be explored by researching Japanese food, so research on Japanese food can touch some of the domains, such as geography, health, sociology, and culture. This study will explore Japanese food from the eyes of culture.
