На территории Республики Крым проводились двухлетние исследования, которые позволили оценить влияние внекорневых обработок регулятором роста Альбит, ТПС и комплексом удобрений ООО «Биокефарм Рус» («Сиамино Про», Дабл Вин, «Боро Про», Софт Гард, Алга, Мастер Грин Са) на формирование показателей товарного качества столовых сортов винограда в период вегетации виноградного растения. Применение регулятора роста Альбит, ТПС увеличило урожай с куста и среднюю массу грозди винограда сорта Молдова на 26,4 % и 14,8 % относительно контроля (система питания хозяйства). Урожай с куста и средняя масса грозди сорта Италия с использованием препарата Альбит, ТПС повысилась на 34,4 % и 14,9 %, комплекса удобрений ООО «Биокефарм Рус» на 29,5 % и 23,8 % по сравнению с контролем. Комплекс удобрений ООО «Биокефарм Рус» улучшил выход стандартной продукции винограда сорта Италия на 9,4 % в сравнении с контролем. Доля влияния исследуемых препаратов на урожайность сорта Молдова варьировала от 53,1% (Альбит, ТПС) до 90,3% (ООО «Биокефарм Рус») при Р<0.05 (P - значение по критерию Фишера). В опытах с применением регулятора роста «Альбит, ТПС» увеличилась общая дегустационная оценка винограда сорта Молдова - на 14,6 %, сорта Италия - на 5,8 %; при использовании комплекса препаратов ООО «Биокефарм Рус» - на 9,9% (сорт Молдова) и на - 9,6 % (сорт Италия) относительно контроля. On the territory of the Republic of Crimea, a two-year study was carried out, which made it possible to assess the effect of foliar treatments with the growth regulator Albit, RP and a complex of fertilizers of Biokepharm Rus LLC (Siamino Pro, Double Win, Boro Pro, Soft Guard, Algae, Master Green Ca) on the formation of indicators of the commercial quality of table grape varieties during the growing season. The use of growth regulator Albit, RP increased the yield per bush and the average bunch weight of ‘Moldova’ grape variety by 26.4% and 14.8% relative to the control (food and agriculture system). The yield per bush and the average bunch weight of ‘Italia’ variety using Albit, RP preparation increased by 34.4% and 14.9%, using the fertilizer complex of Biokepharm Rus LLC - by 29.5% and 23.8% compared to the control. Fertilizer complex of Biokepharm Rus LLC improved the standard product output of ‘Italia’ grapes by 9.4% compared to the control. The influence degree of preparations studied on the cropping capacity of ‘Moldova’ variety ranged from 53.1% (Albit, RP) to 90.3% (Biokepharm Rus LLC) at P < 0.05 (P is Fisher's variance ratio). In experiments with the use of growth regulator Albit, RP, the overall tasting assessment of ‘Moldova’ grape variety increased by 14.6%, ‘Italia’ variety - by 5.8%; when using the complex of preparations of Biokepharm Rus LLC - by 9.9% (‘Moldova’ variety) and by - 9.6% (‘Italia’ variety) relative to the control.

The article describes the chemical composition and nutritional value of grapes, assortment and its classification, technology for the production and storage of grapes, tasting assessment and the standard requirement for the quality of table grape varieties. Also, the state of development of the viticulture and winemaking industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan is analyzed, the assortment and classification of products are analyzed. The requirement of the international standard for the quality of table grapes (UNECE FFV-19) is given. As a result of the analysis and research, recommendations were developed to ensure the quality and safety of grapes and wine products and to increase their export potential.

Polyphenols have a significant impact on the quality of the red wine grape varieties. Certain amphelotechnical measures and technological pro­cesses affect directly the content of polyphenols in grapes and wine. The aim of the study was to investigate the influence of different crop load of the vine and length of maceration of grape pomace on polyphenolic content and sensory properties of Vranac cultivar which represents the leading red variety in the Republic of Macedonia. Studied the different crop load of the vine (control, variant 1 with a 25% reduction of the yield, variant 2 - 35% reduction of the yield and a variant of 3- 50% reduction of the yield) as well as different times of maceration (7days and 14 days) on the phenolic composition of wine. Test results showed a positive correlation between the crop load and the content of total polyphenols, ie, reducing the number of bunches per vine comes to an increase in the content of total polyphenols in wine as well as length of maceration achieves the same correlation.

A field trial was established in the Mildura district, to compare the effects of trellis type (single T, double T, Y and sloping T) on the yield and fruit quality of 5 table grape varieties (Cardinal, Waltham Cross, Italia, Ruby Seedless and Emperor). Over a 3-year period (1978-80), berry yield proved insensitive to trellis type for most varieties and also as the mean of all varieties in 2 years out of 3; however, the 3 larger trellises led to significantly (P<0.05) increased berry Brix levels, improved red colour levels on Cardinal, Ruby Seedless and Emperor grapes, and higher mean berry weights for Cardinal, Waltham Cross and Italia varieties, compared with grapes grown on the single T trellis. Since differences in Brix, red colour levels and berry size were, generally, not significantly different between the 3 large trellises tested, and the sloping T trellis is simpler and easier to erect, it is concluded that the sloping T trellis is a suitable, cost-effective trellis to use for the production of table grapes in the Murray Valley.

Подбор представленных в данной статье интенсивных элементов технологии и их применение привели к увеличению средних значений коэффициента плодоношения по длине лозы от 1,2% на кустах с односторонней кордонной формировкой на среднем штамбе и до 7,9% на кустах, сформированных по типу спиральный кордон. При этом значения коэффициента плодоношения у сорта Виктория в разрезе всех вариантов Опыта I превосходили значения коэффициента плодоношения у сорта-эталона Италия (Опыт II) на 20,2% в среднем по длине лозы. Применение агрохимикатов ГК «АгроМастер» не оказало существенного влияния на увеличение коэффициента плодоношения, ŋ=0,57%, доля взаимного влияния факторов составляет 1,43%. Увеличению урожайности на 21% и выходу стандартной продукции на 2,4% в среднем по вариантам опыта способствовало применение внекорневых агрохимикатов ГК «АгроМастер», доля влияния фактора, соответственно, по показателям равна: ŋ=85%, при Р=0,00102<Р=0,005 и ŋ=86,6%, при Р=0,00043<Р=0,005. Формировка куста оказала существенное влияние на улучшение качественных показателей, ŋ=80%, при значении Р=0,00049<Р=0,005. В результате исследования влияния формировки куста и примененной системы внекорневых обработок на агробиологические и хозяйственные показатели интродуцированного столового сорта винограда Виктория, установлена его высокая перспективность в условиях возделывания в восточном районе Южнобережной зоны Крыма. Для получения товарного винограда сорта Виктория, наравне со своевременной и правильной подвязкой сухих и зеленых побегов, чеканкой в зависимости от формировки куста, нормированием гроздями на интенсивных виноградниках, рекомендуется применять следующие элементы сортовой агротехники: спиральный кордон на высоком штамбе, односторонний горизонтальный кордон на среднем штамбе, нагрузка на куст - 14 глазков, короткая обрезка с применением системы внекорневых подкормок. Столовый сорт винограда Виктория оценен как перспективный для возделывания в условиях восточного района Южнобережной зоны Крыма. The selection of intensive elements of technology presented in this article and their application led to an increase in average values of the fruiting coefficient in the vine length from 1.2% on bushes with one-sided cordon training on a middle trunk and up to 7.9% on bushes trained according to spiral cordon type. In this respect, the fruiting coefficient values of the ‘Viktoriya’ grape variety in the context of all experimental variants exceeded the fruiting coefficient values of the ‘Italiya’ standard variety by 20.2% on average in the vine length. Using of agrochemicals produced by the GC AgroMaster did not have a significant effect on the increase in the fruiting coefficient, ŋ = 0.57%, the percentage of cross-impact is 1.43%. The cropping capacity increase by 21% and the standard product output by 2.4% on average in experimental variants was facilitated by the use of foliar agrochemicals of the GC AgroMaster, the percentage of cross-impact, respectively, in terms of indicators is equal to: ŋ=85%, with Р=0.00102<Р=0.005 and ŋ=86.6%, with P=0.00043<P=0.005. The bush training had a significant effect on the improvement of quality indicators, ŋ=80%, with P=0.00049<P=0.005. As a result of the study on the effect of the bush training and the applied system of foliar dressing on agro-biological and economic indicators of the introduced table grape variety ‘Viktoriya’, its high prospects in cultivation conditions of the Eastern area of the South Coast zone of Crimea was established. To obtain grapes of the ‘Viktoriya’ variety of commercial quality, along with well-timed and correct tying of dry and green shoots, topping in dependence with the bush training, bunch control in intensive vineyards, it is recommended to use the following elements of varietal agrotechnology: a spiral cordon on an upper trunk, a one-sided horizontal cordon on a middle trunk, bush loading of 14 eyes, short pruning using system of foliar dressing. The table grape variety ‘Viktoriya’ is assessed as promising for cultivation in the conditions of the Eastern area of the South Coast zone of Crimea.

The most important task at all stages of modern agriculture development is to increase the yield and quality of grain. Plant growth regulators can play a big role in this. The paper considers an impact of Polaris fungicide on winter wheat seeds and the use of growth regulator Melafen in winter wheat crops in Ufa region of the Republic of Bashkortostan are considered. The soil and climatic conditions of the growing season 2017-2018 years have influenced on formation of the yield and quality of winter wheat grain. Seed treatment with Polaris fungicide in combination with the crop care products provided productivity of 41.8-61.5 centner per hectare. The use of growth regulator Melafen in Ufa region of the Republic of Bashkortostan ensured an increase in crop yield up to 59.2-63.7 centner per hectare or 30.3-40.4%, depending on the processing scheme used. Determining the number of falls in the experience showed that this indicator fluctuated within 215-314 sec., which corresponds to the indicators for higher, first and second class of grain - a state of emergency more than 200 sec. In the experiment, the indicators of the nature of the grain had a value of from 671 to 758 g/l. The use of Polaris in the experiment contributed to the enhancement of the grain nature and reaching the level of the highest, 1.2 grade of grain. Due to the fact that in terms of quality group - all the options corresponded to group 2 of quality or grain of grade 3-5, the assessment of the quality of winter wheat grain shows that in the experience the quality of grain of all options corresponds to class 3.

The quality of wines has often been associated with their geographical area of production, as well as the grape variety used in their elaboration. Many research studies have been carried out to characterize and differentiate between red wines labeled with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) from different geographical areas, but very few have been carried out on white and rosé wines. The objective of this work was to characterize white and rosé PDO wines from different geographical areas of Spain very close to each other elaborated with different grape varieties and select the variables that most contribute to their differentiation. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and principal component analysis (PCA) were used as statistical methods. The ethanol content was the nonvolatile variable that most contributed to differentiating between some of the white and rosé wines according to their PDO. The white wines from RD (Ribera del Duero) and BI (Bierzo) were characterized by a high terpenic content (floral notes) while the wines from RU (Rueda), TO (Toro) and CI (Cigales)by a high content of ethyl esters and alcohol acetates (fruity aromas). The rosé wines elaborated with the Mencía grape variety from BI were characterized by their highest polysaccharidic content, which could have a positive sensory effect on the mouthfeel. The rosé wines from CI were characterized by their volatile profile complexity, having the highest content of volatile compounds from the oak wood, terpenes and C6 alcohols which provide pleasant woody, floral and herbaceous aromas. On the contrary, the RD wines were richest in alcohol acetates responsible for fruity aromas.

The qualitative composition and quantitative content of mineral elements and vitamins in the grapes of local varieties of Muscat Peitel, Salam, Yai pink raisins, growing in southern Dagestan, are studied. The elemental composition is determined by the methods of flame and atomic absorption photometry; ascorbic acid - titrimetry; rutin, nicotinic acid and carotene - colorimetry. A certain correlation of minerals and vitamins has been found, and it is crucial at selection of grapes, aimed at high nutritional value. The obtained results can be useful at the correct selection and placement of the varieties with the optimal combination of micronutrients to provide the Republic with table grapes of good quality.

The study of the indigenous gene pool of Vitis vinifera L. of diff erent zones of viticulture with the involvement of molecular genetic methods is an urgent due to the wide diversity of grape varieties. The territory of Abkhazia is a unique zone, one of the hotbeds of the emergence of cultural grapes. «Kachich» is the oldest Abkhazian grape variety, known for the quality of wines obtained from its harvest. The variety is more resistant to fungal diseases compared to popular European varieties cultivated in modern Abkhazia, and is particularly resistant to rot of berries. However, often the local population calls old bushes by the name «Kachich», which give grapes of good quality for making of red wines and not always these forms correspond to the morphological description of the variety. The aim of the research is DNA fi ngerprinting of the «Kachich» grape variety based on the analysis of polymorphism of microsatellite loci. The object of the study was the plants corresponding to the variety description, growing in the collection of the agricultural company “Wines and waters of Abkhazia” (Sukhum, Abkhazia). DNA was isolated from the young leaves of the top of the shoot of typical plants of the variety by the CTAB-method. Genotyping was carried out by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with separation of reaction products by capillary electrophoresis. Highly polymorphic SSR-markers recommended for grapes varieties identifi cation were used for study (VVS2, VVMD5, VVMD7, VVMD25, VVMD27, VVMD28, VVMD32, VrZAG62, VrZAG79). The size of amplifi ed fragments was estimated using the automatic genetic analyzer ABI Prism 3130 and special software GeneMapper and PeakScanner. To clarify the size of amplifi ed fragments, the DNA of reference varieties was used. According to the results of microsatellite analysis, the DNA-certifi cate of the genotype of the «Kachich» grape variety was compiled: VVS2153 155 VVMD5234 240 VVMD7239 249 VVMD25239 267 VVMD27186 193 VVMD28234 248 VVMD32262 272 VrZAG62194 196 VrZAG79236 236. The resulting DNA-profi le was checked for matches in the Vitis International Variety Catalogue VIVC. No matches of the obtained DNA-profi le with any other DNA-profi le presented in the Database were found. DNA-certifi cate of genotype «Kachich» can be successfully used for varieties identifi cation of grape plants if necessary to clarify their varietals affi liation.

Sangiovese is the most cultivated red grape variety in Italy where it is certified for the production of several Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) wines, and it is one of the most cultivated Italian red grape varieties in California. Despite the global distribution of this variety, there is a lack of international studies on Sangiovese grapes and wines. For this reason, the present study aimed to compare 20 commercial Sangiovese wines from 2017 harvest, 9 produced in Italy (Tuscany) and 11 in California, in order to evaluate the intrinsic and perceived quality. The eligibility, identity, and style properties (the intrinsic quality) of the wines were evaluated. A group of 11 Italian experts evaluated the perceived quality by rating the typicality of the wines. The experimental data showed that the intrinsic quality of Sangiovese wine samples was affected by the growing area; in particular, the wine resulted very different for the color indices and polyphenol composition. The above differences in intrinsic quality levels did not lead to a different evaluation of the perceived quality (typicality) by the wine experts. The results evidenced that Sangiovese variety is recognizable also if grown outside its original terroir, and fresh and fruity wines were considered more typical. This study expands our current knowledge of Sangiovese wines and the contribution of regional characteristics to the composition of wine.
