Interviews were conducted with the field and nursing committee using a semi-structured interview guide. Interview material includes management functions related to the application of the nurse's professional values. Data analysis using fishbone analysis. The results showed that the professional score scale of nurses was quite strong, namely 101.19, but the application of professional nurses' values was still not optimal because some nursing leaders were still less professional. The recommendation from this case study is that nursing management needs to motivate nurses to apply nurses' professional values through attitudes and behaviors that have implications for the quality of nursing services and have an impact on patient satisfaction and safety.

This paper discusses the monumental events in my life that have shaped my two professional identities, teacher and researcher. I used autoethnography as a research methodology to traverse my personal life narratives across two different countries: Vietnam and Australia to seek and to examine my dual cultural identities, and how they shaped me. I am a passionate teacher who believes that teaching can change the world through the causes that I care about such as anti-racism and equity in education for students from all backgrounds. In this case study, data were collected by semi-structured interview and reflection on journals. Data were analysed using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis. The findings are reported under four themes that reflected the stages of my life: designed in Vietnam, made in Australia was the first phase, growing up in Australia, my schooling years and professional years. By making sense of the narratives and involved, it helped me to understand myself better, who I am as a teacher and the causes that I believe in. As an Australian with hybrid cultural identities, I am the norm in contemporary culture.

The growing technology today provides unlimited knowledge through smart gadgets. Mobile learning is getting popular among children nowadays. However, poorly designed mobile applications tends to diminish children’s cognitive skills, which claims to be one of the most important skills in their developing process. User Experience (UX) have been defined as the usability experience of a specific user while operating the mobile application yet, this concept has not been adopted while designing learning mobile application for children. UX claims to be an important aspect while designing a children mobile application for learning because children’s experience differs from adults. Researchers have been highlighting on cognitive aspects when designing educational mobile application for children yet, there are no models or guidelines which can be referred by designers. Hence, this paper aims to enhance Experience- Centered Web Design Model by connecting a cognitive dimension. This study conducts a literature review to develop Enhanced Experience- Centered Web Design Model. A qualitative pilot case study has been conducted in order to amend all the necessary skills before conducting the actual case study method. It includes of semi-structured interview and observation method. The pilot study analysis will be referred for any amendments in interview questions and observation method to be further conducted for actual case study data collection of the study. The study will then develop an UX guideline which would be referred by the mobile application designers when designing a children educational mobile application for learning environmental sustainability

The functions of management that were applied in madrasah library management are relatively the same as the implementation of school library management functions in general. There was nothing typical of madrasa library management. It means that theoretically and practically there are no distinguishing factors in the application of the functions of management in managing madrasa libraries with library management in public schools. So, there are needs to be a reconstruction of the management theory of Islamic education that is completely different from the management theory of education in general.

Out-of-class learning environments are important learning environments because they improve students’ mental and physical health as well as providing them with cognitive, affective, and psychomotor skills. However, it is necessary to make a plan, implement and evaluate the teaching processes appropriately to efficient benefit from out-of-class teaching environments. The present study aimed to determine preservice teachers’ views regarding out-of-class teaching processes. The study utilized the case study design, a qualitative research approach, to make an in-depth analysis of preservice teachers’ views. 58 preservice teachers from the educational faculty of a state university in Turkey were the participants of the study. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview form developed by the researcher of the present study. For the analysis of data obtained, content analysis was carried out using NVivo9 software, and themes and codes were determined. Findings were presented with frequencies, percentages, excerpts of preservice teachers’ views, and models that indicate the relationship between themes and codes. Findings revealed six different themes for the preservice teachers’ views: out-of-class learning places; advantages of out-of-class teaching; limitations of out-of-class teaching; planning of out-of-class teaching; implementation of out-of-class teaching; and assessment of out-of-class teaching. The study findings were discussed in line with the related literature and suggestions were made regarding the findings.

BackgroundApplying the principles and skills of management, including planning, organising and leadership skills, will greatly help to improve the quality of nursing manager duties. This is even more important during crisis management, such as the COVID-19 crisis. The objective of the present study was to express the experiences of nursing managers in the COVID-19 crisis.MethodsA qualitative conventional content analysis approach was used to discover the nursing leadership style in the COVID-19 crisis. The present study was conducted in one hospital in Tehran, Iran. 20 Iranian nursing managers in all nursing management positions such as head nurse, matron and supervisor were interviewed. Semi-structured interview was conducted at one hospital in Iran, using reflective and open-ended questions. Interviews were audio recorded and transcribed. The study was carried out in 2020 while data saturation occurred, no new categories or codes have emerged and the study questions were answered. Credibility and conformability were established through member checking. The report of the analysis was returned to the participants in order to get the assurance that the researchers had portrayed their real world in codes and extracted categories.ResultsFour main themes emerged from data analysis including ‘managers as role model’, ‘full responsiveness’, ‘being in constant challenge’ and ‘post disaster growth’.ConclusionNursing management is one of the activities that the manager must be constantly aware of the activities of his subset. This requires a constant presence in the workplace and communication with nursing staff. Also, in times of crisis, the manager, in addition to having scientific ability, must also have sufficient experience. These two factors will lead to crisis management. Also, training staff and managers in crisis management is one of the most important issues in nursing management.
