Talent and creativity development require extraordinary counseling from the members of the family, and as such, it is necessary to highlight the crucial role of family counseling towards developing talent and creativity. The article aims to examine the contributory role of the family in talent and creativity growth. The study shall serve as a reference for families to eliminate challenges growing with talent and creativity maturation. If the family has no awareness of how to deal with their gifted son, it may cause psychological stress and academic problems, thus undoubtedly affect the child’s talent. Hence the importance of this study is to demonstrate the role of family counseling in developing the talent and creativity of the gifted child by providing support and awareness to the family on how to deal with this talent to preserve and develop this talent because the gifted individuals are the basic building blocks in the progress and development of societies. Therefore, the article attempts to analyze the talent and creativity of gifted children and counseling of gifted family. The article includes a quick overview of talent origins, components and techniques, the role of the family in talent and creativity development, family factors influencing talent, creativity, gifted children, and family counseling. The study is qualitative descriptive research since the approach is considered suitable for determining the particular role expected from the family towards developing talent and creativity. The approach used in this study is appropriate for pinpointing the responsibilities of families in the process of growing children’s talent and creativity.

Every married couple hopes that their home life will be created as a family that is confident and full of love. This article will discuss the role of the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in creating happy families. This research is library research which is analyzed by qualitative descriptive. The approach used is a sociological legal approach. The results showed that the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) made efforts to foster happy families through religious education in the family, religious education in the community, religious education through educational institutions, bridal brokering courses, family counseling, fostering adolescents of marriage age, empowering family economies and improving nutrition. family.

The pronunciation of inappropriate words to exemplify, thus rendering the child devoid of good manners and word-tours, and often against parenthood, is because her parents are unspoiled when she speaks disrespectful and also against parental sayings becomes a phenomenon often encountered in society particularly in coastal communities. Family is very important in child education. The problem formula in this study is (1) How is the behaviour of children in the family? (2) What kind of factors affects the child's crisis of morality in the family? The purpose of the study is (1) to find out how child behaviour in the family is. (2) to find out what factors affect the child's crisis of morality in the family. To answer the question the researcher used a type of qualitative descriptive research in his research. In data collection techniques, researchers use interview and observation methods. Then, data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion withdrawal

This research focuses on how leadership has a major role in addressing environmental issues, especially through the garbage bank program as a form of case study. Furthermore, the problems that occur in the midst of society are often rely solely on political will or political desire to solve them. The research is to know and learn Lurah's (head of village) leadership in the management of waste banks specifically. This research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques through structured interviews, documentation and observations. Researchers conducted an analysis using leadership theory from Yukl, where the theory discusses leadership comprehensively. Researchers only focus on five parts of the concept that are considered relevant, namely: visionary, guidance, affiliative, democratic and communicative concepts. The results of this study based on these dimensions are good enough Lurah (head of village) leadership. But there are several things that are considered able to optimize the running of the program through the role of Lurah (Head of village) leadership, namely: first, involving active knots and community leaders such as MUI, academics to support scientific aspects, and professionals in the field of practical management. This study aims to identify and describe the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees and to find out what obstacles are the obstacles to the role of principal leadership in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees at SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency. Is a type of qualitative descriptive research and uses purposive sampling technique. There are five roles of the Principal and two obstacles faced by the Principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees. The results showed that the principal of SMP PGRI 03 Kencong, Jember Regency carried out the role of a leader by planning and deliberating; as a manager by creating collaboration between teachers and employees; as an educator by preparing a learning program plan; as an administrator by managing facilities and infrastructure as well as financial administration; motivator by providing motivation with a conducive school environment. The obstacles faced by the principal in improving the work discipline of teachers and employees are teachers and employees who are less disciplined in carrying out their duties so that it is also difficult to improve their work discipline, as well as obstacles in inadequate school facilities and infrastructure. Keywords: employees, leadership, principals, teachers, work discipline Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai dan untuk  mengetahui kendala apa saja yang menjadi penghambat peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai di SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Terdapat lima peran Kepala Sekolah dan dua kendala yang dihadapi oleh Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah SMP PGRI 03 Kencong Kabupaten Jember melaksanakan peran sebagai pemimpin dengan membuat perencanaan dan bermusyawarah; sebagai manajer dengan menciptakan kerjasama antara guru dan pegawai; sebagai pendidik dengan menyusun rencana program pembelajaran;sebagai administrator dengan mengelola sarana dan prasarana serta administrasi keuangan; motivator dengan memberikan motivasi  dengan lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru dan pegawai yaitu guru dan pegawai yang kurang disiplin dalam melaksanakan tugas sehingga kesulitan pula dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerjanya, serta kendala dalam sarana dan prasarana sekolah yang belum memadai. This paper raises the issue of how the role of PA lecturers in solving problems of students of Islamic banking study programs majoring in Sharia and Islamic Economics. The method used in this study is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The source of important data in this study is the PA lecturer in the Sharia Banking study program which is also called the research informant. The results showed that students had many academic problems, including the problem of taking courses every semester there were pre and no conditions, shortages and excess credits, less cooperative or less familiar with their respective PA lecturers, problems, economics, family there are even personal problems that consult with PA lecturers. The role of PA lecturers in solving the problem of the students in the Islamic Banking study program is quite well, this can be seen from the role of PA lecturers as their student mentors in academic matters that lead to taking courses, as advisors who always remind students in several ways, such as ethical issues , not yet fluent in reading Al-Quran, and as a motivator who always gives motivation to a better future career, their parents' economic problems and their relationship to the late payment of semester fees and others. In general, PA lecturers in the Sharia banking study program have played a role as PA lecturers both as mentors, directors, advisors and motivators in the academic, social, economic and career fields.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the dynamics of the independence of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students and what factors are behind the independence of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin students. The reason is because overseas there are changes in conditions and situations, so that students who leave will experience dynamics of independence. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research approach. Selection of subjects using purposive sampling technique, which is based on the characteristics of the subject in accordance with the research objectives to be carried out. The object of this research is the dynamics of independence, the subject is 5 overseas students. Data collection techniques using interviews and observations. Based on the results of research that overseas students of UIN Antasari Banjarmasin need a process to be independent in living their lives overseas. That is because overseas there has been a change. Factors that influence the dynamics of independence of overseas students at UIN Antasari Banjarmasin are factors of parenting style, the order of children in the family, age and the education system in schools.

Grandparenting parenting pattern is childcare done by grandparents. Childcare should be the responsibility of both parents, but because there are several factors, namely: both parents are busy working, the economic state of the family and there is no parental trust in others in the care of the child except from a close family, so the responsibility is transferred to grandparents. In RT/04 RW/02, there are 7 families who transfer temporary parenting roles to grandparents. The types of parenting patterns applied are: democratic, authoritarian and permissive parenting patterns. From this type of parenting pattern, it will affect the personality of the child. There are 5 personality types: sanguin, phlegmatic, melancholic, cholelic and arsetif types. In childcare each grandparent has its own parenting pattern but the more instrumental in parenting is grandmotherhood. Parenting patterns are influenced by educational background, knowledge, activities, socioeconomic circumstances and so on. But the supporting factor in the implementation of parenting patterns well depends not only on the type of parenting pattern applied by grandparents, but also on the characteristics in the family and community environment. The forms of foster care patterns that are applied are very closely related to the personality of the child after becoming an adult. This research method uses qualitative research, with a type of qualitative descriptive research to describe the findings in the field. Data collection in this study uses three techniques, namely: observation, interview and documentation. From the findings of the researchers parenting patterns in 7 families RT/04 RW/02 dusun besar kota bengkulu 4 families who apply democratic parenting patterns and 3 families applying permissive patterns. for child personality, 3 children who have sanguin personality, 1 child flegmatic personality, 2 children choleric personality and 1 child aresif personality.Keywords: Parenting Patterns Grandparenting, Personality Of Children Aged 4-6 Years

This endeed of  research is to describe the place of the kolintang music ensemble to accompany the singin of the flag ceremony at SMP Sw. St. Paulus Sidikalang. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is flag ceremony. The research focussed on the role of Kolintang music ensemble as song chanting. The data of the final research was obtained from the observations of the flag-raising activities, interview with teachers, student adan kolintang’s players in junior high school and take a documentation. Data were analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. Data validity is obtained through data triangulation, observer triangulation, theory triangulation and method triangulation. The purpose of this research is to know and descriebing  kolintang music. Example, in this research is by using numbered data such as document, archieves, interview results, observation result or also by interviewing more thn one subject that is consideret to have a different point of view.The result showed that : (1) In accompaniying singing at the flag-ceremony, students used the basic notes G, C and F. (2) the tecnic to performed kolintang    were not wheeled with a kolintang played general. (3). After carrying out their duties as chanting accompaniment in the ceremony, students who performed kolintang first practice on kolintang extracurricular activities. (4) in the process of playing kolintang, each player must have a strong feeling so that the technic kolintang is harmonious. Keywords : Descriptive Study, Ensemble, Kolintang music

This research is an evaluation of the implementation of the PRO WOMEN Program carried out on Lombok Island, NTB, one of series of community empowerment programs carried out by Yayasan Rumah Energi (YRE). The study considers the effect of increasing business capacity on the role of decision making in participating families and communities. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research. Data collection was carried out using questionnaires, structured and unstructured interviews. The results of the study indicate that there was an increase in business capacity in pro-women program participants that affected their decision-making roles in the family and community. The results of this study will be put forward with a recommendation for the development of Human Resources in NTB Province and Lombok Island in particular.  Various phenomena related to women both in the political, economic, social, cultural and existential creates differences between men and women. Who gave birth to the idea that the position of women and men differ, women tend to be subordinate in the household. Therefore, in this paper want to see the role of the Family Planning and Women's Empowerment in improving the quality of women. Peneliian uses descriptive research is data collected kualitatiff dideskriptifkan based on direct interviews and direct observation in the field. Role of the Family Planning and Women's Empowerment in Women's Empowerment is to socialize the business group to participants empowerment, mentoring ranging from the preparation, implementation and evaluation, and the latter is training, which includes the training of making traditional snacks, training party bag and training dressmaking , in the event that serves as the implementing agency ie Family Planning and women's empowerment assisted by NGOs (Non Governmental Organization) as well as the PKK, while functioning as a participant that will empower women. With the passage of the role women can already malakukan Access, Control, Benefits and Participation  Berbagai fenomena terkait dengan perempuan baik dalam bidang politik, ekonomi, sosial, dan budaya menciptakan perbedaan eksistensial antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Hingga melahirkan pemikiran bahwa kedudukan perempuan dan laki-laki berbeda, perempuan cenderung sebagai subordinat dalam rumah tangga. Untuk itu, dalam tulisan ini hendak melihat peran Badan Keluarga Berencana dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dalam meningkatkan kualitas perempuan. Peneliian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatiff yaitu data yang dikumpulkan dideskriptifkan berdasarkan hasil wawancara langsung dan pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Peran Badan Keluarga Berencana Dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan dalam Pemberdayaan Perempuan yaitu dengan melakukan sosialisasi tentang kelompok usaha kepada peserta pemberdayaan, pendampingan mulai dari tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi, dan yang terakhir yaitu pelatihan yang didalamnya berisi pelatihan pembuatan jajanan pasar, pelatihan tas pesta dan pelatihan penjahitan, dalam kegiatan tersebut yang berfungsi sebagai pelaksana yaitu Badan Keluarga Berencana Dan Pemberdayaan Perempuan yang dibantu oleh LSM ( Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat) serta tim penggerak PKK, sedangkan yang berfungsi sebagai peserta yaitu perempuan yang akan melakukan pemberdayaan. Dengan berjalannya peran tersebut perempuan sudah bisa malakukan Akses, Kontrol, Manfaat dan Partisipasi.
