Main results of the study. For Ukraine, the problem of ensuring food security is of particular importance, which is conditioned by the current state of development of the domestic agricultural and industrial complex, the increase of production in which is carried out mainly by an extensive way. The most important conditions for achieving food security are: the potential physical availability of food for every person; economic opportunity of purchasing food by all social groups of the population, including disadvantaged ones, which is achieved by raising the standard of living or implementing the necessary measures of social security; consumption of high quality products in quantities sufficient forrational nutrition. In order to increase the food security financial support, it is necessary to improve the financial component of the comprehensive food security mechanism, which aims at ensuring the application of economic instruments and creating conditions for attracting monetary resources for the functioning ofthe food security system through the creation of amulti-channel financing system. Conclusions. Therefore, the main directions of improving the financial system for the purpose of ensuring food security ofthe country are: availability of financial and credit support to agricultural producers; introduction of innovations in agricultural production; regulation of conditions for foreign and domestic food trade through a system of tariff and non-tariff instruments; systemic measures to strengthen and extend the life expectancyofthe population, wages and salaryincrease.

The current state of agricultural integrated associations in Ukraine is considered. Their significant distribution is analyzed, the variety of forms of integration in the developed countries of the European Union and the USA is investigated, their crucial importance in ensuring food security of the country and significant contribution to international trade is proved. The experience of forming vertically integrated structures in agro-industrial complex is considered. It is proved that the creation of vertically integrated structures in the agro-industrial complex solves the problem of food security of the coun-try, increases food exports, reduces disparities between industries, optimizes price chains from agricultural producers to the final consumer. Attention is drawn to the relevance of the study of the cooperation current state in rural areas in terms of promoting its revival, including: legal requirements for the formation of a diversified agricultural economy as a basis for rural man-agement, farms development, agricultural cooperatives and other relatively new organizational forms of agricultural entre-preneurship. Since currently the state does not have enough funds to establish a wholesale market, it is advisable to create alternative, small organizational forms of wholesale sales in rural areas. This may be cooperation in the field of procurement and marketing of agricultural products. Such cooperatives are designed to perform certain marketing functions. Peculiarities of domestic and foreign integrated formations development, motivation of direct participants to joint production-economic and marketing actions, coordination and carrying out of joint economic, scientific-technical policy, formation of regional economic complexes are generalized. The advantages and disadvantages of cooperation among other organizational and legal forms, as well as the advantages and disadvantages provided by agricultural holdings to agricultural producers are considered. The generalization of the conducted researches gave the chance to investigate motivation of the basic partici-pants, ways of realization of integration processes in market conditions. Key words: integration, integrated formations, integration processes, investments, innovations, investment climate, cooperation, agriculture, market infrastructure, diversification, associations, argoholding.

In severe COVID-19, which is characterized by blood clots and neutrophil-platelet aggregates in the circulating blood and different tissues, an increased incidence of cardiovascular complications and venous thrombotic events has been reported. The inflammatory storm that characterizes severe infections may act as a driver capable of profoundly disrupting the complex interplay between platelets, endothelium, and leukocytes, thus contributing to the definition of COVID-19-associated coagulopathy. In this frame, P-selectin represents a key molecule expressed on endothelial cells and on activated platelets, and contributes to endothelial activation, leucocyte recruitment, rolling, and tissue migration. Briefly, we describe the current state of knowledge about P-selectin involvement in COVID-19 pathogenesis, its possible use as a severity marker and as a target for host-directed therapeutic intervention.

The article is dedicated to the topic, which is important at present time: formation of human capital as an important factor of the social and economic development of society. Modernization of education plays an essential part in terms of the development of human capital during all historical stages and its importance grows significantly alongside with the economic growth of the country. The role of education and necessity to improve its quality became of significant value for Russia during the economic modernization on the cusp of the 19th–20th centuries. In this article, the author makes an attempt to analyze the experience of formation of different levels of electro-technical education during the economic modernization, as well as to reveal the role of civil society in this process. The Russian economic modernization implied the formation of a competitive industrial complex, which included mining, manufacturing industries and transport. The electro-technical industry, which was lacking trained personnel, was the most quickly developing one. The discussion in the relevant journals as well as during the work of All-Russia electro-technical congresses set up, to the most extent, the main ways to form all the levels of electro-technical education, which helped to train personnel for the respective industry. The author analyzed both the available experience in realization of lower and secondary specialized electro-technical education and the new approaches to its organization, developed mostly in the Electro-technical department of the Emperor’s Russian Technical Society (ERTS). Apart from that, there was a curious attempt to open a higher electro-technical school in Moscow based on the European (mostly French) experience, which was oriented mostly towards additional training of the already working engineering and technical specialists.

Neurological early and long-term rehabilitation plays a crucial role in the therapy of patients with disorders of consciousness (DOC) such as unresponsive wakefulness syndrome or minimally conscious state. Neuroscience tries to explain the effect of music therapy on all levels of the nervous system = activity in patients with DOC, but full understanding is still incomplete. This paper attempts to answer how current clinical outcomes may reflect the influence of various factors including music's capacity. Based on their interdisciplinary perspective and previous experiences, the authors try to investigate the extent to which current occupations have been explored. The authors analyzed the literature data concerning the results of the studies published until the first half of 2016, to sum up the current state of research. Research in the main databases: PubMed, PEDro, Health Source: Nursing/Academic Edition was made using specified keywords and inclusion and exclusion criteria. Next, the authors sorted them all out into a coherent view of the current state. Music listening may constitute a part of an enriched environment setting. However, due to weak evidence, the therapeutic value of music-based interventions in patients with DOC is uneven or limited. The role of music therapy is thus complementary. Standardized clinical settings, protocols, and behavioral measures should be developed to increase its clinical validity, reliability, sensitivity, and objectivity. There is a reasonable hypothesis that music may produce a high level of diagnostic and therapeutic outcomes as stimuli usually reflecting strong personal meaning in patients with DOC.

The article examines the main components of the work of Boris Martos “Theory of Cooperation” and compares the results of research with the current state of development of the cooperative movement. The main attention was focused on the main material of the study on: the general foundations of the formation of cooperatives, the need, purpose and role of capital in their activities; basic features and principles of functioning of cooperatives; mechanism for meeting the needs of members of the cooperative; some secondary or derivative features of the cooperative. According to B. Martos, “Cooperation is one of the ways to improve the welfare of the lower strata of society by freeing them from exploitation by the capitalists. Almost every theorist of cooperation gives his more or less accurate definition of this concept. However, in order to give an accurate scientific definition of this phenomenon in society, we must first establish the basic features that characterize the cooperative, distinguishing it from other social phenomena. This spatial quote from the work of B. Martos permeates all components of his economic work, the essence and content of which was at the center of our research. Each statement and statement of B. Martos was compared with the current realities of the cooperative movement and on the basis of which it was proposed to use the work of a scientist to improve the efficiency of cooperative relations in modern economic conditions.

Project Financing for functional recovery of the “Forte dei Pianelloni” in LericiThe central theme is the Project Financing, a complex financial instrument that can potentially be used to give a new life to a state property with a strong historical and architectural value and in a state of neglect, through the use of public-private partnerships. This evaluation technique makes it possible to understand the economic and financial feasibility of an intervention both for the owner of the asset (the public) and for the private entity that puts the resources for the requalification / restructuring and will own the profits from the management of the asset. Therefore, assuming the role of a Private Financial Promoter, I developed the Preliminary Project and the Feasibility Study with reference to two possible uses. The work was divided in two parts: in the first part the Preliminary Project was a reworking of an architectural relief kindly lent by the municipality of Lerici to expose the current state of the structure adding also hints of history. Then I made two proposals: one hypothesis is a fancy project with Resorts & Suites and the other is a more affordable one with Hostel & Camping; I considered also the differences between the two proposals. To develop the work, the use of a drone for inspections and a 3D printing to create the plastics were also experimented. In the second part that consists in the Feasibility Study was developed through an analysis of the possible positioning on the market with respect to the project hypotheses, the definition of the restructuring, management and maintenance costs. There were also analyzed other fortifications in the Gulf of Spezia, that were already reconverted in other uses. This study highlights the economic and financial feasibility of both design assumptions.

As a result of the study, the current state of the agro-industrial complex of the region is considered, the dynamics of production volumes of agricultural products of the main types in the region are examined. The authors also propose some ways to increase the export potential of the region in the direction of European integration. It is substantiated that for the development of this industry it is necessary to introduce a number of measures that will help solve urgent and important problems of agricultural production development in both the domestic and the European markets. To strengthen the position of the agro-industrial complex of the region, it is necessary to develop cooperation of agricultural producers more widely. First of all, special attention needs to be paid to expanded livestock industry, especially dairy. Perspective directions of work for farmers of Ternopil region in cooperation with markets of European countries are determined as follows: production of organic products, as well as cultivation and processing of fruit and berry products. Prospects for further research in this direction are substantiation and development of measures to increase the competitive advantages of specific agro-industrial enterprises of the Ternopil region of various specializations in the implementation of foreign economic activity in the EU markets. The implementation of these measures will enable the agro-industrial sector to become more profitable and provide an important contribution to the development of not only the region, but also the whole country as a whole.

In the context of the state policy of import substitution and the development of the export potential of the domestic agro-industrial complex, the importance of agricultural land is increasing. In Russia, it is possible to increase their area due to the involvement in the active economic turnover of unused agricultural land. The scientific study had analysed the quantity of agricultural land, the causes of crises in land management and the views of scientists on how to overcome the crisis, and an assessment of State action to return land to agricultural use. It was concluded that it is necessary to identify and implement the most effective forms and methods of state support, as well as strengthen regional financial support for agricultural producers involved in the involvement of unused land in agricultural turnover. An analysis of federal targeted programs to preserve agricultural land and increase its productivity has shown a high level of effectiveness. In order to make informed decisions on the involvement of land in turnover and to predict the improvement of its condition and use, the creation of a single digital platform combining disparate data of different departments on the state of land, their quality characteristics, legal status is important.

Purpose: The purpose of current work is to study the decriminalization of the agro-industrial complex as the most important factor in food security, as well as a way to solve problems affecting the state of food security of the Russian Federation, problems of legal support of national priorities related to food independence. Design/methodology/approach: The methodological basis of the research was formed by general scientific and private scientific methods. Findings: Today the agro-industrial sector is faced with a fundamentally new socio-economic and political-legal situation. It is not coordinated with the state policy in the field of agriculture, food production and food security, although initially this policy is intended to be a tool for the development, maintenance and functioning of the agro-industrial complex. Originality/value: The conducted research allowed us to draw the following conclusions: given the significant contribution of the agro-industrial complex to the national economy, it is self-sufficient and can develop independently; federal spending on said government support should provide agricultural producers with a margin that provides incentives to improve worker efficiency and an affordable credit system for the technical and technological upgrades of equipment needed to produce competitive goods; issues of increasing the competitiveness of agricultural products require solutions, first of all, at the federal legislative level.
