Coronary Heart Disease (CHD)causes the coronary arteries to narrow and theconsumption of O2 to the tissues decreases sothat anaerobic metabolism produces lactic acidwhich causes fatigue as one of the effects orsymptoms of CHD. In the preliminary study,250 people experienced CHD with complaintsof fatigue of 125-150 people. The purpose ofthis study was to analyze differences in the levelof fatigue before and after breathing exercise incoronary heart disease patients in the ICUSYAMRABU Hospital Bangkalan. Method:This study uses an "Experimental" design withthe One Group Pre Test - Post Test designapproach. The variable of this study wasBreathing Exercise (independent variable) andthe level of fatigue in CHD patients (dependentvariable). Data was taken on the entirepopulation of CHD patients in the ICUSYAMRABU Bangkalan Hospital with anestimated 21 respondents with a total sample of20 respondents. Sampling technique usesaccidental sampling technique and datacollection using observation sheet with fatiquescale, The Results were analyzed using theWilcoxon Signed Rank Test with α (0.05). TheWilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis showedthat there were differences in the level of fatiguebetween before and after breathing exercise inCHD patients in the ICU SYAMRABUBangkalan Hospital with significant results (ρ =0.002) <α (0.05). Health workers are expectedto be able to help CHD patients by creating anactivity program such as breathing exercise thatcan be introduced first through providingcounseling or direct giving to patients so thatpeople, families and patients with CHD knowand know about the picture of CHD, both fromsymptoms, the sign arrived at the stage of how

ABSTRACT Anemia of pregnant women results in premature birth, maternal and child mortality and infectious diseases, an anemia that is often experienced by pregnant women is iron deficiency anemia. It is estimated that 41.8% of pregnant women worldwide experience anemia, at least halfof which is due to iron deficiency. Pregnant women are declared anemic if hemoglobin is lessthan 11 mg / dl. Based on the 2013 National Health Survey Data, the rate of anemia in pregnant women is 40.1%, this condition indicates that anemia is quite high in Indonesia. If it is estimated from 2007-2013 the anemia prevalence remains 40%, there will be 18 thousand maternal deaths of year due to bleeding after childbirth.Based on a preliminary study conducted by researchers at the Tegalrejo Health Center on November 1 2017 date was obtained that there were 242 pregnant women and 111 experienced anemia, the data showed that pregnant women with anemia were 46%.This Research aims to determine the effectiveness of vegetable spinach and Fe tablets to increase hemoglobin levels in pregnant women at the Tegalrejo Health Center Methods: This research using the Quasy Exsperiment research method. The research design used Pretest Postest One Design Group. The population in this study were all pregnant women TM II and TM III who experienced anemia. The sampling technique used in this research is Purposive Sampling. Data analysis uses the Wilcoxson Signed Rank Test These results indicate that there is an increase in hemoglobin of pregnant women between before and after being given spinach and Fe tablets. Spinach and Fe tablets are effective in increasing hemoglobin levels of pregnant women in Tegalrejo Health Center Yogyakarta Keywords: Spinach, Fe tablets, Pregnant Women, Anemia

The distraction method is a method for pain relief by diverting the patient's attention to other things so that the patient will forget about the pain he is experiencing. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the distraction technique of watching animated cartoons on the decrease in pain scale during injection in preschool children (3-6 years) in the Edelwis room of Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. This research is a quantitative study with a pre-experimental research design using a one group pretest and posttest design. Samples of 30 respondents were taken by accidental sampling technique. Primary data collection was carried out using a pain scale questionnaire, while secondary data were obtained from related agencies that were related in this study. The results of the study, from 30 respondents there were 23 people with mild pain and 7 people with moderate pain after being treated watching animated cartoons. Based on the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test, the Z value of -3.963 is obtained with the A symp value. Sig (ρ) = 0,000, because the value of ρ 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the distraction technique of watching animated cartoons to reduce the pain scale in pre-school children when injecting in the Edelweis room of Dr. Yunus Bengkulu General Hospital. It is expected that health workers and the community can be more focused on care for children when the child is hospitalized in undergoing hospitalization. Keywords: Distraction Technique, Watching Animated Cartoons, Pain Scale

Introduction: Symptoms of tuberculosis in children that are not specific require early detection efforts. One of the efforts to carry out early detection is to monitor children's growth and development in posyandu activities. Posyandu cadres have an important role in this. The purpose of this training activity is to increase the knowledge of posyandu cadres in early detection of tuberculosis in children. Method: The target of the training was 21 posyandu cadres who were selected by purposive sampling. Training activities as a form of community service are carried out with the stages of giving a pretest, presentation of material and case and posttest questions. The Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test analysis is used to determine differences in knowledge before and after training.Result Recommendation: All cadres were female, with the lowest education was junior high school (9.8%), the youngest was 38 years old and the oldest was 65 years old. The results of the difference test showed that there was a difference between before and after training (p value 0.0006), indicating that the training method was effective in increasing the knowledge of the cadres

This research aims to determine the effects of brainstorming on students’ engagement in learning about probability. The method used in this research is the quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group. The sampling technique is in the form of a census. The data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed by using non-parametric tests -- the Mann-Whitney U-test and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test with alpha level of 0.05. The results show that: 1) there was no significant difference on students’ engagement before and after the experiment in the group that was taught without brainstorming; 2) there was significant difference on students’ engagement before and after the experiment in the group taught with brainstorming; and 3) there was no significant difference on students’ engagement between the group that was taught with brainstorming and the group that was taught without brainstorming. The result of this research indicates that implementing brainstorming produces a positive effect on students’ engagement in learning about probability in math classes in grade XI IPA at SMA ABC Cikarang.
