This paper is focused on comparison of interface quality of mobile access to the services of selected banks. Main factors, which wereused in the comprising process are: safety, availability on the mobile platforms, time and simplicity of task performing, intelligibility, design, comfort, number of functions. Research was made using 4 methods: surveys, corridor tests, expert tests and eyetracking. As a result T-Mobile Banking Services won in three categories: intelligibility, design and simplicity while mBank is better in responsiveness, availability and has more functions to offer

At present, issues related to information security are highly relevant. DoS and DDoS attacks are carried out by cybercriminals quite often, because cyberattacks can bring almost any system to failure, leaving no legally significant evidence. At the same time, the failure of the attacked subsystem can be an intermediate stage towards the target system. The most vulnerable to DDoS attacks are online stores, online payment systems, news resources and companies, whose activities depend on the frequency of user access to the resource. The main methods of protection against cyberattacks and DDoS attacks, in particular, are currently antivirus programs and firewalls. The article presents a description of some types of DDoS attacks as well as the results of a comparative analysis of several existing methods of networks security from DDoS attacks, which will simplify the choice of the optimal solution to ensure reliable protection of a telecommunication facility. Considering all the advantages and disadvantages, the method of organizing a network protection system against DDoS attacks based on the technology of artificial neural networks is the most suitable solution for ensuring the information security of networks of various purpose.

With the growth of technology in the mobile area, the app market has been bringing solutions to many problems and making life easier for many people, whether in the business, technology, administrative and many others. It is necessary to understand that to build an app, there are many technologies for different purposes, and developers need to know which one is best applied in every situation. Therefore, the objective of this research is to bring an analysis about the native and hybrid development, showing its main features and information regarding the usability and functionality of two existing applications, which were built within the standards of each tool, based on two features of ISO / IEC 25010: 2011 regarding Software Product Quality. An exploratory research was conducted to bring comparative data regarding applications, and based on the results obtained, it was observed that it is possible to develop similar applications in interface, quality and functionality, even if they are built with different technologies. As a result, native technology is often used to build more robust functionality-based applications that follow the interface standard of each platform, and hybrids are a lower-cost alternative, as well as fact that its source code is fully reusable for use on other platforms.
