This study aims to review the instruments of perceived usefulness (PU) among secondary school technology design (RBT) teachers utilizing the use of smartphones in teaching and facilitation (PdPc). A total of 125 RBTs teachers were involved as respondents in this study. The data were analyzed descriptively by access to Alpha Cronbach's reliability and EFA analysis using SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the Alpha Cronbach value was 0.782 for perceived usefulness, which was greater than 0.60. Results from the EFA show perceived usefulness with Eigenvalues above 1.0. Perceived usefulness construct with a KMO value (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) 0734 > 0.5 showed that the items were adequate for inter-correlation and that Bartlett's test was significant (Chi-Square 441.43, p <0.05), anti-image value (Measure of Sampling Adequacy - MSA) for a correlation of more than 0.5 items with four items D7, D8, D9, D10 and D11 to be excluded because the value obtained is less than 0.50 and the total variance value explained is 63.54 percent. The overall findings indicate that items for perceived usefulness can measure and answer the objectives of the study.

This study aims to review the instruments of mathematics teaching practice among secondary school mathematics teachers. A total of 100 mathematics teachers were involved as respondents in this study. The data were analyzed descriptively by access to Alpha Cronbach's reliability and EFA analysis using SPSS software. The results of the analysis show that the Alpha Cronbach value is 0.934 which is more than 0.60. Results from the exploration factor analysis show four factors with Eigenvalues greater than 1.0. The KMO value (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin) 0.867 > 0.6 indicates the items in the variable of attitude towards math are sufficient for inter-correlation. While the Bartlett Test was significant (Chi-Square 1521.621, p <0.05), an anti-image value (Measure of Sampling Adequacy, MSA) for items correlation exceeded 0.6. However, there are three items that need to be removed because the values obtained are less than 0.60, which were the items G11, G14, and G18. The value of the total variance explained by these three factors was 62.76 percent. Therefore, the overall findings indicate that the items for mathematics teaching practice instruments can measure and answer the study objectives.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a scale to measure eight-grade secondary school students' attitudes towards individual peace. The items of the scale have been prepared by the researcher based on a literature review. The study sample included 223 eight grade students from different schools in the Mamak district of Ankara for the 2015-2016 school year. At the end of the analysis, the correlation coefficients obtained from item-factor total and adjusted correlation were found to be above .21 and all items were statistically significant. In the exploratory factor analysis (EFA), the scale items were split into four dimensions: "State before Peace", "Factors for Peace", "Factors for Sulking" and "Assitance in Peacemaking". The Chi-square (X2) value appropriate for the model developed based on the results of the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and statistical significance levels showed that the proposed model was appropriate for the collected data. Reliability coefficients tested for the whole scale and its sub-dimensions revealed that the scale was suitable to measure eight-grade secondary school students' attitudes towards peace.

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaokul sekizinci sınıf öğrencilerinin bireysel barışa yönelik tutumlarının belirlenmesinde kullanılacak bir ölçme aracı geliştirmektir. Abstract Given the rapid advancements faced in modern times, effective leadership is pivotal to the achievement of desired goals, competitiveness and overall success in organizations. This study aims to investigate the construct validity of management quality for vocational education institutions. The sample was 350 directors and deputy directors from vocational education institutions in Thailand, determined through Multistage Random Sampling and the research tool was a questionnaire with content validity and covering 7 sets of factors with a reliability of 0.98. The correlation of variables as determined by Kaiser- Meyer-Olkin is 0.983 and Bartlett’s test of sphericity is statistically significant. Therefore, the correlation of variables are sufficient for factor analysis. The results from the construct validity investigation of the quality management measurement model of vocational education institutions by the second order confirmatory factor analysis show that the model conforms to the empirical data derived from Chi-Square= 915.32, df= 857 and p= 0.08167 while χ2 is not significantly different from 0 at the level of 0.05 and χ2/df is lower than 2 at 1.0680. In addition, RMSEA= 0.014 and RMR= 0.012, both lower than 0.05, and GFI= 0.900 and CFI= 1.00, higher than 0.90. It was concluded that the quality management measurement model of vocational education institutions has construct validity and conforms to the empirical data.

This paper provides a tax audit guide, gathering all indirect audit methods applied both in Greece and abroad. It also identifies the size of hidden tax base and of the amounts that could be revealed and taxed. The aim of the current study is to present the indirect audit methods, as this is the imperative future of tax audits. Indirect methods are applied mainly to individuals, as according to experience, money that has escaped taxation, always ends up in one or more individuals. There are references in the ways in which this fact can be discovered during a tax audit, how to be determined and how understated income will be converted to taxable matter. Problems, opportunities, legislative framework and the overall impact of indirect audit methods are being analyzed in order to reduce tax evasion, in combination with an empirical research conducted as part of this study. A questionnaire that is consisting of 31 questions was completed by 102 tax-employees of the region of Macedonia and Thrace between May 2017 and September 2017. A factor analysis with the method of principal components and with varimax rotation was applied. The relationship among a number of items by grouping them in factors was investigated. Thus, four factors based on 21 questions of our questionnaire, are used for factor analysis. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure of sampling adequacy (KMO) value and chi-square value for Bartlett’s test of sphericity were checked whether data are suitable to continue the process of factor analysis. All statistical analysis is conducted with the application of the SPSS version 22 software package. Keywords: Indirect audit, methods, tax audit, income tax, tax evasion.
