Pál Maliga founded the Hungarian research in floral biology of fruit species during his more than forty-year-long carrier. Almost all pome and stone fruit species have been covered by his activities, but he also dealt with the fertility of walnut and chestnut. Regularities have been revealed and the methodical studies opened the way to approach and elaborate alternatives for the association of varieties in planning high yielding commercial plantations. In his breeding activity the choice of crossing parental varieties was based on the knowledge in fertility relations. The obtained sour cherry varieties represent the world-wide maximum quality, reliability and security of yields. Hungarian renewed sour cherry cultivation owes its fame and prosperity to those varieties, nevertheless also to the radical knowledge of the biological bases of fertility.

I often have heard boxing fans remark that the prize ring reveals life the way it really is. The elemental combat between two individuals, the primal physical struggle, the quest for glory and fear of humiliation, all contribute to the belief that men in the ring are in touch with life's underlying realities. Significantly, depicting “life the way it really is” is precisely the role anthropologist Clifford Geertz ascribes to religious worldviews. Religions, Geertz tells us, do not just buttress social systems or justify conditions as men and women find them. They also explain the way the world works, cut behind surface appearances, and offer visions of underlying order which give meaning to daily life. Through drama and ritual, religion depicts the “really real” with idealized clarity. Religious symbols unmask the way the universe is in sheer actuality and demonstrate the moving forces behind mundane affairs. The truism that America's popular religion is sports takes on new significance in light of Geertz' observation. And in the pantheon of the 1920s, no gods shone more brightly than the heroes of the ring.

The thought of the Lord appears when one looks at the events seen in daily life and thinks deeply about them. Therefore, “Irai Sinthanai Thoughts in the View of Abdul Rahuman' is chosen as the title of this review article to convey the ideas, thoughts, beliefs, etc. about God. The study is carried out in such terms as algorithms. In the sense that these creations are deified, all living and inanimate objects in the world were created by the one and only God, and that religions call these things by the names of heredity, paramanma, god, lord, and that religions and religious principles should be in place to dispel the prejudice of men who claim that their religious god is the best. Since God holds within Himself all the powers of the giants, such as land, water, air, fire, and sky, which are necessary for life to exist, it makes sense that discriminating against God in His creation is tantamount to distinguishing Himself. In the sense of divine experience, we must reach the Lord who bestows that pleasure so that the lives in the world may attain lasting happiness and pleasure. That is the bliss of eternal bliss, and when that life reaches that state of bliss the two become one with the Lord. There are many saints and saints who have attained such supremacy. They have realized and realized the divine vision and divine experience that they have seen through her experience. Thus, Abdul Rahuman is situated in the pleasure of music, in the rhythm of beauty, in the experience of bliss, in the expression of joy, in a way that is indescribable in words, and in the way he realizes his divine experience as one who has seen and experienced God. In the sense of the means of attaining the Lord, just as the pious theologians show how to receive the grace of the Lord, Abdul Rahman also exemplifies the pursuit of worldly pleasures and attachments, helping one another, living in harmony with virtues without succumbing to vices, such as arrogance. Abdul Rahman points out that the only way to attain God is through the attainment of maturity by realizing through his experience that God is responsible for all the deeds in this world.

ORSON WELLES ONCE REFLECTED on his own work in the following way: "Almost all serious stories in the world are stories of failure with a death in it. But there is more lost paradise in them than defeat." In many ways that could stand as the story of Orson Welles himself -- failure, death and lost paradises are serious stuff to be sure; but in speaking of a man who changed forever the way we look at movies, should we not speak of found paradises as well as lost, of victories and defeats? With his passing in October of 1985, the most obvious temptation is to do to his death what Welles himself did to his most famous creation, Charles Foster Kane: ignore the warnings of NO TRESPASSING and plunge into the biographical details of what no doubt was a fascinating but ultimately tragic life, not unlike that of...
