AbstractThe process of archiving mails at the Cihambulu Village office the writing is still conventional. thereare some deficiency including the process of writing that is not neat, archiving still using the ledger.Therefore required a program that can solving the problem, so the problems that occur at thisCihambulu Village office can be resolved. The concept of designing this system refers to the activitiesof data processing incoming mail, data processing outgoing mail, disposition making, to themanufacture of incoming mail reports and outgoing mail. some stages in the development or designof this program are software requirements analysis, program design, program code generation,program testing. The making this program using JAVA programming language, MySQL as databaseand windows 7 as operating system. Research methods used in the design of this system is the methodof interviewing, observation, and literature study. While the purpose of designing this system is toproduce a mail archiving program so that it can assist employees in data processing incoming mail,data processing outgoing mail, disposition making, making reports incoming mails and outgoingmail.

Registration problems that are still using the form that led to long queues so that the assessors of prospective students are often hassles, besides the highest and lowest value of UAS as a reference the admissibility of a prospective new students can only be seen by visiting directly. So here was made Applications Web-Based Admission to solve the above problems. Based on the background of the issues above, it will build a system of Admission Selection System Based Web by using a linear sequential software development (waterfall), which has several stages including software requirements analysis phase, the design phase, the code generation phase, phase testing, and maintenance phases., so that the resulting applications have advantages in data processing. In this application also can map the school, where the making of the map using Google Maps to produce a map that has a location corresponding to the location of the original condition.

Abstract   School administration payments as a means of supporting the teaching and learning process, administrative payments that are still manual must be supported by a computerized system. The research method I use is a data collection technique consisting of observation, interviews and literature study, while the software development method is the waterfall method. The waterfall method consists of software requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and support. The author builds a school administration payment information system using the Java NetBeans IDE 8.1 programming language. By building a computerized system, it is hoped that it will be able to produce more precise and accurate information to help minimize errors. Information systems can run well with the support of technology, work procedures and good human resources   Keywords: Information System, Payment, Waterfall   Abstrak   Pembayaran administrasi sekolah sebagai sarana penunjang berjalannya proses belajar – mengajar, pembayaran administrasi yang masih manual harus didukung dengan system yang sudah terkomputerisasi. Metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu teknik dalam mengumpulkan data terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan studi Pustaka sedangkan metode pengembangan software adalah metode waterfall. Metode waterfall terdiri dari analisis untuk kebutuhan perangkat lunak, perancangan, pengkodean, pengujian dan pendukung. Peneliti membangun sistem informasi pembayaran administrasi sekolah menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Java NetBeans IDE 8.1. Dengan membangun sistem terkomputerisasi diharapkan mampu menghasilkan informasi yang lebih tepat dan akurat guna membantu meminimalisir terjadinya kesalahan. Sistem informasi dapat berjalan dengan baik dengan dukungan teknologi,  prosedur kerja dan sumber daya manusia yang baik.   Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Pembayaran, Waterfall

Health care community is one of the social facilities that uses the developing information technology. The development of this information technology can be seen on the development of clinics and hospitals because they have developed the computerized systems. The access to the contents of the data is done by computerizing so that it will facilitate the data processing, saving time, effort and costs. The method used in this research was through Waterfall. This Waterfall method consisted of communication, planning, modeling, construction, deployment. The data collecting techniques used in this research were interview, observation and literature study. The implementation of this method was by the system analysis, the context diagram, the DFD, and the table relationships. To design and create this application used Netbeans 7.1.2, Java programming languages, MySql databases, and Xampp Webserver, The implementation of this application for the data management of the community health center in the Margodadi Village was able to help the data recording, the data processing, and the report making done by the staffs so that the administrators were able to search the data in this application. Keywords: Information System; Community Health Service Margodadi; Waterfall

ABSTRACTIn this era of globalization, the application of administrative data processing has been used by many parties, both agencies, organizations, as well as in educational institutions that will trigger the performance of agencies to be better than before. The payment data processing of SPP on SMA Negeri 1 Cikampek until now are still operating manually, so that activities associated with the administration is still slow even still queued to make payments. Specifically the functions performed by the application payment administration developed include, student data collection, alumni data, SPP Payment, and collection payment. Display student information, alumni information, payment SPP reports, until collection reports. This application payment administration is developed using Java programming language. Monitoring of warehouse inventory data processing is an important thing for companies. PT Talaga mulya indah is still manual using paper media, causing problems that have an effect on existing information, namely: problems with data processing of incoming and outgoing goods. And the difference between data on the amount of stock of goods available with physical data, often occurs inputting data more than once for the same item, searching for available data, and making reports so that it impedes companies in monitoring inventory of existing stock of goods. Which aims to create a system that can provide updated information to facilitate the warehouse admin in making inventory reports, and reduce errors in input by means of integrated control. In this study, the authors used the data collection method used in this analysis using the method of observation, interviews, and literature review (literature study). For analysis using the PIECES analysis method. Furthermore, the system design used is UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results of this study are expected to produce the right data in the process of monitoring inventory data processing, also can provide the right information and make it easier to control the overall availability of goods.

Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.
