scholarly journals Partnership of Schools and Communities in the Era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the Implementation of Alternative Education

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is an era which anything can be automatically assisted by machines. This affects schools and communities as parts of social life. Therefore, a firm partnership between those two parties are crucially needed particularly in providing alternative education. The present research aimed at analyzing varieties of school and communities partnerships in providing alternative schools at the senior high school level. A single case study research method was employed with two informants as the primary data source and sixteen informants as the secondary data source. The data were collected through open ended, in depth interviews, and direct observations. The result suggested that Master Learning Center collaborated with particular communities, is able to provide educational needs affecting students’ achievement. This led to a general conclusion that schools-communities partnerships are considered an effective type of cooperation to supply the needs of schooling. The partnerships either assisted marginal society with the education quality improvement

ABSTRAKPertumbuhan penduduk perkotaan yang tinggi dan masyarakat yang konsumtif terhadap penggunaan kendaraan bermotor menjadi faktor timbulnya permasalahan transportasi perkotaan salah satunya adalah kemacetan. Di Kota Bandung secara khusus salah satu penyebab timbulnya kemacetan di beberapa titik adalah tingginya jam operasional kendaraan pada pagi hari khususnya pada kendaraan pribadi. Para pelajar SD, SMP, dan SMA yang berangkat pagi hari dan sore hari ke sekolah banyak yang menggunakan kendaraan pribadi yang disebabkan oleh banyak hal, diantaranya kurang memadainya fasilitas angkutan umum saat ini. Sebagai salah satu upaya mengatasi kemacetan yang disebabkan oleh kendaraan pribadi yang digunakan oleh para pelajar tersebut, pihak Pemerintah Kota Bandung meluncurkan bus sekolah gratis bagi para pelajar. Pada penelitian ini teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui teknik survey primer dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada siswa/i tingkat SD, SMP, SMA di Kota Bandung dengan Penentuan sampel berdasarkan metode Slovin. Data-data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang merupakan hasil penyebaran kuesioner serta data sekunder yang diperoleh dari studi literatur atau penelitian serupa yang pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif serta Cross Tab (Tabulasi Silang).Kata kunci: bus sekolah, kemacetan, pelajar ABSTRACTThe high urban population growth and the consumptive society towards the use of motorized vehicles is a factor in the emergence of urban transportation problems, one of which is congestion. In the city of Bandung specifically one of the causes of congestion at some point is the high operating hours of vehicles in the morning, especially in private vehicles. Elementary, junior and senior high school students who leave in the morning and evening go to school many use private vehicles caused by many things, including inadequate public transport facilities at present. As one of the efforts to overcome congestion caused by private vehicles used by the students, the Bandung City Government launched a free school bus for students. In this study the data collection techniques used were through primary survey techniques by distributing questionnaires to students at the elementary, middle and high school level in the city of Bandung with sample determination based on Slovin method. The data used in this study are primary data which is the result of questionnaires and secondary data obtained from literature studies or similar studies that have been conducted before. The analytical method used in this study is quantitative descriptive and Cross Tabulation.Keywords: school bus, congestion, students

This study aimed to know and understand about the legal culture of community on the phenomenon of different caste nyentana marriage. This research was empirical legal research legal research with behavioral approaches. The data source consisted of primary data sourced directly at the site of research and secondary data that included legislation, traditional laws, law books, magazines, dictionaries and newspapers. This study used qualitative data analysis which then produced descriptive data.Based on the national legal perspective, there are no differences in the position of husband and wife in different caste nyentana marriage. But in Balinese customary law, it resulted in the wife having a position that is more important than the husband in the family. As in the context of social life, especially in the capacity as krama in the sub-village, then the husband remains responsible for his obligations as krama muani while the wife still serves as krama luh. Related to the legal culture of indigenous people in Tabanan over different caste nyentana marriage, the fact that people are still of the view that marriage is an inter-caste marriage. Thus the legal culture of indigenous people in Tabanan tends to be static. This is motivated by many factors, one of which is either ignorance factor of traditional leaders or traditional krama of Decree of the Parliament No. 11 of 1951 which expressly has abolished inter-caste marriages that often lead to discrimination. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami tentang budaya hukum masyarakat terhadap fenomena hukum perkawinan nyentana beda wangsa. Penelitian ini ialah penelitian hukum penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan pendekatan prilaku (behavioral approach). Data primer bersumber langsung dari lokasi penelitian, sedangkan data sekunder berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, awig-awig­, literature hukum, majalah, kamus dan surat kabar. Pada penelitian ini data dianalisis secara kualitatif yang kemudian menghasilkan data deskriptif. Berdasarkan perspektif hukum secara nasional, tidak terdapat perbedaan kedudukan suami-isteri dalam perkawinan nyentana beda wangsa. Namun dalam Hukum adat Bali, justru mengakibatkan istri memiliki kedudukan yang lebih penting dibanding suami di dalam keluarga. Adapun dalam konteks kehidupan bermasyarakat, khususnya dalam kapasitas sebagai krama di banjar, maka si suami tetap bertanggung jawab pada kewajibannya sebagai krama muani sedangkan si istri tetap berkedudukan sebagai krama luh. Terkait dengan budaya hukum masyarakat hukum adat di Tabanan terhadap perkawinan nyentana beda wangsa, faktanya masyarakat tetap berpandangan bahwa perkawinan tersebut merupakan perkawinan antar kasta. Dengan demikian budaya hukum masyarakat hukum adat di Tabanan cenderung bersifat statis. Hal ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyak faktor, salah satu diantaranya ialah faktor ketidaktahuan baik dari pemuka adat maupun krama adat tentang Keputusan DPRD  No. 11 Tahun 1951 yang secara tegas telah menghapus perkawinan antar kasta yang kerap menimbulkan diskriminasi.

Harassment among students are worrying phenomenon in the current digital era. Becausing the news spreads fast but does not create a deterrent effect for students especially at the junior high school level. This study aims to determine the forms of harassment that are common in the school environment, sanctions imposed on perpetrators and finally efforts to overcome harassment by the school. To achieve these objectives the researchers used a descriptive qualitative approach to change, explain the phenomenon of abuse that occurs among students in schools. Types of descriptive research are primary data sources namely informants consisting of school principals, teachers, and students. And the Secondary data is documents. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that there were many forms of violence which were commonly found by students in the school environment, both physical and psychological violence. Physical form includes, a) hitting, b) pinching, c) pressing down on the ear, and d) throwing using shoes. The form of psychological violence is giving harsh words. sanctions given by teachers for violence against students, namely: a) verbal reprimands, and b) written reprimands. The efforts made by teachers to overcome violence against students are: a) preventive measures (holding dialogue between teachers, parents, and students b) repressive actions by calling on school to avoid harassing student.

Today the Industrial Revolution has reached its peak where technology is the basis of human life. The Indonesian government has launched Making Indonesia 4.0 that grown massively. One sector that must be prepared in achieving Making Indonesia is the Education Sector which can be done by improving the human resources The readiness of Future Economics Teachers spearheaded the improvement of human resources quality. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research that focuses on analyzing the readiness of Future Economics Teachers to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with a type of case study research. Primary data obtained from in-depth interview together with respondents and secondary data obtained from the document that shows the result of educational subject. Data collection is done by the method of observation, interview, and documentation that using source triangulation and method triangulation. The indicators used to analyze the readiness of these Future Economics Teachers are (1) Educational Competence, (2) Competence for Technological Commercialization, (3) Competence of Globalization, (4) Competence in the Future Strategies, and (5) Conselor Competence Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that; (1) Educational Competence possessed by Future Economics Teacher from the two ex-IKIP state university in East Java is sufficiently capable in dealing with the Industrial Revolution 4.0; (2) Competence for Technological Commercialization of the Future Economics Teachers is not too good to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0; (3) Competence of Globalization that is owned cannot be maximized in facing the Industrial Revolution 4.0;(4) Competence in the Future Strategy shows that this Future Economics Teacher does not have a definite strategy to predict what will happen in the Industrial Revolution 4.0; and (5) Conselor Competence shows good but still not enough to face the Industrial Revolution 4.0. This paper discusses the content of Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). The data used in the preparation of this paper is the data that is primary and secondary. The primary source is data obtained from the core source. In conducting a study of a verse, it is clear that the primary data source is derived from the Qur'an,precisely on Q.S. al-Baqarah ([2]: 67-73). Secondary data is dataobtained from other sources that are still related to the problemand provide interpretation of the primary source. The method usedin analyzing this paper is the tahlili method. This method describesthe meaning contained by the Qur'an, verse by verse, and letterafter letter according to the order in the Mushaf. The descriptionincludes the various aspects which the interpreted verses contain,such as the meaning of the vocabulary, the connotation of thesentence, the background of the verse down, its relation to otherverses, both before and after. And do not miss the opinion that hasbeen given regarding the interpretation of these verses, whetherdelivered by the Prophet, companions, the tabi'in, as well as othercommentators. This study shows that in Q.S. (2): 67-73) there arevalues of moral education which include: 1) morals in asking, (2)morals to parents, (3) patience of educators, (4) educator honesty,and (5) obedience of learners.

Abdullah Nasih Ulwan’s provides several points of view in the realm of methods of planting Islamic education in children which can later be used as a means to achieve the goals of Islamic education. This research uses the documentation method with a descriptive-interpretative approach, namely an attempt to describe the interpretation of some of the texts of the book at-tarbiyah al-aulad fi al-Islam in the third chapter. As for the primary data source is the book at-tarbiyah al-aulad fi al-Islam, the secondary data source is books and related literature, while the data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results of this study there are five methods of planting Islamic education for children, namely educating by example, customary habits, advice, supervision, and through punishment.

This study discusses the analysis of the book translation of the book Ta'lim Muta'allim published by al-Hidayah. The book is one of the santri (moslem student) reference books to support students' understanding of the pesantren (Islamic boarding school) curriculum which uses the yellow book in their learning. The yellow book uses Arabic, so the translation of the book becomes very important. The focus of this research lies in the pattern of translation errors and justification of translations in accordance with the rules of Arabic and Indonesian dealing with lexicon, syntax and semantics. This qualitative research method uses an applied linguistic approach that focuses on error analysis. The primary data source in this research is the book translation of Ta'lim Muta'allim published by al-Hidayah, while the secondary data used in the study is a documentation technique by studying books and literacy that discusses the technique of translating properly and correctly according to structural , semantic and precise in terms of terminology. The results showed, including: Errors in the preparation of sentences in the target language, errors in the use of sentence effectiveness, errors in translating vocabulary, errors in aspects of omission or not translating aspects of vocabulary, phrases and sentences and errors in translating foreign terms.

<p><em>Abstrak </em><strong>- </strong><strong>Aguk Irawan adalah salah satu sastrawan yang menggunakan sastra novel sebagai media dakwahnya. Penanaman pesan-pesan moral-spiritual penulis kepada pembaca melalui tokoh yang dihidupkan di dalamnya. Peneliti tertarik dengan salah satu karya beliau untuk diteliti yang kemudian terangkum dengan judul, “Maqamat Tokoh Midah dalam Novel <em>Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW</em> Karya Aguk Irawan”. Novel yang terinspirasi dari kisah nyata ini menggambarkan tentang pengembaraan jiwa seorang perempuan dalam menemukan Tuhannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode <em>library research</em> atau penelitian kepustakaan. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer yaitu novel <em>Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW</em>, sedangkan sumber data sekundernya adalah beberapa karya Aguk Irawan yang lain dan juga sumber referensi yang terkait dengan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisa yang telah peneliti lakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa novel <em>Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW</em> merupakan novel yang mengandung ajaran tasawuf. Aguk Irawan menyampaikan ajaran tasawufnya melalui tokoh Midah Hamidah yang terangkum dalam laku kehidupannya sehari - hari. Peneliti menemukan beberapa maqamat yang tergambar dari tokoh Midah Hamidah, diantaranya adalah: taubat, zuhud, sabar, syukur, dan ridha. Novel karya Aguk Irawan ini sangat berguna untuk digunakan sebagai media dakwah di kalangan remaja maupun masyarakat pada umumnya.</strong></p><p><em>Abstract -</em><strong> </strong><strong>Aguk Irawan is one of the writers who used novel literature as his propaganda media. Planting the writer's moral-spiritual messages to the reader through the characters who are turned on in them. Researchers are interested in one of his works for research which is then summarized with the title, "<em>Maqamat Tokoh Midah dalam Novel Mekkah: Memoar Luka Seorang TKW Karya Aguk Irawan</em>”. This novel, inspired by a true story, depicts the wandering of a woman's soul in finding her God. This research uses library research or library research. The source of the data used is the primary data source, namely the Mecca novel: Memoirs of Luka of a TKW, while the secondary data source is some of Aguk Irawan's other works and also a reference source related to research. Based on the results of the analysis that researchers have done, it can be concluded that the novel <em>Mecca: Memoirs of Luka of a TKW</em> is a novel that contains the teachings of Sufism. Aguk Irawan conveyed his Sufism teachings through the figure of Midah Hamidah summarized in his daily life. Researchers found several maqamat drawn from the Midah Hamidah figures, including repentance, zuhud, patience, gratitude, and pleasure. This novel by Aguk Irawan is very useful to be used as a media for da'wah among teenagers and the general public.</strong></p><p><strong><em>Keywords -</em></strong><em> Literary works, Novels, Maqamat, Spirituality, Hermeneutics</em></p><p> </p>

<p><em>This study aims to determine the role of the Sharia Supervisory Board in supervising Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperatives (KSPPS) so that operations do not come out of sharia provisions. Sharia Supervisory Board includes legal assistants who have the duty to ensure and conduct supervision so that Sharia Financial Institutions are in sharia provisions. Savings and Loan Cooperatives and Sharia Financing are financial institutions that are socially based and in their activities are based on moral principles by considering haram and lawfulness of a business that is run in accordance with Islamic regulations. The method used to conduct this research is qualitative. The data source uses secondary data and primary data by collecting data in the form of interviews and documents. Based on the results of observations on KSPPS Berkah Abadi Gemilang that Supervision conducted by DPS there is still an obstacle that causes less optimal supervision, namely members of sharia supervisors who do not understand muamalah fiqh, mastery of economics and DPS rarely make office visits. In addition, one member of the DPS also does not yet have a certificate of proof of passing the exam from DSN-MUI or other standard certificates, in this case at least the results of the certificate provide a guarantee that the Sharia Supervisory Board has passed the feasibility test to become the Sharia Supervisory Board. KSPPS Berkah Abadi Gemilang in practice also still has errors, the Ba'I Bi'saman Ajil contract which is supposed to be a sale and purchase agreement but made as a financing and error in determining the margin based on the presentation of the money lent.</em></p>

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) metode identifikasi masalah Public Relations pada LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (2) proses perencanaan dan pemrograman LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (3) strategi aksi dan komunikasi LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; dan (4) proses evaluasi program LAZ Dompet Dhuafa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus eksploratif jenis single case holistic. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, sementara data sekunder bersumber dari studi pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LAZ Dompet Dhuafa tidak melakukan riset khusus terkait perencanaan program; riset yang dilakukan hanya melalui fakta-fakta baru di lapangan melalui program-program yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Perencanaan program tematik dan nontematik LAZ Dompet Dhuafa dilakukan melalui rapat kerja tahunan, sementara pesan utama yang ingin disampaikan kepada pihak eksternal disampaikan melalui website resmi dan media sosial. Adapun evalusi program yang dilakukan tidak melibatkan publik eksternal. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Public Relations, zakat, Dompet Dhuafa ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine (1) the method of identifying problems of Public Relations at LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (2) the planning and programming process of LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; (3) the strategy of action and communication of LAZ Dompet Dhuafa; and (4) the evaluation process of the LAZ Dompet Dhuafa program. This study uses a qualitative method with an explorative case study approach and single case holistic. The primary data in this study were obtained through in-depth interviews, while the secondary data were obtained from literature and documentation. The results of the study show that LAZ Dompet Dhuafa does not conduct specific research related to program planning; the research only carried out through new facts in the field through the pre-existing programs. The planning of thematic and non-thematic program is carried out through annual work meetings, while the main message to be conveyed to public (external) is delivered through the official website and social media.
